Harry never thought he would see Jane Yu in such a situation.

In the dim corridor.

Wherever he looked, it was stained red with blood.

There were bloodstains everywhere, red blood slowly flowing from the walls to the ground, and even the ceiling was not spared. In some places, dark red pools of blood formed, while in others, it had dried and solidified into blood clots.

The scarlet color showed that a fierce battle had taken place here... no, it would be more appropriate to say that it was a massacre.

Professor Lockhart's white robe had been completely stained red. He was folded up and stuffed into a barrel, with his head tilted and his limbs hanging limply outside. It was unknown whether he was dead or alive.

There were countless spots of blood on Jian Yu's black and green robe and face. He was leaning against the wall with his hands covering his chest, holding his wand tightly in one hand. He looked extremely weak and dying.

There was a strong, pungent smell in the air, like Snape's potion, which was sickening.

Death and fear became the only two key words in Harry's mind.

At this time, Jian Yu, who was leaning against the wall, seemed unable to hold on any longer. His body swayed and he slid down along the wall.

The Gryffindor courage in Harry's chest suddenly surged!

Those fears were instantly thrown behind him. He rushed forward, supported the half-sitting Jian Yu, and tried to carry her on his back:

"Jade! Hold on! Let's go to the medical wing!"

But he didn't consider how difficult it would be for a 12-year-old to run with another 12-year-old on his back.

Before they could run two steps, they fell to the ground in a mess.

"No, Harry, take me to the bathroom..."

He heard Jian Yu's weak voice ringing in his ears.

With tears in his eyes, he firmly refused:

"You have to go to the hospital wing, you're bleeding so much!"

He stood up again and wanted to carry Jian Yu on his back, but she refused.

Jian Yu seemed to have exhausted the last of her strength. She leaned against him weakly, her eyes half open and half closed:

"Go to the bathroom, Harry. That's the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets. Only Parseltongue can open it."

"I have already notified the professors, they will be here soon... Hurry up, we can't waste any more time."

"Do you want to watch the murderer who killed us escape in front of you and kill more students?"

Harry's body was shaking violently, with fear, worry and courage intertwined. He finally compromised and helped Jane walk towards Myrtle's bathroom.

Myrtle flew out of the toilet, but when she saw Jian Yu covered in blood, her expression froze.

"No! No!" she screamed and rushed towards the two of them, but she forgot that she had no entity and passed through their bodies, as if pouring a basin of ice water on Jane Yu and Harry.

"I'm fine, Myrtle, don't worry." Jian Yu tried to comfort her.

But Myrtle looked even angrier, glaring at Harry with hatred.

Jian Yu leaned weakly against the door of the compartment and spoke softly:

"Harry, say something to it in Parseltongue."

Harry stared at the little snake carved into the tap, trying to imagine it was a real snake.

"Open."

A strange hissing sound came out of his mouth.

The faucet began to spin rapidly, and then the sink began to move and disappeared from his sight, revealing a water pipe, which must be the entrance to the secret room.

Finally feeling relieved, Harry raised his head and looked at Jian Yu.

"What to do next?"

But what greeted him was a cry of "Stupefy!"

He felt his body fall limply, his eyes closed uncontrollably, and he fell into darkness.

Myrtle screamed through his body and out the door.

......

Almost at the moment when Harry fell down, Jian Yu jumped up vigorously.

She never expected that the unlucky guy she caught in the end was actually the protagonist!

Shaking her head, she silently apologized to Harry.

Then she moved quickly, returned to the corridor, picked up her big brush, and added another line under the previous ones:

Harry Potter's remains will remain in the Chamber of Secrets

She then returned to the bathroom, picked up the unconscious Harry, and jumped into the pipe.

But she didn't notice that a corner of the diary in her robe was exposed and stuck to Harry's hand. It was trembling slightly, and strands of magic were being drawn out of Harry's body.

The scene in the secret room was still the same as the last time she came. On the floor of the tunnel was a huge snake skin, twenty feet long. At the end of the tunnel was a solid wall with a snake shape carved on it, but now it had been knocked down by the basilisk, leaving only bricks on the ground.

Further in is the basilisk's residence, with many towering stone pillars carved with giant snakes. There stands a statue that resembles Salazar Slytherin himself in his old age, with a sparse long beard and a frail appearance.

The basilisk's body lay quietly in a corner of the room, covered by a tall and thick stone pillar.

She placed Harry behind a stone pillar, took out her diary, and planned to walk to the basilisk's body and send him to death with her fangs.

But if nothing unexpected happens, something unexpected will happen now.

A gray, misty soul emerged from the diary. It was a tall boy with black hair, who looked no more than sixteen years old, and his outline was vague.

Without even glancing at Jian Yu, he rushed straight towards the statue and bowed his head in a respectful manner:

"Mr. Slytherin, your heir listens to your teachings."

But the statue did not respond to his words.

"Mr. Slytherin?" He began to wonder, raised his head and continued to speak to the statue, "I have received your call."

The statue remained motionless, only the carved beards with bared fangs and claws seemed to laugh at his stupidity.

The boy's expression changed. He turned around and finally noticed Jian Yu holding the diary.

"It's you! It's you!" He said in a sharp and piercing voice, "You deceived me!"

This is bad.

The unexpected online fraud face-to-face meeting made Jian Yu's heart drop heavily.

Riddle clenched his fists, his face twisted with anger, and he looked like he was about to give Jian Yu an Avada.

But he quickly calmed down, regained his polite demeanor, and smiled strangely:

"Take a look, what is this."

Jane Yu looked closely and found that it was Lockhart's wand that she had confiscated, and it was now being played with between Tom Riddle's slender fingers. She had originally put the wand in her pocket, but she didn't know when it fell to the ground and was picked up by him.

Riddle's smile widened, and he put his wand in his pocket:

"The wand is the other half of a wizard. Didn't Dumbledore teach you that you must never throw your wand around?"

"That's right... He never trusts students from Slytherin families."

He walked to a stone pillar and leaned against it:

"The most important thing for a Slytherin is not to trust others easily. You can't be like a silly Gryffindor and open your heart to an invisible stranger and tell all your secrets."

As he spoke, he observed Jian Yu's expression, as if he was looking forward to her answer.

"Is it Ginny Weasley?"

Riddle nodded happily and spoke in a relaxed tone:

"That's right. She wrote her innermost thoughts in my diary for several months, opening her soul to me and letting me devour her. I gradually became stronger and was finally able to control her to open the secret room."

"After a long time, she finally got suspicious and threw me away... but you actually found this diary."

He shook his head, as if he wanted to tell Jian Yu all about how he felt after being defrauded:

"When you said you were Salazar Slytherin, I was furious and felt you had deceived me."

"But your soul is very interesting. I almost believed that you were really my surviving ancestor."

"I have to say, 'can't die', 'hundreds of years of magic power', 'rule the wizarding world' are indeed very tempting, and almost fooled me."

Jian Yu now understood how embarrassing it was to lie to the person to whom it was told and then be found out.

Riddle was waving his wand around for a while, and suddenly he made a hissing sound.

"Did you hear that?" He continued with a triumphant attitude, "In my veins flows the blood of Salazar Slytherin himself, passed down to me through his descendant's daughter! I am his heir!"

"Only I am worthy of his wealth, his heritage, the secret rooms he built, and his pets!"

Riddle smiled sarcastically, fiddling with his wand:

"You lied so much, luckily I didn't believe you."

"That's why I asked you to come to the secret room. If it's really my ancestor, he will naturally protect his descendants; if not, I can kill you here. Your verbal defilement and deception of my bloodline are enough to kill yourself a hundred times."

Jian Yu felt that he had never been so calm.

She knew she could only delay as much as possible until the professors found her by following her handwriting:

"You clearly gave me your magic power, why did it recover again?"

But Riddle laughed wildly again:

"Yes, I am weak. I said that. I almost believed what you said."

"Fortunately, I woke up in time - you let me touch the boy named Harry and gave me the opportunity."

"Ginny talked a lot about him... I was curious, I could sense something in him that was similar to me."

He looked in the direction where Harry lay, seemingly confused, but then he shook his head:

"But it doesn't matter now. I'll kill you first and then deal with him."

He looked at her steadily, showing a ferocious smile, and said sternly:

"You are a cunning, treacherous bastard who has tainted your bloodline. How dare you deceive me—"

"Today is the day you die! You must have never experienced the unforgivable curse!"

He raised the magic wand in his hand, pointed the tip of the wand directly at Jian Yu, his eyes filled with malice that had become real:

"Avada Kedavra!"
