Operation Red Book

Chapter 84 The Escaped Headless Horseman

The headless knight rode his undead horse and galloped wildly across the fields. His charcoal black armor was covered with dents and damage. The damage was so severe that a deep groove was cut on the black armor on his shoulder, which was enough to show the opponent's cruelty.

"Crazy, a bunch of lunatics!"

He cursed under his breath.

"That doll, that doll holding a big knife, what's the origin of the flame on her knife? How can it suppress the fire of hell!"

The Dullahan thought to himself that the orange-red flames around him seemed to be much weaker than a quarter of an hour ago.

He didn't dare look back and could only ride his horse forward at full speed.

He had finally gotten rid of that scary doll. Now he just wanted to settle the score with that crazy woman Vanessa and ask her why she had stabbed him in the back when they had clearly agreed to sacrifice that pure soul to Lord Satan together.

"And that man, Lord Dorian, why is he here!" he continued to mutter.

"I almost chopped off Lord Dorian's head. Hahahaha, I'm dead!"

He laughed wildly in the fields, and his hoarse voice echoed in the fields like the growl of a wild beast.

The undead horse raised its front hooves, neighed loudly towards the crescent moon, and stopped running. No matter how the headless knight roared and scolded, it refused to move another step.

A ball of green flame wrapped around the legs of the undead horse. The undead horse groaned in pain towards the sky, swayed from side to side, and threw the headless knight off its back. It then bent its four legs and lay down in the grass with its head down.

"Damn it, you idiot!" The headless knight kicked the undead horse hard.

"are you talking about me?"

A turquoise flame appeared in front of the Headless Horseman, and Dorian's figure gradually took shape in the flame.

He had two curled goat horns on his forehead, his eyeballs were emitting red light, his fangs were exposed from his red lips, and his black nails were gradually growing longer and sharper.

The Headless Knight fell to his knees in fear, his head held up by his left hand also buried in the dirt, not daring to even glance at the demon in front of him.

"You are so brave, running wild right under my eyes!"

Dorian scolded the Dullahan, his voice echoing across the fields, his words filled with anger and annoyance.

"I was just released today. I didn't know Lord Dorian was here." The Dullahan explained in a panic.

"You mean, I invaded your territory?"

"I dare not, I dare not, sir! I was wrong, please forgive me, Lord Dorian! I was wrong!"

"Haha, what's wrong?" Dorian's green flames grew stronger.

"I...I...I..."

The Headless Knight racked his brains but couldn't figure out where he went wrong. He clearly didn't eat anyone's soul, but he wanted revenge and accidentally showed his sword in front of the devil.

"Very good, you have wandered around the human world enough, now go to hell. In my opinion, you are not even worthy of being a delicacy for Lord Satan!" Dorian's voice echoed in the ears of the Headless Knight.

A ball of green flame enveloped the whole body of the Headless Knight, and soon devoured the orange-red flames around him. The undead horse trembled beside him, the fire in its eyes had long disappeared, leaving only black eye sockets.

"No! No! I am a knight awarded by the king..."

The hoarse and unpleasant voice of the Headless Knight echoed in the fields, gradually fading away, and the last faint sound was swallowed up by the green flames, leaving only waves of aftermath.

Balls of green flames scattered in the air, and finally condensed into one and floated back into Dorian's hand.

Dorian gradually turned back into human form. In front of him, there was only a curled up undead horse, an empty set of knight armor and a bronze sword dripping with blood.

"Go back to hell and wait. Do not appear in front of humans without my permission."

The crisp voice spoke coldly, making the desolate field seem even more desolate.

A crack appeared in the ground under the undead horse. It exhaled a breath of hot air, stretched its legs and jumped down. When its entire body submerged the horse's body, the crack closed automatically, leaving only a circle of low-lying land on the ground.

Dorian sighed softly, put his hands behind his back, and a clear voice rang out across the field: "Come out, what do you want?"

"Hehehehehehe..." A clever and sharp laugh echoed in Dorian's ears.
