Operation Red Book

Chapter 280 Gathering together

"La la la la la la la la……"

The witch in a black halter dress was dancing gracefully under the dim yellow light, holding a large wild rose in her hand.

Big black curls like seaweed fell to her waist, covering her shiny milky black skin.

“La la la… la la la la…”

A tuneless melody came out from the witch's grinning red lips, blending with the sound of the burning fireplace.

The oatmeal porridge on the fireplace was steaming hot, and the steam rose up and condensed into water droplets on the branches of the banyan tree nearby.

There were three branches hanging in the center of the tree house. One of them was tied to Thomas who was sleeping soundly, and the other two were tied to a priest in black and a big man.

"Can you please put on your clothes properly? You are a girl, but you are showing the curve of your thighs. How shameless!"

Jacob muttered to the dancing Beatrice.

"La la la la la la la la……"

Beatrice ignored him and tiptoed towards the hammock by the wall, one step at a time.

"Hey! Did you hear that? Shameless old witch! You deserve to go to hell!"

"I have always been curious about one thing..."

Alexander, who was tied to Jacob, suddenly spoke up.

"Aren't you a priest? And the bishop of St. John's Church."

"Why, this is your first day meeting me."

"No, but it's true...ever since I met you, you seem to have been swearing."

"so what!"

"But we all avoid saying those words in front of the nuns...you know, the ones that start with F, S, H, and P..."

"Those are nuns. I am a priest. I am the son of God. I am fundamentally different from those nuns."

"What's the difference..."

"Mind your own business. It makes a huge difference! Besides, I was very restrained. I didn't even say those words in English."

"Oh? Do you speak other languages?"

A charming and cute laugh interrupted the conversation between the two men.

Jacob and Alexander looked forward at the same time, but then looked away at the same time.

Beatrice was lying horizontally in the hammock, with most of her dark skin on her chest exposed.

She supported her head with one hand and gently touched the stamens of the wild rose with the other.

The black dress was completely slit, and a long leg as smooth as chocolate cascaded down from the hammock.

Her calves were slender and toned with muscle, and her toes skimmed the carpet slightly as she swung back and forth under the hammock.

"So do you speak Spanish? Hola..."

"Rumble..."

"Ok?"

Before Beatrice could throw sweet kisses to the two men, black shadows suddenly crashed into the walls of the tree house like flying fish leaping onto the shore, shaking the entire tree house several times.

"What's wrong! What's wrong! Is there an earthquake?"

Thomas woke up from his sleep and struggled for a while in fear.

"A guest has arrived..."

Beatrice looked calm and composed, but the rapidly withering petals of the wild rose betrayed her vigilance and alertness.

"Click——"

An almost invisible silver line suddenly broke through the heavy wall and formed a long line above the heads of the three men.

"Shh! Shh! Shh!"

The silver thread was as thin as a spider silk and as fast as a sword, and it cut through all the branches that bound the three people.

"Mr. Jacob! Are you okay?"

Joshua's tall and thin figure burst into the dim tree house, followed closely by Moriarty in formal attire.

"welcome!"

Beatrice crossed her legs and sat in the hammock, her body swaying back and forth.

She narrowed her eyes and smiled, tapping her white teeth lightly with her dark red nails.

"Are you going to fight? Everyone is here again..."

"Not yet."

A clear female voice interrupted Beatrice's words. The familiar voice lingered in her ears. Her smile froze in an instant and her mind went blank.

Bell, dressed in white, walked slowly out of the shadows. The warm yellow light illuminated her smiling face, and the penetrating breeze lifted her curly burgundy hair.

Bell's figure trembled slightly in Beatrice's pupils, just like the heart beating wildly in the wall cavity.

"Long time no see. I received your letter today, Beatrice..."

"shut up!"

Before Bell could finish his greeting, Beatrice started yelling at the top of her lungs.

"Why is it you who came?!"

"We are here to solve the problem..." Joshua responded anxiously.

But Beatrice had already lost her mind. Her eyes were red and she raised her hands high in the air.

In a few seconds, dozens of branches swept towards everyone like a strong wind in a storm.

"Get out! Get out right now!"

"She said let's get out, so let's get out quickly."

Thomas responded immediately. He quickly ran towards the wooden door of the tree house, but was blocked by dancing branches.

"Get out of my house! Get out!"

"Then let me out..."

"You annoying guys! You hate me and I hate you too!"

"That's not the case...Listen to me...there's a misunderstanding!"

"I won't listen! I won't listen! Get out! Get out!"

"That's enough, calm down."

In the continued storm, Belle still stood where she was. She calmly took out the silver thread from her back and whispered an unknown spell.

At the moment when Bell finished chanting the spell, the silver thread in his hand grew countless branches as if it had life.

Bell chanted the spell again, and the silver thread suddenly expanded dozens of times. It stretched out its long "tentacles" and flew towards the branches that were running around at a high speed. In two or three strokes, it wrapped around the branches of the entire room dozens of times.

The tree house suddenly became quiet, along with Beatrice who was struggling in the hammock.

The remaining silver wires bound Beatrice's whole body, especially her screaming mouth.

"Hurry up and put a coat on her! The Son of God cannot bear to see a naked woman!"

Jacob pushed Joshua and pointed at Beatrice.

"I don't think there's anything wrong with women dressing like this."

Bell raised his chin and replied firmly.

"The Beatrice I know is outgoing and bold, and she is willing to try new things. She is an excellent witch and an extraordinary woman."

She walked towards Beatrice and wiped away the tears from the corners of Beatrice's eyes.

Jacob was choked for a moment, pursed his lips in embarrassment, and followed the others behind Bell.

"Can we have a good talk?" Bell asked softly.

Beatrice looked up at the five men who had gathered around her, then looked at Bell who was sitting next to her. After hesitating for a moment, she finally nodded.

"Ms. Poppa, did you cast a forgetfulness spell on Ms. Bell?"

Joshua asked as he stood next to Bell.

Beatrice looked at Bell's expression, she rolled her eyes to the other side awkwardly, and nodded slowly.

"The highest-level kind?"

Beatrice's head also turned along with her eyes: "Hmm..."

"Why?" Bell asked calmly.

Hearing this, Beatrice turned her head back: "Tell me why first!"

"what why?"

"Why did you move out of the dormitory the day after your birthday party?"

Beatrice's eyes were filled with tears again, and she bit her lower lip, as if she was about to cry at any second.

"I solved such a big problem for you, why didn't you even give me a chance to say goodbye!"

"Because I saw you and Olivia kissing for five minutes, which was longer than we had seen each other in two months."

Bell said calmly, and as soon as he finished speaking, there was no sound in the tree house.

A branch that was strangled fell to the ground, rolling "gurgling" for more than a dozen times, and then it became even quieter...

"Did you understand what Bell just said?" Alexander asked in a low voice.

"They are lesbians. The black one cheated on her and the white one was jealous." Thomas said cautiously.

"In God's will, homosexuals will go to hell. All three of you should die..." The other four covered Jacob's mouth together.

"Olivia secretly placed the invitation on your desk."

"So, you still want to show off, right?"

"She did it on purpose. She made you attend the party and run into me and her. You would get so angry that you would go drink. There was a petrification potion in that drink..."

Beatrice gasped, trying her best to suppress the anger in her heart.

"You will lose your ability to move and be sent to Texas by the people she arranges. There, they will chop off your hands and feet, and then let you join the local weird circus..."

"This is the problem I am helping you solve. Do you understand now? My dear Bell..."
