Operation Red Book

Chapter 141 The Unpredictable Devil's Nature

"Get down."

A clear sound rang in my ears, and the resounding syllables rushed into my mind, causing deep ripples, like a pebble hitting a reed marsh.

A warm touch came from behind, covering most of Ivy's body.

The hand holding the gun was held by another pair of large, bony hands, which took control of the heavy pistol for her.

Ivy fell into Dorian's arms.

With an unstoppable push from behind, Dorian pressed his entire weight on Ivy, causing her to lose her balance and fall forward.

"what!"

Ivy screamed and fell heavily to the floor.

The bullet flew over the heads of the two men, but fortunately they managed to avoid the old nun's attack in time.

Ivy's adrenaline surged rapidly, the instinct for survival took over her brain, and the blood in her body was boiling and roaring wildly.

She was pressed to the ground by Dorian, her fingers still pressing the button of the gun as if to vent her anger, without any hesitation or pause.

"Oh, you can't shoot?"

Dorian chuckled, and his hot air sprayed on Ivy's earlobe, causing Ivy's body to tremble slightly.

"Let me teach you."

Dorian's hand regained control of the pistol. He skillfully pulled out the loaded cylinder and quickly rubbed his slender fingers around the cylinder.

The bullet left a trail in the air, and in less than a second, Dorian pulled it back with a "click".

The old nun looked at the two men expressionlessly, she swiped the magazine on her shotgun, lowered her hand and aimed again.

"When did you come in? Honorable young master."

An old voice sounded in the distance, but unfortunately the two of them did not hear it.

"One more time, lower the ram, aim for her head, and press down hard."

A familiar voice sounded above her head. Ivy felt hot all over and couldn't concentrate at all.

The old nun snorted, readied her shotgun and shot at the two men lying on the ground.

"Well--"

Ivy's body was pulled up by Dorian, and then there was a dizzying moment, and Ivy and Dorian rolled on the floor.

Dorian placed his hand on Ivy's waist, which was even hotter than the bullets that hit the two of them.

Dorian took advantage of the time when the old nun was reloading the bullet to grab Ivy's hand and put her finger on the trigger which was already soaked with sweat.

Somehow, with the hand holding the gun supported by Dorian's hands, Ivy felt a sense of security she had never felt before.

Her hands gradually became steady, and the vision in her eyes was no longer blurry and flickering.

Dorian pressed his hand against her hot cheek and slowly adjusted the height of the pistol.

Ivy's heart was pounding, and her blushing face did not fade because of Dorian's coldness against her.

The trigger that Dorian had adjusted was very different from the previous one.

Ivy could feel the trigger was noticeably tight and hard to move.

"It's now!"

Dorian lowered his voice and gave instructions into Ivy's ear.

Ivy gritted her teeth and quickly pulled the trigger the moment the old nun raised the gun again.

She did not close her eyes out of fear, but watched the bullet shoot out from the muzzle, leaving a shadow in the air and hitting the old nun's shoulder directly.

"Uh-huh! Ah!"

The old nun was hit in the left shoulder, and a flower of blood bloomed on her white nun's uniform.

Dorian took advantage of the victory and grabbed Ivy's hand and shot the old nun twice in the leg.

The old nun wailed to the sky and fell to her knees.

The shotgun fell to the side and was shattered into pieces by Dorian's shot.

"do not want!"

Dorian wanted to continue shooting, but Ivy spoke up in time to stop him.

Dorian still held Ivy's hand on the gun. She lowered her head and closed her eyes, trembling slightly under Dorian.

"Don't kill her! I don't want to kill anyone, I don't want to..."

She moved her body slightly, trying hard to escape Dorian's grasp.

But Dorian's body was like a cold iron wall, and no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't move it at all.

Dorian looked coldly at the restless little man who was being suppressed.

His right hand loosened the pistol and instead grabbed Ivy's neck, forcing her head up.

"Ahem, let go!"

The feeling of suffocation made Ivy struggle even harder, but Dorian's restraints made it impossible for her to vent.

The double suffocation made Ivy feel so painful that she had to twist her head desperately to break free from Dorian's restraints.

"You don't want to kill anyone anymore?"

Dorian's eyes turned red, shining brightly in the darkness.

"It was you who pulled the trigger frantically just now. Now you are turning your back on me? What qualifications do you have to order me around?"

Dorian spoke through gritted teeth in Ivy's ear, his fangs flashing white, making him look even more terrifying.

"You lunatic! Cough cough cough..."

"You are the lunatic! Stop ordering me around like a superior. I am the one you should obey..."

Dorian growled in Ivy's ear, the anger in his eyes growing even more intense.

He felt his body become strange, as if it was burned by the fire from hell.

Ivy's violent struggle made him even more unhappy. He wrapped himself tightly around his violently shaking prey like a python.
