October 20th is the school’s centenary celebration. After a year of preparation, many programs have begun rehearsals. Only the freshmen have just entered school, and the school has reserved ten program spots for them, so the freshman programs must be finalized as soon as possible.

Now the freshmen have training in the morning, sign up for performances in the afternoon, and then the instructors arrange rehearsals.

Finally having the chance to show off her hobby, Orange decided to show off her talents. Unfortunately, the guzheng piece "High Mountains and Flowing Water" and the song "Tea Picking Song" that she had prepared were eliminated. Only her dance "The Spirit of the Bird" was selected. Orange only learned dance and vocal music for eight years, from the age of five to graduation from elementary school at the age of twelve. But because she loved it, she would find opportunities to practice secretly. It was not until her grandfather fell ill that Orange gave up completely.

So Orange worked very hard for more than a month, getting up early and staying up late to practice voice, stretching her muscles and softening her body. She lost ten pounds in a month. Orange was afraid that her grandma would be angry if she knew she danced, but she knew that as former graduates of the school, her grandma and grandpa might go to the party. After thinking it over, Orange confessed to her grandma.

To Orange's surprise, grandma was actually very happy to hear this. She said, "I didn't let you pursue a career in music because the entertainment industry is too complicated and you are too naive. You don't have a strong social background and you will inevitably get hurt. Besides, the entertainment industry is a job for the young. Grandma hopes that you can have a happy and stable family in the future, but as a hobby, grandma will not stop you from pursuing it."

Orange asked: "Grandma, will you and Grandpa go to the party?"

On the morning of October 20th, Orange walked into a stadium that could accommodate 30,000 people. The rehearsal lasted until midnight yesterday, but Orange did not look tired at all. Instead, he was very excited.

At six o'clock in the evening, the president announced the start of the centenary celebration, the governor gave an opening speech as a former graduate, the mayor gave a speech, student representatives gave speeches, and the performance began an hour later.

The first program was an instrumental ensemble. A total of one hundred people, including former graduates and current students from all over the world, performed together. The majestic music made people's hearts surge.

The second program was a song "The End of the Sky" sung by a hundred people. The song had ups and downs and was lyrical and gentle. It was specially composed by the composer for the school's celebration.

The third program was Orange's "Spirit of the Sparrow", which also had the participation of hundreds of people. Orange was the lead dancer. She walked to the middle of the lawn in a sparrow costume, which immediately caught people's attention.
