Hogwarts and the Atypical Wizard

Chapter 80 Equivalent Feedback

More than a hundred carriages quickly passed through the imposing wrought iron gate of Hogwarts, guarded by a flying boar, and accelerated on the long uphill drive leading to the castle.

The towers and turrets in the distance quickly approached the carriage, until they finally came to a staggering halt at the foot of the castle's stone steps.

After everyone got off, the carriage started slowly again and headed towards the forbidden forest.

"Sainz, I finally found you." After seeing them, Ben quickly came over.

"Hello, Ben, are you okay?" Sainz looked over Ben's shoulder calmly at Monta who had stopped behind him.

"It's okay, I didn't give him a chance." Ben was a little proud.

"I'm glad you're okay. It seems our Slytherin friends haven't given up yet. You two should be careful not to be left alone in the future."

Adam nodded and said, "Yeah, just like before the holidays!"

Seeing that Monta and his gang didn't come over, Sainz nodded without saying anything.

The twins each put an arm around Ben's shoulders. George said, "Count us in!" Fred continued, "Our greatest pleasure, besides irritating Filch, is to go against Slytherin!"

Ben was very grateful for their support and said that they would be best friends from now on.

The students slowly passed through the castle's majestic oak gate in groups. Sainz deliberately left a few people behind to prevent Monta and his gang from being unsportsmanlike.

In the crowd, he saw a sturdy figure who was also lagging behind, "Hello, Angelina, Alia!"

The person being greeted looked back, "Hi, Sainz! And all of you, oh, I didn't know you guys knew the twins too."

"They are such famous figures, it's hard not to know them!" Sainz made a teasing joke.

The twins immediately puffed out their chests, "Well, didn't we say that our reputation has spread throughout the school?"

Arya, who could laugh at anything, giggled non-stop and rolled her eyes while laughing: "Are you sure that's a good reputation? I don't think Professor McGonagall thinks so, hehe..."

"Hehe... I think so... hehe..." Mentioning their dean, the twins felt a little embarrassed.

After climbing up the stone steps where the castle gate was located, Sainz turned his head to look at the Black Lake in the distance. He could see lights twinkling on the lake surface.

The rain has become heavier than before. Hehe, I hope the first graders have been reminded to bring umbrellas, hehe...

After entering the foyer, I walked into the magnificent auditorium from the door on the right wall. The cold air that had been following me because of the weather disappeared instantly.

The auditorium is particularly bright today. The weather on the ceiling is different from that outside. There is a clear sky and swaying stars.

Most of the auditorium was already packed with people, and the tables of the four colleges were crowded and noisy.

Sainz and his roommate walked towards the Hufflepuff table, while the other four walked towards the Gryffindor table.

"Hello, Cedric, Joshua, and all of you, how was your vacation?"

"Hello, Sainz, Ben, and Adam, are your dormitories just in the same place?"

"No, we just met at the castle gate." Sainz sat down next to Cedric, and his two roommates sat on the other side.

Adam and Ben asked Joshua if he had traveled during the holidays. When they got an affirmative answer, the three of them began to whisper.

Sainz and Cedric chatted about something else.

Cedric said, "I read the book 'Magic Places of Interest' during the holiday. I refused my father's plan to take me to see it. I want to go there by myself when I am able to do so."

"You did the right thing!" Sainz understood and agreed with his approach.

"I knew you would say that."

Cedric was delighted at the recognition and glanced cryptically at his other roommate, Rob Dane.

Rob was talking quietly with their fourth roommate, Frano Enriquez, and didn't notice what was happening here.

After a year of getting along, everyone has gotten to know each other more or less. Although they are roommates in the same dormitory, who has a better relationship with whom can be revealed in their sitting posture and language behavior.

Cedric is obviously closer to Joshua, and they often appear in the same frame. His other two roommates seem to be relatively closer.

This is how friendship is established. When two people have closer interests and hobbies, similar ways of understanding, and experience some things in common, they will naturally become closer to each other.

Others who do not have common experiences with them will still be gradually excluded from this small group, even if they have the same relationship at the beginning.

When Sainz first came to Hogwarts, he was in the same carriage with four children, one of whom was Roger Davis, who was sorted into Ravenclaw.

Although he takes classes with Sainz every day, he and Sainz are now just nodding acquaintances. Their relationship is even worse than that with Angelina, whom he doesn't meet often. It's really strange.

On the surface, Sainz is always chatting and laughing with everyone in a friendly manner, but in fact, he knows that he is the most egalitarian and indifferent person in his heart.

He would only give back to others in the same way and would never use his warm face to please others, no matter who that person was, whether he was a student or a professor.

His two roommates gave him friendship in return, he gave them friendship in return, Roger gave him friendship in return, and he also gave each other friendship in return.

Now that Cedric had shown him academic friendship, he would of course return the academic friendship.

In ancient times, this was called the friendship between classmates.

It's not Cedric's fault. Among his grade, only Sainz can discuss some in-depth magical issues with him. Others are always thinking about how to make their brooms fly faster.

After a while, Professor McGonagall led a group of trembling and frightened little wizards into the auditorium.

Sainz looked over and fortunately, at least no one's clothes were soaked and sticking to their bodies.

At least the professors dried their clothes so that they didn't get soaked like drowned rats.

The freshmen were led to the faculty table and stood in front of all the students, with a square stool still placed in front of them.

Sainz noticed that it was still the same stool as last year, but when he and others used it last year, it had four legs, but now it only had three legs.

What I mean is, is it necessary for a great Hogwarts to be so frugal that it has to use a stool with a broken leg?

Is this what people are advocating, save where you can and spend where you can? !

Professor McGonagall appeared, holding the tip of her ancestral wizard hat in one hand and a parchment scroll in the other.

She placed the dirty and worn wizard's hat on the stool, and everyone's eyes were attracted to it and stared at it.

It twisted like a lazy donkey, opened a wide crack and yawned.

It's about to start singing!
