Harry Potter: Miss Malfoy

Chapter 7 The Hogwarts Train 2

Pansy looked at the two men with confused expressions, not understanding what was wrong with her behavior.

"That's so rude," Daphne said, shaking her head.

"Don't worry. Anyway, we will know the answer at the Sorting Ceremony."

Draco just looked at Pansy with a helpless expression and added.

Pansy shrugged and nodded, apparently not insisting on asking about the black-haired boy's identity.

The Parkinson family and the Greengrass family, although not as prominent as the Malfoy family,

But because of their family background, the three of them have had many interactions with celebrities in the magical world.

As for Harry Potter, I had more of the same feeling as Draco—it was inevitable that I was curious about a child of the same age as me who had such legendary deeds and fame.

At the platform, the crimson steam locomotive suddenly whistled, reminding everyone that it was time to board the train.

"Are you okay? Why are you frowning like that all of a sudden?"

The three were about to turn around and say goodbye to their parents, but Pansy suddenly saw Draco's expression change.

"Nothing." Draco shook his head and forced a smile.

The three girls walked back to their parents, saluted Crabbe and his wife, and greeted Crabbe and Goyle, who were the same age.

"Little Draco! Don't worry about anyone in school bullying you."

"Our Crabbe will protect you well."

"Gall is the same, right? Boy, be a good bodyguard!"

Mr. Crabbe and Mr. Goyle spoke gruffly.

"Thank you, Mr. Crabbe, Mr. Goyle."

I could vaguely feel that my mother was very dissatisfied with the words and conversation of these two wizards.

"But Crabbe and Goyle will need friends of their own, too."

Smiling sweetly, she thanked him but tactfully declined the kindness in return, and Narcissa patted her daughter's back gently with a hint of approval.

The whistle sounded again, and after hugging Lucius and Narcissa, Draco gently stood on tiptoes and kissed his parents on both cheeks.

"Be careful on your way and take care of yourself, Draco."

"If you feel homesick, tell Severus anytime. You can use the fireplace in his office..."

The mother and the father had different advice, and it was obvious that Lucius found it more difficult to let go of his beloved daughter who had left home.

Draco nodded, unable to hide his excitement, but also slightly nervous and melancholy.

With Crabbe and Goyle paving the way, he boarded the train with Pansy and Daphne.

Only then did I realize that the luggage had already been sent to the car under the arrangement of my parents and occupied two compartments.

Crabbe and Goyle quietly slipped into one of the smaller compartments, leaving the girls with a clear view of the platform.

"So? What happened to you just now?" Before she even sat down, Pansy couldn't help but ask Draco.

Daphne also looked very interested.

"That guy, he seems to be entangled by the red-haired family."

"You really care about him!"

"Red hair? A Weasley?"

Draco ignored Pansy's ridicule and nodded at Daphne's question, his brows gradually furrowed.

-

Although I didn't know any of the Weasley family, I had heard my father mention them.

The Weasleys were once a highly respected pure-blood wizarding family, but they became "pure-blood traitors" after they abandoned their wizarding principles.

After wizards were oppressed by Muggles and forced to hide their identities, such families were still reluctant to give up the ties with their Muggle family.

In addition to sympathizing with Muggles, he also firmly believed that the wizarding community would eventually coexist peacefully with Muggles.

Even if it means that wizards have to live a closed and inconvenient life for a long time.

What's more, he used his own financial resources to assist Muggles in their construction many times, and was happy to do so even when his wealth was gone.

In Draco's young mind, the Weasley family was synonymous with self-degradation.

Seeing the black-haired boy boarding the train surrounded by the Weasley family, I felt unhappy for no reason.

First it was the rude gamekeeper, then it was the family that didn't want to make progress.

Why does this ignorant orphan like to provoke these people who are harmful to his or her mental development?

I thought to myself, no wonder my parents are so proud of their family background.

Although good family education cannot guarantee anything, it can at least greatly reduce the possibility of making bad friends.

Regardless of the identity of the black-haired boy, as a descendant of the Malfoy family, one of the few remaining great families in the wizarding world,

Naturally, I couldn't bear to see a wizard I had only met once become so destitute.

Not to mention, if that boy was really Harry Potter—

How could the responsibility of being a noble allow a hero of the magical world to go down the wrong path?

After the train started, Draco's mind was in turmoil, and he couldn't get rid of these worries.

Until the glass window covered by the curtain on the box door knocked softly, interrupting my thoughts.

"excuse me."

A majestic female voice came, gently opening the door of the box, and Draco, Pansy and Daphne stood up quickly.

Behind the door of the box, a serious girl with long brown hair, pale face and glasses stood in front of him.

Behind the girl was a group of senior students.

Some of them have already changed into robes, and it can be seen that they are all Slytherin students.

The students were full of curiosity, but when they saw the three beautiful figures in the box, they kept backing away.

The leading girl was obviously a little impatient. She let out a light click and bowed to the three of them.

"Miss Malfoy. I am Gemma Farley, Slytherin prefect."

"Although I haven't experienced the Sorting Ceremony yet, as a Slytherin prefect,

"We would like to welcome the members of the Malfoy family, who have always been very kind to the school, to the school in advance."

Listening to Farley's words, Draco laughed secretly in his heart and exchanged glances with Pansy and Daphne.

Similar scenes were commonplace to the three of them.

The ancestor of the Malfoy family, Armand Malfoy, was a hereditary nobleman who was indeed granted a fief by William the Conqueror.

This gives the Malfoy family a special status even among the pure-blood families.

Not to mention that the heads of the Malfoy family for generations have always been important advisors to the Ministry of Magic and members of the Hogwarts board of directors.

As a member of the Malfoy family, in addition to being a frequent contributor to the Daily Prophet, he is also always the focus of gossip tabloids.

This was especially true after the Malfoys and Blacks' branches intermarried.

For young wizards growing up in the wizarding world, the appearance of members of the Malfoy family is a

It is often like a Muggle meeting a member of the royal family in real life.

Even if he is just a distant relative of the royal family.

"You are so polite, Miss Farley, and everyone from Slytherin. These two are Miss Parkinson and Miss Greengrass."

"We sincerely hope that in a few hours, we will have the honor of joining Slytherin and continue the glorious tradition of the house with you."

Draco quickly returned the greeting and introduced his two best friends at the same time.

This greatly boosted the morale of the Slytherin students.
