Harry Potter: Miss Malfoy
Chapter 58 If only everyone was a class leader!
The holidays are coming soon.
The white scenery outside the castle makes the already sparsely populated campus seem even more quiet.
After exchanging blessings with Daphne and Pansy, I watched them follow the crowd towards the Hogsmeade platform.
"Be careful yourself."
"We'll be back soon."
"Until then, if you want to investigate something, you should take Goyle and Crabbe with you."
Before leaving, the two of them whispered reminders.
After the reconciliation, Draco told the two that he might have been controlled by the diary and even attacked the Bloody Baron.
He also told them that the control of the diary might be closely related to the secret room, and that he wanted to work hard to solve this mystery.
Although Pansy and Daphne disapproved of Draco's desire to solve the mystery of the diary and the Chamber of Secrets,
But I can also understand her desire to make up for it.
Fortunately, Crabbe and Goyle also received letters from their parents, asking them to stay on campus for the holidays and protect the Malfoy daughter.
Although this would bring a lot of inconvenience, Draco could only accept it silently in extraordinary times.
After the express train left the platform, the campus officially fell into the silence of Christmas.
Draco was surprised to find that Harry, Ron and Hermione were also staying on campus.
What was even more bizarre was that, perhaps because the crowds had faded, Draco suddenly became alert, and the three of them often guarded the haunted and abandoned women's restroom at the end of the corridor on the second floor.
They must be planning something, but I don't know how long they have been planning it.
When I passed Harry by one time, I remembered hearing three people whispering in front of the Dueling Club -
Harry wanted to find himself to ask something.
I remembered what Severus said about the materials stolen from the Potions classroom: horn powder of a hyena and the skin of a boomslang.
He also remembered how the front of Harry's robes bulged unnaturally after he caused trouble in Potions class.
Draco, who had been studying Potions textbooks with Severus since he was a child, naturally had some idea in his mind.
I was suspicious, but I was not sure how the three of them would proceed.
-
It was not until after breakfast that day that Draco came to the library alone, unwilling to wait for Goyle, who was craving for the bagel, or Crabbe, who was busy unpacking the ham.
When I went down to the cellar and was about to return to the hall, I saw a strange scene.
Crabbe and Goyle were wandering around the corridor as if they were lost, and they seemed to be entangled with the Gryffindor prefect (who seemed to be a rare normal Weasley).
What was even stranger was that Crabbe actually recognized this prefect.
A shout of "Percy, what are you doing here?" angered the other party.
However, what really stunned Delacour was Goyle.
He wore a pair of round-framed glasses on his panic-stricken face.
Draco was stunned for a moment and almost laughed out loud.
"It is very unsafe to wander in the dark corridors during this time!"
The prefect named Percy shouted angrily. Draco hesitated for a moment, then stepped forward with a playful look.
"Aren't you yourself too?"
It was a softly spoken word, but it stung Percy and brought redemption to Crabbe and Goyle.
"I'm a prefect. Nothing's going to attack me."
"Really? Maybe you should report to Professor Dumbledore right away."
Draco said softly, noticing that Percy was confused by his words, and took his time to explain softly.
"You've figured out a way to solve the Chamber of Secrets crisis, haven't you?"
"Nothing will attack prefects, so just make all the students prefects."
“There wouldn’t be any attacks.”
Crabbe and Goyle couldn't help laughing, but Percy's face turned red and he remained silent in anger.
"Go ahead. I believe Professor Dumbledore will give Gryffindor at least 500 points."
"You must learn to respect your prefects."
Percy stood there with gritted teeth, leaving behind an empty protest before walking away angrily.
After watching Percy leave, Draco walked towards Crabbe and Goyle with a bright smile.
"I thought it was a sign of great respect to allow Gryffindor the opportunity to add 500 points."
Crabbe and Goyle just stood there with their mouths slightly open, not saying a word.
Draco put his hands behind his back and tilted his head slightly, with a confused smile that was full of mischievous intent.
Standing on tiptoe, she approached Goyle, who was wearing round-framed glasses.
"Why don't you speak?"
"And...why are you wearing glasses?"
Goyle swallowed and opened and closed his mouth, but no words came out.
Draco certainly didn't know that the cold air on a snowy day had turned her fair cheeks slightly red.
The mist exhaled during the conversation matched the smile, which made "Gore" stunned.
"I...uh...I was just reading...?"
Draco almost laughed when he heard Goyle's response.
She puffed up her cheeks and patted Goyle's forehead in feigned annoyance and surprise.
"You actually hid this secret! I didn't even know you could read!"
Without waiting for Goyle's answer, he stood on tiptoe once again and moved forward.
Reaching out, he carefully took off Gore's glasses.
She put it on her nose, stuck out her tongue lightly, and asked playfully.
"Could this be some kind of glasses that can make you smarter?"
"Can you lend it to me?"
"Uh......"
"Woo..."
Goyle was speechless for a while. In addition to playing a prank, Draco suddenly whined because of dizziness.
Unexpectedly, after putting on the glasses, I just took a look and felt dizzy because the prescription was too strong.
"Forget it... Never mind. I'll give it back to you."
He quickly returned the glasses to Goyle, shook his head, and looked at the frightened looks of Goyle and Crabbe, laughing secretly in his heart.
"Come on, I want to show you something."
Turn around and walk towards the cellar.
He secretly watched the two people behind him from the corner of his eyes.
He noticed Crabbe scratching the back of his head as if something had just happened, and Goyle's face was inexplicably red.
