Harry Potter: Miss Malfoy

Chapter 107 The Young Lady's Soul

Watching Pansy and Daphne happily enjoying their butterbeer, and then staring at the foam overflowing the rim of the glass in front of him.

Draco was torn between a desire and a desire.

He closed his eyes, held his breath, and took a big gulp. A slight warmth spread from deep within his mouth and nose to his chest and abdomen.

When I opened my eyes, I saw Pansy's smiling face and Daphne's slightly worried expression, and found that alcohol didn't seem to be as scary as I had imagined.

I took another big sip. Maybe I was too hasty this time. My head and fingers felt numb...

With a thud, he lay down on the edge of the table in a completely inappropriate posture.

Harry's face appeared in his hazy mind.

Seeing Draco's almost unprecedented loss of composure, the two girls around him were naturally quite frightened.

While I was still in doubt, I heard a murmur from the soft golden hair buried deep in my arms.

"Is this...really possible..."

"'Draco?'"

Daphne and Pansy exchanged glances.

A little worried at Draco's unusual behavior.

Daphne patted Draco's back gently while Pansy combed Draco's hair.

"Is it really okay to like someone who I probably shouldn't like..."

Daphne was stunned for a moment, and even Pansy was speechless and flustered.

Even though she always liked to tease Draco and Harry, she could vaguely sense that Draco was attracted to her.

But I never expected Draco to ask me so suddenly and directly.

"Of course."

Unable to bear the silence, Daphne spoke softly, with a hint of meaning.

"No matter what your parents do, it's okay to pursue your own life."

Pansy opened her mouth as if she wanted to say something, but chose to keep silent.

She didn't agree with Daphne, but she knew she didn't need to express her opinion now.

I secretly hope that, ideally, the three sisters will never have to argue about this.

Daphne's words seemed to give Draco some courage.

He raised his head, tears welling up in his eyes.

"Really...? It won't harm your family...?"

The two girls who were guarding Draco were shocked to find that this favored girl who usually gave people an elegant and aloof image could be so weak when she was slightly drunk.

But the two were unwilling and unable to answer this question.

We can only accompany each other quietly with our own thoughts.

As they carefully considered Draco's worries and hesitations, the originally joking atmosphere unconsciously froze.

I don't know how much time passed, but Draco seemed to suddenly remember something.

"Um...what I just said was all about my friends."

Pansy and Daphne smiled at each other, and the atmosphere between the three of them eased.

"Which friend of yours?"

Pansy asked playfully, pressing her cheek against Draco.

"It's... Pansy and Daphne. It's their business."

Daphne shook her head gently, reluctantly letting Draco slowly finish her pint of butterbeer at his insistence.

As the girl smiled gently, no one noticed the door opening again.

He didn't even notice Professor McGonagall, Flitwick, Hagrid, and Minister of Magic Fudge walking in.

-

I have no recollection of how I got back to the college. I only vaguely remembered that I walked into the dormitory with the support of Daphne and Pansy.

I woke up with a headache after a short nap, and vaguely remembered that I might have said something inappropriate.

Unwilling to tell Pansy and Daphne about his scandalous past, he could only silently warn himself not to try drinking again.

I grabbed my cape, scarf and gloves and planned to take a walk around the campus before dinner.

I hoped the cool night air would ease the discomfort. Although it was not yet six o'clock, the sun had already set.

The campus was empty at night. Apparently in this cold season, everyone chose to return to their dormitories to keep warm.

I wanted to go to the owl's letter house. I took a few steps on the snow and heard footsteps chasing me from behind.

"Draco!"

Draco couldn't help but feel puzzled when he heard Harry's familiar and friendly call.

"How did you know I was here?"

The boy in front of him grinned and scratched his hair.

It goes without saying that he must have some props or secrets.

Watching him step forward.

After Draco made sure that there was no one around, he walked side by side with Harry.

Some people said that there was no match.

"Lupin said he would teach me how to deal with Dementors."

"Great."

“Though classes won’t start until next semester.”

"At least, I don't have to worry about those guys anymore."

"More importantly, I don't have to make you worry anymore."

Harry said, sounding a little nervous.

Draco's face felt slightly hot and his heart felt slightly sweet. He gave Harry a cold look.

"I wasn't worried about you, idiot Potter."

There are not many words, but just walking together like this is enough to warm my heart.

"I'm really sorry that something like that happened during the game. But..."

As Harry apologized, he suddenly stepped forward, raised his right hand, and extended his thumb and little finger.

"Don't get yourself hurt just to protect me."

Mimicking Draco's tone in the ward.

Draco was stunned for a moment, then smiled and raised his hand.

Confused.

Harry Potter always seems to know how to make himself laugh.

"I promise you."

The moonlight shone on the hands making pinky promises, and I noticed that the whites of Harry's eyes were red, and the warm smile on his face could not hide the sadness he had felt not long ago.

After hesitating for a moment, she let him continue to hook her, and reached into her arms with her left hand, handing him a chocolate frog.

Harry took it, looking obviously worried.

"Having a bad mood?"

Draco asked carefully, worried whether his words were too cold, but also worried whether he showed too much concern.

Harry then looked sad. "Professor McGonagall, Professor Flitwick, and Minister Fudge all think that...

It was Sirius who betrayed my parents and murdered Pettigrew."

Draco withdrew his hand from signing the oath.

Looking at Harry quietly. , "Do you believe them?"

After a long time, he asked softly.

Seeing something floating in the depths of Draco's eyes, Harry suddenly felt all kinds of things in his heart.

If they are not careful, the two may greet Christmas with an argument.

"I do not know."

From the bottom of my heart, I carefully chose my words and told Draco what happened a few hours ago...
