Chapter 80 Death Anniversary Dinner

Blaise and Draco briefly formed a united front, separating Avro and Theodore.

"It's okay, Theodore, don't worry." Seeing Theodore's guilty and regretful look, Afro comforted him with a nonchalant look.

And her skin is pale, any other color would be glaring.

"Afro, you are here." Wood's sudden appearance interrupted the strange atmosphere. He didn't see a few boys with unnatural expressions, so he grabbed Afro.

"Harry and the others are looking for you again. It seems like there is something important."

Afro immediately thought of the death anniversary dinner that evening, said goodbye to a few people in a hurry, and ran towards the auditorium.

"Wood!" Draco glared at him with gritted teeth. Why did so many people come to snatch Aphrodite from him!

Wood smiled heartlessly at the few people, then turned and left.

How strange! Why did he feel a chill on his back just now?

"Can we not go?" Harry, who was pacing in the middle of the floor, suddenly regretted that he had agreed to Nick too quickly.

"Harry, you were the one who promised someone else this first!" Afro, who was full of interest, seemed to be reminding Harry, but was actually secretly threatening him.

This is a rare, eye-opening opportunity!

She was really curious about what the death anniversary dinner was like!

Compared to the excitement of Aphrodite and Hermione, Ron's eyes were slightly closed, and his face was frowned with a disgusted expression that could be seen from eight hundred miles away.

Like Harry, he had no idea what the two girls were so excited about.

Is it because it’s not a party for living people?

So the four people were divided into two groups, the Unhappy Gentlemen group and the Super Happy Ladies group.

"Hi, little Harry." Hagrid pushed a huge pumpkin towards the hall and met four little wizards in the castle hall. "The party is about to start. Where are you going?"

Harry grinned awkwardly, scratched his head, and stammered to change the subject. He didn't want to tell others about his stupid behavior, let alone the loudmouthed Hagrid.

"I heard that Dumbledore invited a dancing skeleton troupe to perform this year." Hagrid pushed the big pumpkin forward and sighed that this year's Halloween would not be boring.

After hearing the news, Harry and Ron felt even more regretful!

They were dragged away from the auditorium entrance by two girls, and the glittering golden plates and warm candles in the auditorium were getting farther and farther away from them.

There were also candles in the aisle leading to Nick's party, but they were all black. The blue candle flames swayed in the wind, casting strange shadows on their faces.

Afro thinks that if Nick existed in her world, he would definitely be a dedicated escape room owner!

With this setting, even if Sadako came, she would have to run away crying and holding her long hair!

With every step he took, the temperature around him dropped a little. Harry shook out the robes he had picked up and wrapped them around Aphrodite and himself.

The small robe had to fit two people, which made it difficult for the robe to fit in. So Afro had to stick to Harry's chest, and Harry put his arm around her waist to protect her and help her move forward carefully.

Harry gripped his collar tightly to keep the cold wind out of his robes.

Hermione glanced at them, then turned her gaze to Ron who was hugging his arms, "It's quite cold here."

"Yes, yes!" Ron's teeth were chattering with cold. He put his hands to his mouth and blew into his palms, trying to warm them up.

"I said I'm cold!" Hermione pointed out the underlying meaning of her words in an unsatisfactory manner, hoping that Ron's iron-like head could move.

“It’s quite cold!”

It’s a pity that even Merlin couldn’t save Ron’s head of steel!

"Paul must have trained your brain back then!"

Afro understood the meaning of Hermione's words and covered her mouth with her hands and laughed quietly.

Ron, who had never received Muggle education, and Harry, who had never read the book, looked at each other in confusion, not knowing what the two girls were laughing at.

A harsh sound like nails scratching on a blackboard came from the end of the corridor.

"Isn't this music?" Afro hesitated as she heard the tingling sound and said what she was thinking. Her head was about to be blown off.

I feel my head is cool.

They turned the corner slowly and found Nick standing in an archway hung with purple and black curtains.

"Welcome! My dear friends!" When Nick saw Harry, a warm smile appeared on his face. He took off his feather hat and bowed to them.

Afro thought Nick would look more like a Duke if he wasn't a gray ghost floating in mid-air.

Harry opened the curtain and they saw the scene behind it. There were hundreds of ghosts floating in the room, swaying to the music on the dance floor, and some even danced the waltz!

A ghost in a classical long dress passed through Afro's body while spinning. It felt like taking a bath in winter and having your skin suddenly sprayed with cold water from the faucet.

Biting cold.

"Let's be careful not to walk through these ghosts." Hermione walked sideways along the edge of the dance floor and reminded them worriedly.

Afro saw many familiar faces on the dance floor, almost all the ghosts of Hogwarts were there.

"Nick is popular with people, no! He's also popular with ghosts!" She whispered in Harry's ear.

Harry held her in his arms, carefully protecting her from the ghosts.

"No way!" Hermione suddenly stopped, turned her head and looked at them, her face full of disgust.

"What's wrong?" Afro stretched her neck and looked over Hermione's head at the center of the dance floor. The ghosts dancing wildly seemed to be fine!

Harry ignored all this. He was worried about Afro, who was swaying from side to side, and tried to prevent her from being hit.

"I don't want to say hello to Moaning Myrtle!" Hermione dodged and squeezed between Aphrodite and Ron, hiding herself behind several people.

"Who?"

As they walked, they listened to Hermione's popular science lectures.

"Moaning Myrtle, always scaring people in the bathroom. She has a bad temper and often floods the toilet..."

"Flood the toilet?" Ron interrupted Hermione. "With what? Tears?"

The three listened to Ron's words and silently distanced themselves.

“The food is coming!”

Afro, who was starving, noticed something covered with black cloth on the long table. They all came over and lifted the cloth, and were stunned.

"Can we still catch the food if we go back to the auditorium now?"

Afro suppressed her nausea and covered the rotten fish with the black cloth again.

They turned around to leave, but Peeves blocked their way with a plate of cut cakes.

"Happy Halloween, Peeves."

"I just heard you guys talking bad about Myrtle!"

"No, no!" The four people immediately shook their heads and waved their hands, no three in a row.

Peeves' eyes glowed, the corners of his mouth suddenly raised, and he took a deep breath.
