Chapter 413 I am you
With a clang, the silver knife was blocked by the man.
Bellatrix looked at him with wide eyes, her mad and horrified expression making her look funny and ridiculous.
Just as Voldemort was angry about not finding Grindelwald and the Elder Wand, he felt the call of his loyal servant.
"Bellatrix, you'd better have good news." Voldemort appeared in the dim dungeon angrily.
"It's so ugly. It's really so ugly." A deep and pleasant voice echoed in the dungeon.
Voldemort waved his sleeves, lighting up the entire room. The ruined dungeon showed that a great battle had just taken place here.
The place where the prisoners were originally held was replaced by a tall figure.
Voldemort looked at the familiar face and narrowed his eyes: "Avada Kedavra!"
A green light penetrated the figure, just passing through.
"You can't kill yourself," said Tom.
"I hate to see this face," Voldemort said coldly.
Tom stroked his face and laughed: "But this face brings you a lot of convenience."
Voldemort waved his wand and pointed it at him: "You shouldn't be here!"
"There's nothing I can do about it. You created me." Tom nonchalantly flicked his wand away with his hand.
Voldemort raised his chin slightly, and his snake-like voice floated into the ears of everyone present: "You shouldn't be here, and you shouldn't appear. There is only one Dark Lord in the world!"
Tom stared into the red eyes and said word by word: "Without me, there would be no you."
"Avada Kedavra!" Voldemort swung his wand in frustration, but could not cause any harm to Tom.
"Goodbye, the other me." Tom put one hand in his pocket and said with a smile: "Although I don't want to admit it."
Bellatrix trembled and tried to hide in a corner, hoping that her master would not notice her as she was yelling wildly in the dungeon.
"Bellatrix."
Bellatrix replied in a trembling voice, "Master."
"You disappoint me so much!" A red light burst out from the tip of Voldemort's wand and hit Bellatrix: "From Malfoy to now, you have failed too many times!"
A painful scream echoed through the room.
"Whose kettle is ringing?" Afro took a cotton ball dipped in distilled water and pressed it hard on Noah's wound.
Noah pinched Harry's thigh hard, and Harry gritted his teeth and gasped.
"Sirius, how did you know Avro was going to Nott Manor?" Harry, who was sweating from the pain, had to shift his attention to Sirius, who was grinning and looking at them happily.
Sirius' smile froze, and he stammered, "Yes... Aphrodite told me before she left."
Harry nodded and continued to ask, "So Noah is the spy you put in there?"
"He didn't provide us with any information." Bryce was wearing a dark windbreaker that was loose on his body and standing outside with his hands in his pockets.
"That's not the case. At least he gave us a lot of information about Hogwarts."
"Hogwarts?" Hermione and Luna said in unison.
"We'll talk about this in a moment." Sirius pointed outside the door, and Hermione and the others stood up in tacit understanding.
"I'm going to go see Aunt Molly." Luna said, holding Hermione's hand.
By the time Afro had treated Noah's injuries, they were the only two left in the room.
"How were you exposed?"
Avro knew that Voldemort's Legilimency was very powerful, so when Noah suggested that he go, she placed a brain-shielding prop on him.
"I saw Rodolphus and Scabior bringing Luna back a few days ago. They were planning to pass on the message."
Noah felt that his rash actions disrupted Avro and Dumbledore's plans.
He lowered his head, afraid to see the disappointment in the girl's eyes.
"But I heard that they were planning to use Lovegood to lure out Harry Potter and you, so I wanted to let her out and disrupt their plans."
"I just want to help..." Noah raised his eyes and looked at her face. His sapphire eyes melted a little grievance: "I seem to have messed up."
Afro took out a bottle of medicine with green liquid from the silver tray and put it in his hand: "It's okay, drink the medicine first."
Noah held the crystal bottle that was still warm, and seemed to want to say something, but he chose not to say it in the end.
Afro stared at the silver ornament on his ear bone, and suddenly the scene of him asking her to go first at the manor flashed before her eyes.
"Why didn't you want me to save you then?"
"At least one of us has to survive." Noah said casually while playing with the empty crystal bottle.
"that's it?"
Noah suddenly turned his head, and stared at her with a pair of dark blue eyes, suppressing a sparkling luster and emitting a temptation that could absorb the soul.
Afro felt inexplicably nervous in her heart. She smiled awkwardly and decided to give up asking.
"Forget it, let's go first--"
"It is my duty to protect you, Afro." His eyes became clear again, transparent and clean, as if everything that happened just now did not exist.
Afro's breathing trembled slightly, and his mind went blank for a moment.
"After all, I am your elder." Noah curved his eyebrows and gave her a mischievous smile: "Hey, I heard someone call me uncle."
Afro snatched the empty bottle from his hand and pulled him up from the sofa.
"Be gentle! I'm a patient!"
"This is Professor Snape's medicine. You're well enough to beat a cow to death now, brother!"
"How disrespectful!" Noah bent his index finger and tapped lightly on her smooth forehead.
The palace retains a royal chef, so at least Aunt Molly doesn't have to worry about dinner for the whole family.
After two days of treatment, Bathilda has recovered a lot physically and mentally. Today is her first time to come to the restaurant to have dinner with everyone.
"I'm sorry, my boy," Bathilda said to Harry.
"It's okay, Ms. Bathilda." Harry smiled at her: "Can you tell me why Dumbledore took the Invisibility Cloak?"
After returning from Godric's Hollow, Harry, Hermione, and Ron had been pondering Bathilda's words and the story of the Deathly Hallows.
The first two were clear: the man they found in the graveyard was the third of the three brothers. The sword of Gryffindor they were looking for was in the abyss.
Hermione guessed that the abyss should refer to the bottom of the lake, or the valley.
But they couldn't understand the last sentence.
"Oh, child." Bathilda stared at Harry with cloudy eyes: "Do you trust Dumbledore?"
Harry was stunned for a moment. He thought about the first time he met Dumbledore, the first time he talked to him... until the last time.
The last thing he said to him was to get a pair of binoculars.
"I... I don't know," Harry heard himself answer.
