Chapter 395: Tower Struck by Lightning

After another Potions class, they returned to the sunlit common room.

"Katie! You're back! Great!" Hermione was the first to come out of the portrait hole and then shouted.

Harry's eyes widened, Katie looked completely recovered.

"Katie, that necklace... do you remember who gave it to you?" He walked over and asked in a low voice. He was so curious and eager to know the truth that he didn't bother to say any polite words.

He seemed to want to know if that person was who he thought he was.

“No.” Katie shook her head in annoyance. “Everyone asks me, but the last thing I remember was going into the bathroom.”

Afro hugged Katie and patted her shoulder, "It's okay."

"Sorry, I don't think Professor McGonagall will not punish me by making me copy just because it's my first day back." Katie hurriedly grabbed her schoolbag and textbooks and chased after her companions.

"Then the person who gave Katie the necklace must be a girl," Hermione said firmly.

"Not necessarily. Don't forget that Hogwarts has a big pot of Polyjuice Potion..."

These are all experiments they made in class.

Harry could already imagine Goyle and Crabbe as girls, coming vividly towards him.

"If we use Felix Felicis..."

Afro put down the parchment in her hand and ruffled his hair vigorously, "Don't waste any more potions."

"Can't we make some?" said Ron ruefully. He wanted to try the Felicis Felix, too.

"Hmm..." Afro held his chin and thought for a while, then said seriously, "You can, but you have to wait six months."

"So it really is Goyle and Crabbe?" Ron said with a look of disgust.

"Not necessarily. There are girls among them."

"Parkinson's?" Hermione glanced at the ingredients in the book, then returned to her notes.

"Do they have Death Eater markings?" Ron asked.

"Not yet, at least." Harry had played Quidditch with them before, had looked at their arms, and there was nothing on them.

Ron was quiet for a while, did two pieces of homework, and then came over to chat with them.

"Harry, what did Dumbledore ask you to come with him for?"

Harry was practicing spells with the Half-Blood Prince's notes. He didn't seem to hear Ron's question clearly. "I don't know. Maybe it's a new course."

"Harry, you have to throw this book away." Hermione frowned, watching his fingers circling in the air, "I've never seen a book that teaches strange spells."

Harry couldn't see what he looked like at the moment. In the eyes of Avro and the other two, he looked like an addict, clutching the spine of the book obsessively, his eyes almost falling into his eyes.

The other hand was gesticulating as if casting a spell.

"No, Hermione it's just a book," Harry retorted nonchalantly.

"Harry, Hermione is right, you look terrible now," said Ron.

Harry looked up at them in confusion.

"Harry, have you forgotten the last time we hung the fuchsia?" Hermione said anxiously. She couldn't bear to see Harry become obsessed with such a strange book.

Even though the book helped Harry defeat her multiple times.

Afro stood up and closed the book in front of Harry. She extended a hand to him, her eyes fixed on him, "If you want to do this, take my hand."

Harry looked at the slender, strong hands in front of him, with light calluses on them from Quidditch practice.

After a long moment, Harry swallowed and slowly took her hand.

Avro took Harry to the Room of Requirement on the eighth floor and paced back and forth in front of the carpet where the troll was dancing.

I was saying I needed a place to hide my books...

The familiar room appeared again. It was the room where they had last come to look for the Ravenclaw diadem.

"Aphrodite, who do you think the Half-Blood Prince will be?"

"I do not know."

"I knew he couldn't be my father."

Harry's mind revived the image of the boy in Snape's memory, laughing and playing tricks in the sun, but he would never...

He looked at the girl who was still glowing even in the gray room, and the corners of his mouth rose slightly.

"I think the Half-Blood Prince must be a gifted genius. I hope he and my father can be friends." Harry put the book in a cabinet and shut the glass door. Next to the glass cabinet was a large box covered with rags.

This is impossible. Afro responded silently in his heart.

They left the Room of Requirement and met the mysterious Professor Trelawney at the corner of the stairs.

"...a sign from God..." She slipped and almost fell to the ground, luckily Harry helped her up.

"Professor, are you okay?"

"--the tower struck by lightning, disaster, misfortune..." She held Harry's hand tightly, and her hoarse voice rose a lot.

Harry could smell a very strong smell of sherry. He stood there, pale and motionless, with waves of shock washing over him.

He kept convincing himself that Trelawney's predictions were never accurate and that she had predicted his own death.

"Harry?" Afro looked at the pale-faced boy and called out in confusion.

"Tower, Dumbledore asked me to go to the tower tonight." Harry muttered these words again and again. There was only one thing left in his mind, which was to stop Dumbledore from going to the tower.

He didn't know where his premonition came from, but he still followed his heart.

"Stay here." Harry helped Trelawney lean against the wall, and pulled the dazed Aphrodite over. "Aphrodite, go find Professor McGonagall or Professor Flitwick now, find someone who can help, and then come to the tower to find me."

After saying that, he left the two of them behind and ran towards Dumbledore's office.

Afro watched his figure disappear before slowly walking towards the stairs.

"Xiao Afu, is this really okay?" 23 suddenly felt a little bit sorry when he saw Harry's worried and anxious look in the system space.

"Dumbledore said that only when he believes it will others believe it."

"Little Afu, how come you have become like that old Dengtou?"

Afro looked out the window at the golden sunset, her blue-green eyes sparkling.

“This is the optimal solution.”

Harry ran to the office, panting, and saw Dumbledore looking out the window at the campus.

"Oh, Harry you're early. We still don't meet for another two hours."

Harry looked at Dumbledore, almost speechless.

"Come here, child." Dumbledore stood there and waved at him. "I can tell you a story today, a story about two young men..."

The starry sky slowly climbed into the night sky. After listening to the story, Harry suddenly found that his mind was much clearer. He even agreed to go to the tower with Dumbledore to watch the stars.

The walls of the astronomy tower were desolate and there was no one on the spiral staircase.

"Harry, I have a small telescope in my office, could you bring it to me?"
