Chapter 380 Declaration of Sovereignty

An awkward atmosphere spread across the stadium. Harry glanced at the students who were listening to the gossip and naturally walked over to Afro and Ron.

He reached out and pulled the girl out of Ron's arms, then walked away without looking back.

The answer is self-evident.

Hermione and Ron hurriedly followed them out of the stadium, leaving behind a group of little wizards looking at each other and gossiping.

As Avro and Harry entered the Great Hall, Slughorn appeared in front of them, blocking their way.

"Hey, Harry, Avro!" he cried enthusiastically, "just the man I wanted to see. Come over to my place to-night for dinner? We're having a little evening."

Slughorn patted Harry's shoulder with one hand and played with his beard with the other, "There are many friends too. Zabini, McLaggen, and Miss Granger can also join us."

He even bowed to Hermione politely, inviting her to do him the honor. As for Ron, it was as if he didn't exist.

"Thank you, Professor," Harry said quickly, "Aphrodite and I will be there on time."

Slughorn turned his head and looked at Hermione, who nodded hesitantly at his straightforward gaze.

"I don't really want to go at all," Hermione said anxiously after Slughorn left. She and McLaggen were not on good terms.

Ron crossed his arms sullenly, frowning, and said unhappily, "You can't be alone. Ginny must have been invited too."

Slughorn's neglect was a resentment to him, and Ron looked absent-minded until the end of the meal.

Afro picked up a copy of the Daily Prophet that another student had dropped on a chair.

"Is there any news?" Harry came over and squeezed into a chair with her, holding her waist with his left hand and flipping through the newspaper with his right hand.

There was only one piece of news about Ministry officials searching several families.

"Why are they going to Crabbe's?"

Afro turned a page of the newspaper and continued to browse other contents. "I wrote to Percy, telling him that there might be a spy in the school and asked him to check their home."

"But they didn't gain anything." Ron showed a surprised expression on his face. "How did he do it?"

"It's just that there is no harvest for the time being." Afro shrugged, put the newspaper aside, and stared at Ron who was sitting opposite with his arms crossed.

Ron felt a little guilty after being stared at. He stood up and said sadly, "Since no one invited me to the party, I'd better go to bed."

Afro stared at his back blankly. Since the beginning of the school year, her male companions have not been in a good mood.

Draco was like this, and so was Ron.

"Aphrodite?" The new Chaser Robbins suddenly appeared. "I have a message for you."

"Is it Professor Dumbledore?"

Robbins smiled awkwardly, "It's not him, it's Professor Snape."

"He said..." The boy closed his eyes, took a deep breath and then said, "He hopes Miss Campbell won't write his name on the mess."

"Okay." Afro smiled happily, "Thank you, Robbins."

Apparently Snape had discovered that she had added his name to the formula of the magic potion. It was a pity that now was not the best time to publish the recipe, otherwise she would have let the old professor feel the celebrity effect.

Slughorn's dinner party was ultimately not held because Snape refused to allow large gatherings, citing the school's recent strict precautions.

"According to Snape, this year's trip to Hogsmeade should be cancelled." There was no sadness in Ron's tone. Perhaps in his opinion, canceling the party was better than leaving him alone in the dormitory.

Harry lowered his head and kept flipping through the textbook of his Half-Blood Prince. He found that this prince was not only excellent in Potions class, but was also good at Charms.

At least he couldn't invent new spells himself.

"Slughorn said he would prepare a new Christmas dinner." Hermione took out her latest news and shared it with everyone.

"It's another time to socialize with those dignitaries." Ron looked out the window at the strong wind and heavy snow without caring, and became more and more convinced that they would not be able to go to Hogsmeade this week.

Avro looked at Filch standing at the castle gate and said, "I'm afraid we'll have to go out for a walk on a snowy day."

Soon, Filch posted the notice for the weekend trip as normal, and as usual, he checked in with the students who were allowed to go to Hogsmeade.

Walking in the strong wind and blizzard was a painful thing. Harry wrapped himself and Aphrodite's lower face with a big scarf, but the exposed part was still frozen.

"Merlin's jigsaw puzzle, I can't feel the effect of the insulation spell." Afro stamped her feet and covered her mouth with her scarf.

Harry struggled to move his stiff fingers and distributed most of the scarves to the girls.

"Thank Merlin, there's still a functioning shop." Ron pushed open the door of a Three Broomsticks, and the warm scent of butterbeer filled his face.

Most of the shops in Hogsmeade were closed, and the few that were open had few customers.

"Hey, what a coincidence!" Bryce leaned lazily against a pillar not far away and greeted them enthusiastically.

Two students sitting close to them stared at them intently.

"What a coincidence, how come I meet you everywhere?" Ron muttered, raised his butterbeer and took a big sip, then choked.

"This trip isn't much fun." Blaise drank his drink slowly and pushed Ron, who was bent over and coughing, away.

Afro nodded and wrapped her cloak tightly around her. "If we stay any longer, the weather will only get worse."

"Harry, what are you looking at?"

"Nothing." Harry hurriedly looked away from the stairs. He seemed to have seen Pansy and Flint just now.

It seems that there are also Crabbe, Goyle and others.

It disappeared in the blink of an eye.

The wind chimes at the door rang, and Katie and her friends left.

"Why don't we go back too? The weather is getting colder." Hermione unconsciously covered most of her face with a scarf and wore thick gloves on her hands.

"I think your suggestion is great." Afro drank the last sip of her drink. Before she could take out her scarf, a fruity floral scent enveloped her.

Blaise lowered his head and gently tied the scarf around the girl's neck. "It's windy outside. Be careful not to hurt your face."

Afro touched her furry, girly plush scarf and looked down at the gray scarf around her neck.

“I brought a scarf…”

"You can lend it to me." Blaise took the pink scarf naturally and tied it outside his black cloak.

Well, it's quite eye-catching.

It is also very assertive.

Just like boys would wear a pink hairband on their wrist.

You can tell at first glance that he has a girlfriend.

"you……"

Before Afro could finish his words, a shrill scream suddenly came from outside the room.
