Chapter 150: Captured by Snape as a laborer

Percy turned the next corner and threw the bouquet into Peeves' arms. Peeves held the flowers and shouted who had hit him!

"Campbell." A gloomy and cold voice sounded at the front of the corridor. Snape crossed his hands in front of his abdomen and stared at them with a cold face.

"Professor Snape--" Percy stood sideways in front of Avro and looked straight into Snape's unfathomable eyes.

Snape sneered twice when he saw the boys protecting Avro behind them as if they were facing a powerful enemy, especially when he saw his nominal godson.

"Campbell and your old professor go to the office."

After saying that, Snape turned around and walked in front, dragging his flowing robe. After walking one meter, he stood there with his back to them, as if waiting for Afro to catch up.

"I'll go take a look, don't worry." Afro smiled at them soothingly, pretending to be relaxed as she left the corridor with Snape.

"What does the old bat want from him?" Fred and George stood arm in arm, watching the two men leave, and muttered softly.

"Old Bat?" Percy repeated with a frown. Although he didn't like Professor Snape very much, it was still a bit disrespectful to give the professor a nickname.

"Shut up, stupid lion!" The anger that had been accumulating in Draco's eyes almost ignited the air. He spoke ill of their dean in front of the Slytherins. Did he really think he didn't exist?

"There's nothing to do here. I'm going to the library first." Cedric raised the book in his hand. His humble and polite expression was impeccable.

Percy squinted his eyes and looked in the direction where Cedric left. His biggest competitor was the big badger, who was known as the "nice guy".

What a nice guy.

He saw that if Cedric was thrown into the Thames, all London would drink green tea.

"I have something else to do, so I'll leave now." Without Afro here, Theodore didn't want to stay with these rivals.

Brace said nothing and just left with the long cloak hanging on the ground.

The little lions looked at the only remaining little viper, and Draco clenched his fist uncomfortably and coughed.

"I'll wait here for Afro to come back."

"Then you wait, we'll go back to the lounge and sit and wait."

Draco:…

On the other side, Avro, who had left with Snape, nervously followed the old professor's steps into the dark and damp basement.

"Professor Snape, have I made any mistake?"

After standing still in the office, Afro spoke before Snape. Her heartbeat was particularly clear, and every beat seemed to be telling of her uneasiness and anxiety.

Afro paid some attention to ask 23 in his mind if he was doing well in Potions class recently.

"Hmph, Miss Campbell knows herself very well." Snape stood in front of a rough wooden cabinet, glanced at the girl who was rubbing the corner of her clothes with her head down, and frowned slightly.

Is he that scary?

"Look at this." He opened the glass door of the cupboard and took out a bottle filled with ginger-colored liquid from a pile of messy crystal bottles. There was a fine glitter flowing in the liquid.

Afro took the crystal bottle, and the potion in the crystal bottle swayed gently with their movements, and the ginger-yellow liquid turned into blue-purple.

She had accidentally read the introduction of this potion in Hermione's "Advanced Potion Making" and was attracted by its beautiful color.

"Wolfsbane Potion."

"It seems that Miss Campbell is not unlearned outside of class." Snape took the potion back and placed it at the end of the cupboard where potions were stored, and locked the door carefully. "Since you know what potion it is, you also know what ingredients are needed, right?"

Afro put the tip of her tongue on the roof of her mouth, trying hard to recall what was written on that page of the book. The only thing she remembered was Aconitum carmichaelii.

"Hurry up and find the recipe and help the old professor prepare the potion!"

Snape glanced at the blonde girl who was still standing there, sighed calmly, pointed at the parchment on the operating table in the room, and reminded her loudly helplessly.

Afro suddenly woke up from a dream, and ran to the table flattered, took the parchment, and found the herbs one by one according to the contents written on it. In his heart, he did not forget to discuss with 2333.

"2333, what do you think he meant? Poisoning me?"

23: What good would it be to poison you?

"The wolfsbane potion is prepared for Professor Lupin, but he can do it by himself. Why do he ask me to do it?" Afro took the wolfsbane potion with dragon leather gloves and went to the next cabinet to find the fecal stone.

"Xiao Afu, is there a possibility that he will give you some special treatment?"

Afro checked to see if there were any materials left behind. After hearing what 23 said, he stroked his chin and said confidently, "Did he discover that I'm a rare potion genius in a century?"

“It’s possible~”

If Snape heard the conversation between Avro and the system, he would definitely sneer and say how dare they think so!

If Dumbledore hadn't asked him to find Campbell, he would have done it by himself!

"The professor has found everything, except for werewolf blood." Afro placed the sorted herbs along with the recipe on Snape's desk. She searched the herb room for a long time but couldn't find the storage jar containing werewolf blood.

Snape checked it and confirmed that there was nothing wrong before he slowly spoke, "Someone will deliver it in a moment."

Just as he finished speaking, Lupin suddenly pushed the door open and walked in. He was slightly startled when he saw Aphrodite in the room, his hands were not sure where to put them, and he looked at Snape with an inquiring look.

"Werewolf blood is coming."

There was a hint of surprise on Afro's face when she looked at Lupin, because the system was causing trouble again.

"Ding! Posting a side quest - Inhibitor: Help Lupin find a way to suppress the werewolf. Reward: 100,000 points. Failure: 100,000 points deducted."

"2333, your mission arrived just in time!"

Lupin smiled apologetically at Avro, took the knife handed to him by Snape, cut a cut on his palm, and red blood dripped along the palm lines into the long-necked flask below.

After having enough dosage, Snape immediately took out the healing potion and poured it on Lupin's hand, then threw him a bandage.

Snape handed the filled crystal bottle to Avro, pushed her to stand in front of the table, and stood aside with his arms folded, as if it had nothing to do with him.

"professor?"

"Don't let Professor Lupin's blood be shed in vain!"

What does that mean? Isn't she here to help?!

"Professor, I have never prepared wolfsbane potion. I am afraid..."

"Humph, then you should be more careful and not waste my precious medicinal herbs."

Afro, who was forced to do it, gritted his teeth and added ingredients into the crucible while checking the recipe.

"Look carefully at what it says! It says to stir clockwise three and a half times!"

"Don't put bezoar before wormwood!"

"I told you to wait until the liquid turns red before adding the wolfsbane!"

(The color and configuration order of the wolfsbane potion in this chapter are my own. I didn’t find accurate information, so I guessed it from various sources. If there is anything wrong, please point it out.)
