Chapter 13 Tasks for Modifying Permissions

Harry and Ron ran into the classroom in a disheveled panic. The classroom was full of Gryffindor and Slytherin students, but the podium was empty.

Ron patted his chest in relief and let out a long sigh. Harry also felt a little secretly happy that 'luckily he wasn't discovered'.

He waved happily to Afro who was sitting in the front row, trying to squeeze in between her and Hermione, but Afro shook her head at him quietly and pointed to the podium.

Harry's wet eyes were full of confusion. Afro realized that he didn't understand her hint at all. She sighed helplessly in her heart.

At this moment, the tabby cat on the desk jumped down, stretched its body in mid-air, and turned into the appearance of Professor McGonagall.

"That's amazing!" Ron looked at Professor McGonagall beside him and swallowed.

Although Professor McGonagall was not happy with the two students who were late for class on the first day, her tone was very calm, and one could not hear her anger. "Thank you for your evaluation, Mr. Weasley!"

"Maybe I should turn you and Mr. Potter into a pocket watch at least one of you will keep time!"

There were laughs coming from between the tables and chairs, and as soon as Afro turned around, her eyes met Draco's.

Afro was stunned for a moment, then gave him a sweet smile.

Afro turned around and didn't know that her polite smile had disturbed the boy's heart.

Ron lowered his head and didn't dare to look Professor McGonagall in the eye. Harry knew that being late was wrong, but still tried to excuse them both.

“We are lost!”

"Then turn it into a map. You don't need a map to find your seat!" Mag reminded them tiredly to return to their seats quickly and not delay the class any longer!

Ron and Harry picked up their books awkwardly and lowered their heads to find a seat nearest to them.

Hermione was very unhappy with the two people who were late on their first day. This was disrespectful to the professor and the course!

Fortunately, Professor McGonagall did not deduct points from her own house, otherwise she would have thrown these two fools into the Black Lake!

Professor McGonagall began the first serious and wise class. She sat behind the desk, raised her wand and waved it lightly, and a piece of chalk and a book floated up.

Afro opened her notebook and sat upright, looking like a good student listening to the class attentively, but in fact she was chatting with 23.

“I remember the lesson was about turning a match into a needle.”

23 spat out the chewing gum that he had snatched from 22 and flipped through the world information.

"Yes~ Xiao Afu~"

"Is there any quick method in the system?" Afro had a headache just looking at the words in the book. She didn't seem to have any talent for magic. When she was at Campbell Manor, Mr. Campbell didn't have such high expectations of her. If she wanted to study, she could study, and if she didn't want to study, she could go out and play.

"No, Xiao Afu, you have to rely on yourself!" 23 certainly understands his host. He is a little lazy and doesn't like to use his brain, but this is a magical world and the host is a wizard! How can a wizard not cast spells!

Afro turned a page of the book dejectedly and wrote down the key points on the blackboard in his notes.

Just now, Professor McGonagall showed these little brats the wonders of the Transfiguration Charm. She turned the desk into a pig!

Everyone in the classroom was shocked by this. They were eager to try and show off their extraordinary talents. However, halfway through the class, Professor McGonagall gave each person a match.

"Today's task is to turn this match into a needle. Okay, let's start practicing!" After Professor McGonagall finished speaking, she walked down from the podium and inspected every move in the classroom, giving instructions from time to time.

After getting the matches, Afro did not play with all her energy like the other students. Instead, she spun the matches back and forth on her fingertips, causing exclamations from those around her.

"Miss Campbell, it looks like you've learned it!" Professor McGonagall came behind her at some point, and Hermione, who was immersed in practice, was startled by the sudden voice!

Aphrodite naturally knew what her level was, not to mention that in the plot, only Hermione succeeded before the end of get out of class.

So, she admitted her mistake with a good attitude, trying to get Professor McGonagall to let her go, but for some reason, Professor McGonagall insisted on letting her demonstrate it again.

The whole classroom fell silent. Everyone put down their wands and looked towards Afro. Among the students who were watching the fun, there were a few young boys whose hearts were gripped with fear.

Afro looked up at the students and professors in the classroom, her wing-like eyelashes fluttering, revealing her owner's mood.

The ten-and-a-half-inch-long birch wand was pointed at the match on the table, and the slightly trembling tip of the wand emitted a white light.

The light gradually faded away, and a delicate and small needle came into view.

"Very good! Miss Campbell! Two points for Gryffindor!" Professor McGonagall's tone was obviously much happier. She looked at Aphrodite with appreciation, and then went to check on the other students.

The few young boys who had been worried before now turned their attention back to the matches in front of them with relief.

"Little Afu, how did you do it!" Hermione looked at her curiously, her eyes full of little stars.

It's a pity that Afro can't help, because...

"Hermione, I don't know, I just kept thinking about the needle..."

If 23 hadn't clearly stated that the system didn't help, Afro would have thought it was some kind of prop!

Is she actually an invisible genius?

Soon the first Transfiguration class came to an end, and apart from Aphrodite, just like in the plot, only Hermione managed to do it.

However, with the example of Avro, Professor McGonagall only gave Hermione one point.

The first grade curriculum was very tightly scheduled, and the little kids who had just finished the Transfiguration class had to run to the dungeon without stopping.

Afro took advantage of the break to take care of some personal issues, while Hermione chose to help the two of them reserve seats.

The break between classes was short, and Avro was walking down the stairwell of Hogwarts alone for the first time.

Hogwarts is really magical. Sometimes you see a door but you never thought it was a wall in disguise.

There are also moving stairs that always shake and even disappear suddenly, forcing you to jump to go up.

Aphrodite silently prayed that the stairs would not cause trouble at this time. She really didn't want to offend Professor Snape.

After safely walking down the stairs, Afro hurried on his way and accidentally bumped into a senior student.

A cool breath filled Afro's nose, smelling very good. However, Afro was in a hurry and said "sorry" hastily.

Afro, who was hurrying on his way, did not see the young man in the khaki school robe covering his chest which was hit and showing an intriguing smile.

The moment the bell rang, Afro pushed open the door of the Potions classroom. At the same time, a "ding" sound rang in her mind.

"Short-term mission: Earn Professor Snape's praise in the Potions class. Time limit: one hour. Reward: permission to modify one word, ten system coins. Penalty for failure to complete the mission: deduction of ten system coins."
