The overall process of the territory guard's recruitment activity is divided into three steps, namely three assessment contents.

The first item of the assessment: register the identity information of the candidates.

The main information to be registered in this assessment includes basic information such as name, age, gender, address, marital status, family situation, and health status.

Moreover, this information will eventually be registered and stored in the archives of the government office.

Although among the three or four hundred people taking the assessment, only sixty or seventy of them will be recruited into the territory guard team.

But this group of people accounts for more than half of the young and middle-aged laborers in the entire White Bear Territory!

(Note: Although the salary and benefits of joining the Territory Guard are high, not everyone is willing to serve.)

Now their information is put into archives and kept as reserve soldiers. If any emergency war occurs in the future, they can be recruited in a targeted manner.

The efficiency improved by conscription at that time can save a lot of effort!

The second item of the assessment: lifting a stone ball, which tests strength.

Before the test began, Ramos had already ordered people to place a wooden platform in the center of the temporary test area, and next to the wooden platform, five stone balls were placed.

These five stone balls are of different shapes and sizes, representing weights of 60 kilograms, 70 kilograms, 80 kilograms, 90 kilograms and 100 kilograms respectively.

And only those who pass the second assessment can participate in the next assessment.

But this does not prevent Ramos from using this standard to evaluate them.

With so many people coming to take the test this time, Ramos doesn't believe that he can't find qualified soldiers!

So now, he pays more attention to quality rather than quantity!

Soon, the test results for the second assessment came out.

Not many people were eliminated in this assessment project, only about forty or fifty.

Moreover, most of the participants are thin, chronically malnourished, or younger.

The third assessment item: running, which tests endurance.

Those who take the test only need to run back and forth five times, which is a distance of five kilometers.

However, in this assessment, not only endurance is assessed, but also physical strength, athletic ability, physical fitness, physiological functions and other factors.

And the distance of five kilometers can just be roughly measured!

More than 200 candidates taking the test gathered at the starting point of the journey, forming a small crowd and jostling for position.

This is just like running a marathon. At the command of the relevant staff, everyone rushed out, fearing that they would fall behind others.

This assessment adopts the selection mechanism of "survival of the fittest, first come first served".

The seventy recruitment spots for the Territory Guard will be awarded to the seventy people who complete the race first and reach the finish line.

Of course, in order to prevent them from cheating, Ramos arranged staff to supervise along the way.

In addition, people were sent to distribute small wooden signs with numbers "1-5" written on them at the starting and end points of this "one-kilometer journey".

Those who take the test must take a small numbered sign corresponding to the number of laps they have run when they reach the starting point or the finish line, and then hand it to the next staff member who distributes signs at the starting point or the finish line, and then receive a new sign to start the race.

The assessment is completed only after you have repeated five laps and collected all the signs with numbers "1-5".
