HP: Hogwarts Snake
Chapter 64 In the car
When the full moon finally squeezed out the setting sun and the first star slowly emerged from the clouds, the students of Hogwarts walked through the darkness and walked to the door under the guidance of their prefects.
"Second years first!" Hagrid shouted to the huge crowd of students. The second years immediately walked in front, with Draco leading the way. He almost ran to Hagrid, without even looking at the big guy whom he usually disliked, and took Della who was beside him away.
"Why are you in such a hurry, Draco." Following the boy's actions, Della laughed softly.
"I looked for you in the car," Draco's voice sounded a little angry, but soon became strange, "Prefect Lynn said that you were adopted by Snape and arrived at Hogwarts a day early."
"Oh, I really don't know. Maybe it's because we went to the Ministry of Magic to handle the formalities." Della rolled her eyes and got on the carriage with the help of Draco. "What a pity. Professor Snape will be my official guardian from now on."
"Who knows why my dad went crazy that day." Draco muttered with a frown on his face, and he held Della's hand tighter.
"You've grown taller and more handsome, Draco." Della turned her head and looked at the light blond boy with a smile, clasping her other hand with his. This scene made Neville, who was getting on the car, tremble violently.
"What are you looking at, you stupid lion of Gryffindor!" Draco's face flushed, and he shouted at Neville as if he had found an outlet for his venting, "Where are Crabbe and Goyle!"
"If you are talking about the two fat seniors, they were taken to another car." An ethereal voice came, and a girl with blonde hair and strange glasses also got on the car.
"Where did you come from, you weirdo? Oh! Has this carriage been cast under some kind of bad luck spell today?" Draco let out a helpless howl as the carriage moved forward.
"Maybe it's because you've been harassed by too many harassment flies." The weirdo Draco was talking about flipped a magazine upside down. Even with those strange glasses, Della could see the dreamy look on her face.
This was not a second-year child, but Della felt that she must be a Ravenclaw. She felt the unique purity of Ravenclaw's wisdom in this girl.
Because Della had tried to solve the questions in the Ravenclaw Common Room, and the ideas for those questions often required some inspiration beyond normal knowledge reserves.
"Who are you?" Della tilted her head. "What is a harassment fly?"
"Are you really going to follow her instructions?" Draco muttered to Della.
"I'm Luna Lovegood, and a nuisance fly is a bug that can mess with your brain."
Luna seemed not to have heard what Draco said. She tilted her head and looked at her like Della did. Then she took out a wooden block from her pocket and handed it to Della. "You are prone to being entangled by them. This is for you. Its smell can drive away harassment flies."
"Um...thank you." Not knowing what to say, Della could only widen her smile as she reached out to take the block of wood.
After Luna finished speaking, she slowly straightened her head and continued to look at the upside-down magazine in her hand. Neville on the side seemed to want to say something, but as soon as he opened his mouth, he was glared back by Draco. It's not that he was afraid of Malfoy, but he was so embarrassed by the situation that he didn't know how to react.
"Ahem," Draco cleared his throat, took out a fluorescent magic ball from his pocket and handed it to Della, "A gift for you."
Della raised her eyebrows and looked at Draco's increasingly red face, then took the magic ball from his hand and held it in front of her.
The boy's energetic figure appeared in the magic ball. He rode on a flying broom, his meticulously groomed hair flying in the wind. He flew excitedly around a large manor. If the magic ball could not store sound, Della should be able to hear his excited scream.
The image finally freezes on Draco's excited face. His usually pale face is stained with an unusual blush, looking particularly lovely. "Are you giving yourself to me, Draco?" Della laughed narrowly.
"What are you thinking about, really." Although he was shy, Draco did not forget to glare at Neville opposite him, but it was obviously not as intimidating as before, and he cleared his throat again.
"I'm going to participate in the Quidditch tryouts this time. My mother took this photo of me during training during the holidays. She was afraid that you would miss me when you can't see me."
"Of course, I missed you very much, Draco." Della raised her voice slightly when she called his name, causing the boy who had just mustered up the courage to tease her to blush immediately. Even Luna turned her head slightly to look at them, as if she wanted to say something, but Neville stopped her with shaking hands.
Harassment Flies...More...
Looking at the two people who were in a very serious pink bubble atmosphere, Luna said silently in her heart.
"Did you miss me, Draco?" Della tilted her head and put her hand in her pocket.
"Well... um... so-so."
Blushing, Draco raised his head somewhat uncomfortably, but at this moment a slightly cool touch began to slide from his wrist all the way up. He lowered his head in surprise, and saw a small silver snake holding a red rope and deftly flipping over his body, stopping at his left wrist.
Knowing Della's ability, he was not afraid. Instead, he raised his hand and watched the silver metal snake wrap around the red rope step by step and wrap around his wrist, and finally completed the connection by biting its tail.
"A new gift, Draco. It will take a little command to get him moving again," Della winked at him. "I think you know what the command is."
Draco choked, as if he was back in the Shrieking Shack that night, but how could he have the nerve to read out such a command in front of everyone! He stopped wanting to show off and looked at Della with resentment.
After receiving Della's familiar malicious smile, Draco turned his head with a red face, groped and held Della's hand again, and hummed softly.
Neville, who had been observing silently on the opposite side, was really amazed. For a moment he didn't know which side he was more surprised about.
Should we lament Malfoy's strange shyness, or feel sorry for Della's blind eyes?
This is hard to judge, so just hold on to yourself.
At the dinner, another group of freshmen arrived. Unexpectedly, Luna, who had just been in the carriage, was also among them. Draco, who was standing beside her, didn't pay any attention to the freshmen at all. He kept looking back and forth at the Gryffindor table. After confirming several times, he pulled on Della's robe.
"Potter and that Weasley are not here! They must have been expelled!" Draco whispered excitedly.
"You have to learn to be friendlier, Draco." Della frowned slightly in disapproval. She also looked at the Gryffindor table and found that Harry and Ron were missing.
"Hmph...what..." Draco seemed to be mumbling unhappily, but Della didn't care because she found that the faces of several professors in the teaching seats became ugly at the same time, and Professor Snape's face was so dark that ink could drip out.
......
Something must have happened to Harry and the others.
