HP: Hogwarts Snake
Chapter 420: First Encounter with the Deathly Hallows
After secretly transporting Grindelwald back to Durmstrang, Della only got a thin fairy tale book - "The Tales of Beedle the Bard".
Della held the fairy tale book in her hands and looked at Grindelwald in surprise, not quite understanding him.
She treated Grindelwald with great courtesy along the way, and even helped him make an auxiliary wand suitable for him at the moment, giving him enough face. Only when she came to Professor Cockrell did she ask about the witch party's mark.
Della had thought that Grindelwald would be vague in his words, but no matter how vague they were, at least they gave information. Della had not expected that he would only give her a fairy tale book.
She looked at Grindelwald and opened her mouth to ask, but was interrupted by the choked voice of the usually steady Professor Cockrell.
"I never thought I'd see you again, Mr. Grindelwald," Cockerell knelt at Grindelwald's feet and reverently held up his robe. "For fifty years, I've been trapped in this place, and I haven't forgotten you for a single moment."
"Oh, Raven, believe me, I never doubted it. I knew that not even death could sever your loyalty to me," Grindelwald said, helping him up gracefully. "During the years when I was left with only my memories, I often thought of you. I always knew you would be an excellent master of the Dark Arts."
Raven Cockerell's sobs grew louder. He looked up at Grindelwald, tears welling up in his eyes. His vision was blurry, but a passion that could not be ignored burned in his eyes. For a moment, they were as bright as a young man in his twenties or thirties.
Grindelwald patted Cockrell's shoulder patiently. His blue eyes, as deep as Dumbledore's, turned to Della. He said, "Della, I'm very grateful to you. However, when it comes to answering this question, I prefer to provide a method to find the answer."
Della stared at Grindelwald quietly for a second. The two calm abysses collided and finally returned to nothingness. Della smiled and nodded in agreement.
Cockerell was still crying like a child. Della looked at the professor and decided to give him a little more dignity. She nodded to Grindelwald again and walked out of the office.
It was already very late at night, and the only sound that could be heard was the whistling of the wind carrying snowflakes. Durmstrang was always associated with cold and snowflakes.
Della walked in the dim tower, her hand holding the fairy tale book falling at her side. She listened to the sound of her footsteps blending into the wind and couldn't help sighing.
I'm alone again.
This is something she is used to, but not necessarily something she likes.
It was just something she had to get used to now.
You must face your destiny, even if it's a lonely and dangerous road.
Della returned to the special room where she lived during her study abroad at Durmstrang. There was a cordon around the room that made it impossible to enter. Karkaroff, who had barely survived Voldemort thanks to her and Maggie's concealment, did not dare to leave the room that contained traces of Della Riddle's life and many of her personal belongings. This made it convenient for Della to sneak in.
The living space is more comfortable on the one hand, and the complete set of alchemical equipment in the room is another.
Della walked into the room and used a cleaner to clean it first. Then, as usual, she took off her coat and hung it on the hanger by the door. She glanced at the alchemy table where Sadolin had been dismembered, and she adjusted her slim lining and entered the room further inside.
She sat down at the desk, took out the parchment and drew the circle, triangle and vertical line again. She paused for a few seconds when drawing the vertical line, and reconsidered what Tang Xueji said about "close" rather than "own".
Sometimes, just not using that word can explain a lot of problems.
After finishing the painting, Della read the fairy tale book and easily found the story of the three brothers. At the same time, she also recalled the future that Tang Xueji revealed to her.
Three brothers, three magic weapons, and a symbol composed of three graphics.
Things that need to be approached, things that should not be approached, and things that have already been touched.
She had pierced Harry's Invisibility Cloak more than once.
If it's a vertical line, it should be the Elder Wand.
A very powerful wand...
Della lowered her eyes, then began to search the crowded bookshelf beside her. Her pupils moved up and down until she located the target. With a wave of her wand, two books fell to her hand.
These two books, one is a biography, which tells the stories of several famous wizards, and the other is a history book, but it contains a lot of groundless speculation, which eventually pieced together a shocking effect similar to unofficial history.
Are these two books good books?
Not necessarily. Della reads a wide variety of books. Due to her implicitly critical personality, it is difficult for her to find a book that she can fully immerse herself in. It is common for her to finish reading a not-so-good book with calm analysis.
But a bit of breadth isn't a bad thing, as both books mention powerful wands, the Deathstick and the Wand of Destiny.
Della looked at the two open books, and then at the old wand related to death in fairy tales. She was almost certain that they were talking about the same wand.
So, the thing that needs to be brought close is a magic wand?
Magic wand, I seem to have heard some news related to magic wand recently.
Della recalled the conversation between her and Dmitri and frowned slightly. She knew too little information.
Are the strange phenomena that occurred with Voldemort and Harry's wands due to the same reason as the Basilisk bone hitting the Basilisk fang of the same origin?
Or was there something special about Harry himself? He was a boy who had survived Voldemort's Killing Curse.
How would Voldemort deal with his failure?
Given Della's understanding of his arrogant nature, Voldemort would probably look outside for the reason. If so, the Elder Wand might really be his target.
However, Voldemort still has Maggie by his side, and it is unknown whether this insidious snake has done anything misleading.
Della thought about all the possibilities and found that Maggie became the intersection connecting the most possibilities and an important informed figure in her destiny.
Theoretically, even if they broke up, they still had a common enemy and could cooperate with each other.
But Della still didn't want to see him. She could fully imagine Maggie's sticky and hypocritical behavior when they met again, and what was even more disgusting was that there was true love in that hypocrisy.
True love that disregards the life and death of others.
Let's ignore him for now. Grindelwald is still the target of digging for information, and she can do something else in the meantime.
Della stood up and walked to the alchemy table where Sadolin had been lying. She opened the large drawer at the bottom, revealing the glistening white bones and a row of reagent tubes glowing green.
A powerful magic wand, no one knows what kind of powerful magic wand it is.
If Voldemort really wanted to, he could have used a powerful wand that had been hers to set a trap.
Della picked up the test tube containing part of Sadolin's bone marrow and shook it, already wondering what kind of wood was the oldest and most spiritual.
