Doctor, Donna, Li Qingyue and Walter walked inside, and Kate Stewart, the current leader of UNIT, led the way for them.

"Screen after screen, hiding in all the screens, imprinting his laughter into your minds until he has enough screens to achieve his goal. Ever since the advent of television, he has been hiding in them, laughing at humanity and driving you crazy." The Doctor looked at the crowd and said solemnly.

The whole hall was filled with Silly Bill's laughter, as if he was really laughing at the incompetence of human beings and driving them crazy.
