It had been raining for almost half a month and the sky cleared up today. Everyone was in a good mood.

Not to mention the thanks for fulfilling one's wish.

After receiving the message from Marshal Lu, Xie Ci took off his white coat without hesitation and went downstairs.

Assistant Fang came to Xie Ci to report some information. Before he even reached the door, he saw the professor leaving, so he quickly asked:

While he was wondering, Xie Ci had already gone downstairs to welcome this good thing.

A large camouflage green car was parked outside the institute with its door open. A man in military uniform with a serious face and a very imposing manner stood outside.

Seeing Xie Ci coming towards him, the man in military uniform saluted him and said in a deep and loud voice:

"Professor Xie, this is what the marshal asked us to send over. Please review it."

The man in military uniform waved his hand, and three other men in military uniform appeared in the car. They should be his subordinates.

The three men carried out a long glass box and placed it on the ground.

Xie Ci looked inside through the glass and saw Xie Yi who was sent over.

She closed her eyes, smiled, and seemed to be sleeping soundly, like a princess in a fairy tale.

Xie Ci moved his hands slightly, turned around, and said to the man in military uniform:

"No problem. You can move her to my laboratory."

"Yes."

They all obeyed the Marshal's orders, and now with steady movements, the four of them lifted Xie Yi and placed her on a flat table.

"The stuff has been delivered, so we'll leave first."

After putting Xie Yi away, the man in military uniform and a few of his subordinates saluted Xie Ci and left.

Originally, there was no need to make such a big fuss about this, but Xie Ci didn't want Lu Zhuoxing to come back and take Xie Yi away as his master.

He hoped that Xie Yi would stay with him openly, instead of him having to see her secretly like a thief.

Now, my wish has finally come true.

The long glass box containing Xie Yi was not actually made of glass, but a transparent high-tech material similar to glass.

It can effectively protect the people or objects inside from harm.

Xie Ci fumbled and swiped the inside of the long box a few times. Soon, the glass box on the outside slowly separated, shrank, and became a small piece.

Xie Yi also appeared in front of him in real life.

Even though they hadn't seen each other for just a few days, Xie Ci felt that the longing in his heart was like a surging wave, urging him to get closer.

He bent down, and gently touched her eyebrows, eyes, nose, and lips with his fingertips, sliding down little by little, with a look of longing in his eyes, and whispered:

"Yiyi, you're back."

"This time, I won't let you leave with someone else again."

Xie Ci stood up and pressed a button near the door.

The floor began to shake slightly, and soon, the entire ground began to drop, and in less than a minute, it landed in an unfamiliar environment.

This is a secret laboratory that belongs exclusively to Xie Ci. All the protective measures inside were prepared by him personally. No one can come in without his permission.

A video appeared on the blue screen, playing the events of the past few days in sequence.

Xie Ci held Xie Yi's waist with one hand and the back of her head with the other, and pressed down in a sitting position until she touched the hard surface, then he kissed her firmly.

He originally had some anger in his heart, but when he touched Xie Yi, his movements became much slower.

"Does it hurt?"

Xie Ci rubbed the place where he had bitten her a few days ago, feeling a little satisfied and a little distressed.
