Jia Deng's Journal: Research on the civilization of this planet

Overview: No matter which planet it is, the lifestyle of the creatures on the planet and the "civilization" (the word "civilization" is bolded) that they constitute all arouse my great curiosity.

On the continent of Terra, whether it is the residents living in those emerging towns, the remaining lizardmen in the jungle temple, or the hometowns of Asaful and Amidiaz before they were destroyed, all kinds of people live or have lived there. They may have different appearances and living habits, but they all have their own culture, which they eventually developed into civilization.

And now, I have come to a new planet and found a series of civilizations that are mixed on one planet because of different development paths. This is exciting, because it means that I will have more targets to study.

After briefly learning about the history of various civilizations on this planet, I began to feel a little bored. The historical data of these civilizations were too monotonous. Moreover, the repetitive and conflicting historical records made acquiring new knowledge boring and wasteful.

But I still found some good things while looking up the history of these civilizations.

Through my detection and data collection, I discovered that there are many incredible creatures called "Pokémon" on this planet. Although these creatures are not outstanding in combat power, they have magical abilities in other aspects that many creatures on other planets cannot achieve.

What is even more amazing is that after a long period of historical evolution, humans on this planet have occupied a dominant position on this planet. They have taken these creatures whose abilities are far stronger than their own as their subordinates, and then given them the status of either family members or partners, in order to better drive these magical creatures to work for them.

Some of them will develop friendships with their Pokémon through daily interactions, like Yharim and Arron, while others will gradually drift away from their Pokémon.

I have continued my research from the sidelines.

Until a chance encounter.

My sonar radar shows that there is a Pokémon like "Queen Bee" (bold, set a hyperlink to the Queen Bee chapter) on this planet. Her name is called "Queen Bee" (bold). This Pokémon looks like a bee. Her eyes are red, her pupils are white, and there is a ruby-like structure above her eyeballs. There is a pair of small wings on each of the orange areas beside her face. Her hands and body are black. The lower end of the body is swollen and concave at the end. This structure has yellow and black stripes. It looks like a beehive from below. The lower end hides a light yellow, similar to the spikes of the insect body. She also has two black antennae. Queen Bee is only female, and there is no male Pokémon corresponding to her.

The Queen Bee's body becomes a nest for the children, and she usually raises the children in the holes in her body. She will feed the children with nectar collected by the three bees, and when in danger, the children will fly out of the six nests and fight back. There is only one Queen Bee in a bee colony. She can release various pheromones and freely manipulate the larvae in her body to fight against the enemy. The children will fight for the Queen Bee. The more pheromones the Queen Bee can release, the more three bees can obey her command. After she orders her subordinates to build a nest, if anyone sneaks into the nest without knowing what is good for them, the Queen Bee will kill the invader and turn him into her own food.

After a few days of observing the lives of Queen Bees in different parts of the planet, I became very interested in this Pokémon. Since she and the Queen Bee have many things in common, what effect would it have if the "infectious nanomachines" (bold, hyperlink to the plague) were applied to this Pokémon?

Just do it.

Due to the contempt for these Pokémon, the first batch of tungsten steel robots were quickly destroyed, so I corrected my attitude towards the enemy and chose to drive the regular army to complete the collection of experimental samples.

The sample collection for this experiment went very smoothly. I successfully implanted the infectious nanomachine into the body of a queen bee from a colony of three bees, and then successfully spread the plague.

Everything was going well, but the way those Pokémon called "Three Bees" obeyed the Queen Bee seemed different from the way the bees on Terra obeyed the Queen Bee.

The plan to force the Queen Bee to use hive mind to control the entire colony was ultimately aborted due to the Queen Bee's brain overload causing confusion.

Plans to control the entire hive via infectious nanomachines are thwarted.

I was originally frustrated by this, but my satellite captured an interesting scene.

There is a Pokémon named "Smart Monkey" (bold) that used the epidemic prevention methods of the humans on this planet to deal with part of the plague that I accidentally leaked, and achieved good success.

During this process, this wise monkey fully demonstrated his leadership qualities to me, and I like this guy.

I suddenly realized that the Pokémon on this planet might be different from the various magical creatures I had studied before on the Terra continent. Although these creatures were weak in combat, the wisdom they displayed was even no less than that of the Devourer of Gods and Arron. In this case, I should not study these Pokémon in the same way as I treat wild beasts.

I began to re-examine the history of these Pokémon and try to find some patterns in their various behaviors.

This process is rather lengthy and requires a lot of data processing.

However, this data processing process has benefited me a lot. I have completely mastered the language of Pokémon and most of their living habits.

Along the way, I collaborated with a human named Fradari. While learning new knowledge about holographic images, I also continued to investigate the Pokémon ecology around the "France" (bold, hyperlink to France) area.

Later, I carried out a "God Capture Plan" while working with Vladali (it was a waste to call those two weak creatures gods. XM-05 didn't even need to be overhauled after completing this mission).

After that, we carried out research on the ultimate weapon. When I was looking through the experimental videos, I found that after the various problems of the Pokémon here were repaired by the life energy of the ultimate weapon, they would make a gesture similar to "salute" and say a few simple words to express their inner respect.

After talking with these Pokémon, I have determined that these Pokémon are using religious-like behaviors to express their gratitude to their "God of Life" (bold, hyperlink to Xerneas). This religious culture inspired me to think further. In this case, is there a Pokémon that can further develop its culture into civilization?
