The Augsius cruise ship was sailing steadily on the vast ocean. The clouds in the sky gradually gathered, and the air became very oppressive, as if a huge storm was brewing.

Several gamblers noticed the black wolf and gray rabbit following them. Although they quickened their pace, they could not get rid of them. After turning a few corners, their destination was in front of them. However, compared to before, there were already many more people gathered here, including several believers in black robes.

Mingyue stood on tiptoe and looked towards the center of the crowd, but unfortunately she saw nothing. She tugged at Lei's sleeve and asked, "Are there really human bones?"

Lei's face remained expressionless. He looked at Mingyue beside him and whispered, "It looks like a spine."

"Spine?" Mingyue's eyes widened. "Human?!"

"Yes." Lei nodded. "Short, thick, flat, with a sacrum."

Mingyue grabbed Lei's sleeve and said, "Hold me, I want to see."

Lei frowned slightly and shook his head gently, rejecting Mingyue's request. He turned to look at the bloody spine held in the person's hand and narrowed his eyes slightly.

"How long is that spine?" Mingyue raised her hand to measure the length and continued, "Is it really this long?"

Hearing this, Lei looked at Mingyue again, and clearly noticed the anxiety in her eyes. He replied in a low voice: "Almost."

"The length of an adult's spine is about 35% to 40% of their total height. If it is this length..." Mingyue took a deep breath, supported her chin with one hand, and frowned slightly.

"It's not a sloth. The flesh and blood look so fresh, as if it was dismembered not long ago." Lei didn't want Mingyue to see the spine stained with blood, but he still described the information he saw.

Mingyue looked around, as if looking for someone in the crowd, but saw the bearded Lily squatting on the ground fiddling with some metal sticks.

Lei followed Mingyue's gaze and happened to meet the eyes of the bearded Lily. Then, Lei's eyes moved down and saw the bloodstains on the metal stick. He couldn't help but become alert. Protecting Mingyue to his side, he whispered, "Let's go somewhere else. Maybe we can find something else."

"I think there's someone right here who can provide us with a lot of information, like Mr. Lily over there." Mingyue's gaze fell on the bright red mark, and she hummed the lyrics of a nursery rhyme. "Who took her bright red blood? 'It's not me,' said Silverfish, 'but I guess someone covets her special blood.'"

However, in Lei's mind, two other lines of lyrics emerged: "The sharp arrowhead pierces the vigorous chest, and the gorgeous candy box is filled with the tension of life..."

Could the blood-stained metal rod be the "arrowhead" from the nursery rhyme? Who died this time? Why did the murderer dismember the body?

Questions popped up in Lei's mind one after another. He put his hand on Mingyue's shoulder and emphasized again: "Don't leave my side."

Mingyue raised her head, her crescent eyes looking at Lei Yi. Suddenly, the corners of her lips curled slightly, and she asked with a smile, "Do you agree to let me go over and ask?"

"I'm with you." Lei said calmly, but his expression was very serious.

"Do you think he'll tell the truth?" Mingyue put her hands on her hips and stared at the black wolf mask. "The nursery rhyme doesn't mention monkeys or baboons, but it does mention 'crimson pupils.' As everyone knows, rabbits have red eyes."

Lei's gaze fell on the gray rabbit mask on Mingyue's face. "Normally, gray rabbits have black or brown eyes, and those with red irises are not necessarily rabbits."

Mingyue blinked and smiled, "In reality, there are no pink rabbits, orange pigs, or blue elephants. And the animals that appear in nursery rhymes are not common on this cruise ship."

Lei looked around calmly, and after confirming that most people's attention was focused on the spine, he lowered his eyes to look at Mingyue beside him.

"Let's go and ask first." Mingyue and Lei looked at each other, then walked towards the direction of Bearded Lily.

The gamblers around were still talking, some looked terrified, and some pointed at the spine.

Bearded Lily, who was squatting on the ground fiddling with a bloody metal stick, noticed the gray rabbit and black wolf approaching. She rolled her eyes, sighed, and showed a very sad expression.

"Mr. Lily, what happened? Why do you look so sad?" Mingyue looked concerned, but paid attention to every expression of the bearded Lily.

"Hey~" The sweet voice sounded particularly harsh amid the chatter of the gamblers, "My chair has been destroyed, and I will become a passerby."

"Who destroyed it? How could this happen?"

Bearded Lily didn't look up, her eyes were fixed on the bloody metal sticks. She didn't answer the question, but just sighed.

Lei still had a cold face as he scanned the metal rods inch by inch. Judging from the shape and color, they should be from the same chair, but he couldn't tell whether it was one of the 26 numbered chairs.

Mingyue squatted down, looked at the metal stick on the ground, pointed at the dark red color on it, and asked, "Is this blood?"

"Ketchup, please." Bearded Lily turned to look at Gray Rabbit with a wry smile on her face. "That way, Miss Yue probably won't find it so scary."

"Mr. Lily, are you kidding me?" Mingyue pouted in dissatisfaction. "I won't cry out of fear."

"Haha." Bearded Lily chuckled twice. "Miss Pink Rabbit, the crybaby, is probably almost in Japan now."

"Is the lifeboat faster than the cruise ship?" Mingyue looked at the monkey mask, her chin resting on her hands, and asked softly, "Did anyone destroy Mr. Lily's chair?"

Bearded Lily sighed again, nodded, and looked helpless.

"After this round, Mr. Lily will become a passerby, right?" Mingyue stared at the other party, trying to find a flaw, but unfortunately there was none.

"Miss Yue and Mr. Heilang are just passers-by, right?" Bearded Lily raised her eyes to look at Heilang, who had long black hair.

Lei looked at the fat bearded man expressionlessly and said calmly, "There's still some time before the song ends. If Mr. Monkey had another chair, he might not become a passerby."

"I exchanged the chair with those men in black robes last time. This chair was destroyed. Where can I find a second one?" Bearded Lily twisted her fat body and slowly stood up, then let out a long breath.

Mingyue also stood up and pointed at the broken chair on the ground and asked, "If this chair belongs to you, Mr. Lily, what is its serial number?"

Bearded Lily had guessed someone would ask this question, and calmly spit out the number "16".
