They were not judges, but watchers. They were not Ying Zheng's enemies, but his most loyal subjects and most powerful allies—the fifteen Yuanshi Emperors, and the two Daozu Taichu and Daozu Yinhe, created by Yuanshi Daozu for balance but already sharing the same prosperity as the Yuanshi pantheon.

When Ying Zheng stepped out of the chaos of Guixu step by step on the Bridge of Law, the seventeen figures moved at the same time.

There was no earth-shattering clash of magical powers, and no confrontation of coercive pressure filled with murderous intent.

Instead, there is a throbbing sensation that spans eternity and comes from the depths of the soul.

"Your Majesty, we respectfully welcome you!"

Fifteen powerful and awe-inspiring voices, like fifteen huge bells, rang out in unison in Guixu. Leading the way were none other than the fifteen Yuanshi Emperors who governed the fundamental laws of the universe.

Now, the familiar, arbitrary, and above-all will has finally returned!

The expressions of Taichu Daozu and Yinhe Daozu, who were standing beside the fifteen emperors, were even more complicated.

They are the cosmic will created by Yuanshi Daozu to balance the Yuanshi pantheon, and they should have checked and balanced each other with Yuanshi Dadi.

But the evolution of the ages had already bound them to the Primordial God system. The power of the Great Emperor Yuanshi far exceeded their imagination, and his disappearance shook the very foundations of the entire universe.

Ying Zheng stopped in front of the fifteen emperors.

His gaze swept across the familiar yet unfamiliar faces, and memories from eternity flooded back to him like a tide. Those glorious days of conquering the heavens, devastating the divine system, and proclaiming himself emperor seemed like only yesterday.

He did not ask them to stand up immediately, but instead fixed his gaze on the fifteen emperors, his voice filled with a hint of cold questioning.

"During these years when I was away, have you done well?"

As soon as these words were spoken, the fifteen Yuanshi Emperors, including Taichu and Yinhe Daozu, were all startled.

Instead, you will serve as my 'law enforcers,' patrolling the heavens and enforcing justice on behalf of Heaven! However, from this day forward, your 'Way of Heaven' will be incorporated into my 'Law' system! The Way of Heaven is the foundation of the Law; the Law is the framework of the Way of Heaven! This is Ying Zheng’s final decision.

He did not depose any of the old gods, but instead brought them all into the brand new order he established, which was centered on "law"!

He is not here to destroy the old world, he is here to integrate the old world and establish a new order that is more efficient and fairer and controlled by him personally!
