Ying Zheng's voice echoed in the grand hall of the Ten Thousand Worlds Court Assembly, with unquestionable majesty.

This is not just an empty slogan, but an edict that is about to be implemented and is enough to subvert the foundation of the entire fairy world.

Below, the myriad realms gathered in a black mass. The envoys who had just knelt were filled with mixed emotions.

There is anticipation for a new order, fear of the unknown, and even more a sense of insignificance that comes from being swept along by the tide of history.

The envoys from the immortals, demons, and ancient sects had ashen faces and their eyes were filled with resentment and malice.

Enforce the law?

This is tantamount to depriving them of all their divine power, orthodoxy, and privileges, putting them under the sun, and allowing mortals to judge and decide.

He paused, and his voice suddenly rose, resounding throughout the entire court hall:

"My law is not to bind, but to protect!"

"Protect the weak from being bullied by the strong, protect the covenant from being wantonly trampled upon, and protect every living being, so that they have the right to change their destiny through their own efforts!"

"My law may seem complicated, but its core is just four words—"

"Fair! Equal! Just! Right!"

"What is fairness? Those who till the land own their land, those who work hard have their gains, those who make contributions have their rewards, and those who make mistakes have their punishments!"

"What is justice? Good deeds are rewarded, evil deeds are punished. The law of nature is clear and will not be overlooked!"

"My laws may not allow everyone to become a god, but they can ensure that everyone can live like a human being!"

Ying Zheng's words were like thunder, striking everyone's heart.

"Article One: Within the territories governed by our heavenly realm, the gods may not interfere in any form, directly or indirectly, with the normal functioning of the mortal world. Mortal affairs shall be governed by mortal laws."

"Article 2: Gods may not demand, exploit, or enslave mortals in the name of faith, incense, or luck. Those who voluntarily offer sacrifices must sign an equal contract that clearly defines the rights and responsibilities of both parties."

"Article 3: Any disputes between gods, or between gods and mortals, must be brought before the Heavenly Court's legal system and adjudicated impartially by the Heavenly Court Censorate. Private fighting and the abuse of divine power are strictly prohibited."

"Article 4: Anyone who violates the above three rules will, depending on the severity of the offense, be stripped of their godhood, stripped of their godly position, be cast into the cycle of reincarnation, or... have their soul and spirit annihilated!"

The four laws, each as sharp as a knife, each drawing blood, point directly to the foundation of God's rule!

This is no longer a "restraint," it's a naked "deprivation"! Depriving the gods of their privilege of transcending all living beings, depriving them of the power to do whatever they want!

Ying Zheng sneered, "Protect? I think it means surveillance and enslavement! As for the demons, my Great Qin has millions of brave soldiers, countless heroes, and I am personally in charge. Why do I need these ulterior motives of 'protectors' like you?"

He changed the subject and his tone became extremely cold:

"The law I establish today is the law of heaven!"

"From now on, give all gods a choice."

"I will give you three days to consider."
