Alternatively, they can retain their divine status, but must abide by the "Heavenly Law" and not use divine authority to override the people of Heaven. Those who violate this will be attacked by the Heavenly Army!"

"Third, I will establish a 'Heavenly Court' within the new heaven, set up 'Six Ministries', and, based on the 'Qin Laws', revise the 'Heavenly Laws' to govern all realms. All talented and virtuous people, regardless of their background, may enter the Heavenly Court to take the test, and based on their abilities, they may attain divine status and wield power!"

"Fourth, I will convene a 'Gathering of All Realms' on the Tianwen Platform in seven days to discuss the future of the universe. All Dao Lords, Divine Kings, and Saints from across the heavens and myriad realms are welcome to attend the ceremony. If you come, I will treat you with courtesy. If you don't come..."

The edict ends abruptly.

But the unfulfilled threat was more frightening than any harsh words.

What will happen if you don’t come?
