Chapter 1077 Flooded Bat Cave

In May, the third season of "Gryffindor Chronicles" officially started.

Next door, there are two series, Merlin and Wizards of Glory, but no matter how gorgeous the sets and costumes are, they can't hide the hollowness of the plot.

One is Merlin's - or more precisely Blaise Zabini's - solo show, and the other is a display of superiority by a pure-blood wizard family.

Although "The Gryffindor Chronicles" is also a personal show of the protagonist Godric Gryffindor, and it also shows his magnificent life, the final effect presented is not a one-man show.

Salazar Slytherin, Rowena Ravenclaw, and the season's final villain all took a lot of time to develop.

Especially Dumbledore's guest appearance as the evil villain, his eyes that seemed to control everything and were extremely aggressive were simply amazing.

The launch of the third season has also made Vincent and Hermione quickly become hot topics recently.

Vincent was fine, after all, he was used to it.

Hermione is different. It is the first time that she has been the focus of attention from the outside world.

She is beautiful, has outstanding temperament and is an excellent student. She is definitely the perfect goddess in the hearts of countless boys.

Even Snape had found opportunities to tease her in class to distract the boys, which made her more and more crazy.

"Mr. Longbottom, you brewed a transformation potion instead of a love potion. This will not allow you to fall into the wonderful illusion with Miss Granger."

"And you, Mr. Finnigan, I'm curious as to how you made the heart-shaped smoke float out of the cauldron. Was this also the work of Miss Granger?"

Snape made a sarcastic remark and then deducted 20 points from Gryffindor.

Hermione pursed her lips tightly and didn't say a word in rebuttal until the end of the get out of class.

Not only her, but Vincent, who was disgusted, did not fight back.

Everyone knew that Snape was looking for an excuse to target Gryffindor again. Personal attacks were too low-level, and the invisible mental blow was the most deadly.

As soon as the get out of class was over, Hermione rushed into the activity room and punched the big sandbag hard.

When she had almost vented her anger, Vincent handed her a towel and a water bottle. "George and Fred suggested going to the Bat Cave tonight. What do you think?"

"Hoo-hoo-hoo," Hermione took the water bottle and took a big sip, "Not very good, Snape must be ready to welcome you."

Vincent wiped the sweat off her cheeks with a towel. "In fact, being famous is not always a bad thing. Look at it from another angle. Won't more wizards know you?"

Hermione pouted and took another sip of water. "I just hope things can be settled as soon as possible."

"I will." Vincent lifted her tied-up hair and motioned for her to turn around. "The last event of the Triwizard Tournament will begin soon. Don't feel disappointed then."

Hermione turned around and raised her lips even higher, "I wouldn't do that. Who would like to be stared at every day?"

Vincent smiled and wiped the sweat off her neck, "Really? Why do I feel like you enjoy the attention?"

"Hmph~" Hermione turned her head away proudly.

If it weren't for Snape's constant sarcasm, she would definitely enjoy the feeling of being noticed.

Vincent gently pressed her shoulders and turned her back. "Okay, just treat Snape as a dog on the side of the road that can only bark."

"Pfft..." Hermione was amused by him, "If Sirius heard your analogy, he would definitely be very angry."

Vincent put the towel over her head. "Why? I was saying Snape was a barking old bat."

Hermione couldn't hold back and burst into laughter in his arms. The students in the activity room suddenly felt like their mouths were filled with dog food.

After laughing, her mood finally adjusted, "I've decided to go to the Bat Cave tonight."

Vincent couldn't help but smirk, "Then we have to prepare a great gift."

One o'clock,

Snape had indeed set up a tight net.

As long as someone tries to break in, even if they just stand still at the door, countless small magic traps will make the visitor suffer a miserable death.

But he overlooked one thing, that is, his every move was predicted in advance.

The smoke produced by the mixture of Dragon's Breath Pepper and Ghost Pepper was so strong that even though they were completely isolated in time, it still burned Snape's eyes.

What happened next was not over yet, a sticky liquid like a swamp poured in through the crack in the door.

As the magic trap was activated, he sneered and completely blocked the gap in the door, then bound the liquid.

He looked at the exploding liquid with disdain, thinking that those little bastards were probably out of tricks.

Just as he was about to open the door to see what was happening outside, a small, pitch-black ball suddenly fell from the ceiling of the bat cave.

With a loud "bang", he was blinded by the strong light before he could react.

Snape quickly held his wand in front of him, and his whole body was wrapped in a light blue magic barrier.

When he regained his vision, everything in the office was no longer the same as it was before.

The cabinets and bottles and jars storing countless precious herbs and materials were hung together under the ceiling as if they were pulled by something. Even half of the heavy workbench was stuck up.

Snape just laughed out of anger.

Although he could restore everything, it didn't feel good to let the little bastards succeed.

"Plop——" a small white round object fell from the ceiling.

Before it fell to the ground, it was caught in mid-air by a powerful magic.

Snape looked up at the small hole in the ceiling with a grim smile, waving his wand and casting spells one after another.

The rumbling sound woke up the sleeping Slytherin students, and they thought the dungeon was going to collapse.

It really collapsed, but it was the bat cave that collapsed.

The furious spells went right through the pipe above and broke through a wall that separated the castle dungeon from the Black Lake.

A large amount of lake water poured into the bat cave through the broken walls, and Snape had to remove the magic barrier on his body to control the lake water.

But the amount of water was too great, and he worked for almost half an hour to push the lake water back and repair the damaged wall.

At this moment, he was wet all over, like a fish that had fallen into a lake.

"Damn little bastard!!!"

Hearing the roar, Vincent and his friends quickly got out of the pipe above the dungeon.

If Salazar Slytherin had not left a lot of passages for the basilisk to enter and exit when he built the Chamber of Secrets, they would not have been able to easily accomplish the feat of flooding the Batcave.

The twins embraced Vincent enthusiastically, "Dude, how did you know that behind this pipe is the outer wall of the castle?"

Vincent ducked and dodged. "Didn't I tell you I was drawing a new map? In fact, the entire dungeon of the castle, including the Slytherin common room, is in the Black Lake."

The twins shuddered at the same time. "No wonder it's so cold and damp..."

Suddenly, they both grinned and laughed evilly, "So, we can always... hehe~"

Flooding the bat cave is such a fun thing that you can’t do it just once. Doing it more than once can better enrich your campus life.
