He participated in the Nanming Guangdong Provincial Examination, and was promoted to the head of the Ministry of War. He was sent to Ganzhou to participate in the military.

In 1647 AD, he made a secret agreement with Chen Zizhuang and raised troops to attack Guangzhou, fighting against the Qing army.

After the battle against the Qing army in Qingyuan, he was outnumbered and all the cities were destroyed, and he was sentenced to torture.

When he was about to be sentenced, he generously wrote "Five Days in Prison without Eating the Song of Fate"

Works such as "Xueshengtang Collection" in ten volumes, "Nan Shangcao", "Yi Yun Numeral Method", "Zhongxing Zhengyao" and other works survived to the world.

Zhang Jiayu,

Zi Yuanzi, named Zhiyuan, Han nationality, born in 1615 AD and died in 1647 AD, was born in Dongguan, Guangdong.

It is one of the "Three Loyalties of Lingnan Anti-Qing Dynasty" in Nanming.

At the age of 19, he was admitted as a scholar and a member of Confucian students in Guangzhou. At the age of 22, he was promoted in the provincial examination, and at the age of 29, he was admitted to the soil, and was awarded the Shuji of the Imperial Academy.

In the first month of 1647, he fought against the Qing Dynasty in his hometown Dongguan, and won a great victory. He took Dongguan City and captured the magistrate Zheng He alive.

After fighting the traitor Li Chengdong in Dongguan, they were outnumbered and retreated to Xixiang.

After gaining a firm foothold, they counterattacked immediately, and Lian Kexin'an, Boluo, Lianping, Changning, Guishan, and Zengcheng counted places, with successive successes.

The later traitor Li Chengdong once again organized the Qing army to attack and fought in Zengcheng for ten days and ten nights.

Zhang Jiayu was outnumbered. Seeing that the situation was over, he threw himself into the lake and died for his country.

Emperor Yongli of the Southern Ming Dynasty posthumously awarded him the titles of Prince Shaobao, Bachelor of Dongge University, and Minister of the Ministry of Officials.

Soon, he also presented the Taibao and Prince Taibao, the Grand Master of Wuyingdian, Zengchenghou, and the posthumous title of "Wenlie".

Chen Zizhuang,

Zi Jisheng, named Qiutao, Han nationality, was born in 1596 AD and died in 1647 AD.A native of Shabei Village, Nanhai, Guangdong.
