I Can Claim Daily Rewards



The next day, Sofia came to the mansion with three beautiful ladies. 

Arlan was pleasantly surprised when he saw them. Sofia actually brought the female celebrities that they befriended a few days ago. 

"Good morning, boss! I can now start working for you." Sofia greeted him with a cheeky smile.

"It's good that you're here." Arlan smiled at her. He then turned his gaze towards the three celebrities. "Good morning, ladies." 

"Good morning, Mr. Roa!" 

"You guys come inside first." Arlan invited them inside the mansion. Because of their unexpected visit, he had to spend the entire morning hosting them. Arlan took many pictures with them.

The celebrities were bold and they were very different from what thought about them. They informed him about their social struggles. One of them even told him that she was afraid of going out in public because some of her fans were so crazy that they would stalk her and invade her private space. 

Arlan learned many things about their struggles. He sighed after hearing their stories.

After eating lunch, the celebrities left the mansion to prepare for their taping. Sofia didn't go with them since she had a difficult schedule. She was only a supporting character in the movie and she didn't have a lot of screen time. 

"Just ask Jonas if you have any questions about your job. He will answer all your queries." Arlan muttered to Sofia.

"Alright." Sofia nodded her head. When she came to the mansion together with her three celebrity friends, they noticed a group of men outside. They looked incredibly intimidating so they guessed that those men were bodyguards. However, Sofia knew that something was up. Arlan didn't have a lot of subordinates back then. 'He must be preparing for Leandro's revenge.' She thought to herself. 

She knew that Arlan offended Leandro for her family's sake. 

"By the way, how is your father's condition?" Arlan suddenly asked. 

Hearing this, Sofia sighed and shook her head. "He is still in a coma." 

"Bring him to the mansion in the Royal Territory. I might be able to help him." Arlan wanted to use the Regeneration Capsule to help Sofia's father recover. 

Sofia stared at him in surprise when she heard his words. "You have a way to help my father?" 

Arlan nodded his head. "I'll send a team to help you transport your father to the Lake View Villa. When you get there, your questions will be answered." Sofia was now one of his people so he wanted to help her as much as he could. 

Sofia's eyes flashed with hope. 

An hour later, three doctors came to the mansion. They were the doctors that recently offered their services to Arlan. 

"Sofia, this is Dr. Mariano. He will explain everything to you once you arrive in the Lake View Villa." Arlan introduced them to Sofia.

"Hello, Dr. Mariano! Hello, doctors! I will be in your care." Sofia politely greeted the doctors. 

Arlan brought them out of the mansion and asked five soldiers to accompany them. He also asked Conrad, to lead the team. The guy was a former officer in the army so he should be able to handle any situation that would come up. 

With six soldiers accompanying them, Arlan was no longer worried about their safety. "You guys take care. Conrad, inform me immediately if something happens." 

Conrad nodded his head. "You can rest assured, boss. I will escort them safely to the Lake View Villa." 

Sofia and the doctors entered the armored Mazda CX-90. Two armored Toyota Avalon followed their vehicle.

Arlan sent off the group with his gaze. He then went back to the mansion and informed Winter about what just happened. 

At this moment, Winter was still in the workshop in the Lake View Villa. She was busy perfecting the virtual world and the virtual capsule. According to her, she was making an update on the virtual world's artificial intelligence. She was also working on a system that would increase the time flow in the virtual world. 

"You can do that?" Arlan was stunned when he heard about this. It was already shocking that she managed to build the virtual world. Now, she was even planning to increase the time flow in the virtual world! 

"Of course! You won't understand it though so I won't bother to explain it. However, if I successfully make this system, we can increase our soldiers' training time by three or four times. I can still increase the time flow, but it might bring irreversible damage to the soldiers' mental health." Winter muttered.

"Oh?" Arlan was excited to hear that. If the system was successfully updated, that would mean that it could increase the human lifespan. After all, humans spend 7 hours or more every day to sleep. If they could increase the time flow by four times, that is an additional 28 hours! 

Arlan asked more questions about this, but Winter mercilessly ended the call. 

"Aiya! She hung up on me again." Arlan smiled bitterly. He went to his study to check the item he claimed from the mysterious app this morning. It was a sword made from a shiny blue material that was even harder than a diamond. The sword was about five feet in length with a width of three fingers. It could also transform into an elegant-looking blue cane. 

"That's very convenient. I can bring this with me. I can even use it during critical situations." Arlan muttered to himself. He had already tested the sword this morning and it could slice through metal like butter. According to the description of the sword, it was a creation of an advanced civilization in a chaotic world that was always subjected to war. 

He felt very afraid when read the description. He couldn't believe that there was actually a civilization capable of building such a destructive weapon. 

Arlan grabbed the cane and brought it with him. He wanted to check on the progress of the arms corporation, but before he could go out of the mansion, his phone suddenly rang.
