Seeing the anticipation in her eyes, Rong Si raised his eyebrows. "Did you make these yourself?"

Su Jiu was startled. "How did you know?"

Rong Si smirked. "I guessed."

Well, that was a pretty good guess, wasn't it?

Su Jiu pursed her lips. "Is it because the pastries I make are a little ugly that you can tell?"

"At least you're self-aware."

Su Jiu felt indignant. "What? Rong Si! Are you insulting the snacks I made for you? Then stop eating them. You're not worthy of eating them!"

She was about to take it back when Rong Si hurriedly reached out to take the snacks and said matter-of-factly, "I've already accepted them. How can I give them back?"

"You can! I won't give any more to you!"

Rong Si laughed. He seemed to sigh softly. "I was wrong, okay?"
