Harry Potter and the Old Ones

Hallelujah Frolov gently rubbed his temples. The months of living in a mental hospital without seeing the sun had made him highly nervous.

"Professor Frolov, it's still early." The lean and capable Mitchell McGann said softly, and then brought Professor Frolov a glass of warm water, which she picked up from the water dispenser in the airport. After receiving some hot water, she mixed the warm water with the magic of 'clear spring like water' brought to her by the ring.

"If you feel tired, you can take a nap here. Our plane will take off in two hours." Mitchell McGann said thoughtfully.

"Thank you, Miss Megan." Professor Frolov took a sip of warm water, then licked his dry lips, and said in hoarse and heavily accented English, "I'm used to mild Sleep and heightened alertness.”

To be precise, Professor Frolov has never had a good night's sleep since he encountered that blasphemous creature on the barren rock near Iceland.

That magical toad-headed monster who called himself the Deep Diver was like turning on one of Professor Frolov's switches, and he started having nightmares from then on.

After being rescued by the rescue team, Professor Frolov tried psychotherapy, massage, hypnosis, and even the so-called mysterious witch doctor from the East, but to no avail -

Professor Frolov's sleeping problems did not improve because of these, but became more serious.

Whenever night falls, I will be troubled by weird nightmares, which are filled with indifferent eyes and indescribable horrific scenes.

Occasionally, before I wake up from a dream, I am sweating profusely, my heartbeat is racing, and my whole body is immersed in great fear and anxiety.

"That kind of thing?" Professor Frolov's eyes suddenly became sharp, "He knows what you encountered!"

So we joined extreme environmental organizations, as it seems that only in this way can we please the so-called insignificant existences in the mouths of these deep divers.

I desperately needed an outlet, a way to vent those horrific and worrying truths—

Especially when Mitchell McGann promised to solve my nightmare problem once and for all.

For a scholar, the unknown truth is far less attractive than a wonderful and comfortable life.

"Please relax, Professor Frolov." Mitchell Hogan comforted him in a serious voice, "Like you, you were also very broken when you were finally exposed to that kind of thing."

"You know, you know... you've been to... places that are more beautiful and weirder... and you've seen creatures that are so terrifying that there are no words to describe them." Mitchell ·Megan said seriously.

It wasn't until I was sent to a mental hospital, until I faced a blank room with blank walls, that my spirit would not be relieved at all.

So I ended up writing the book, and I hoped that no one would share that fear with me, but outside of the book, out of fear, I didn’t have the name ‘Deep One’.

However... when the capable boy named Mitchell McGann next to me came to visit me in the mental hospital and said the words "Deep One", "R'lyeh" and "Tiny Being" Before the words came out, I reluctantly left the hospital.
