“So you turned your back on her and went with Qiao Xue?” Nian Junting asked.

“I didn’t. I just felt that that girl is quite innocent and adorable. I guess I… am a little fond of her,” Lu Kang stuttered.

“You grow fond of people too easily.” Nian Junting gave a cold smile, then walked into his office.
