Happy winked and made his intentions as clear as could be.

In his view, as long as Hermione takes action, the guy who dares to mess with Pepper will definitely pay a heavy price.

The world has changed since the Battle of New York.

Aliens, superpowered beings... these things that originally only existed in science fiction movies have all flooded into reality.

The Avengers were born, and various superheroes also made their appearances.

Iron Man, Captain America, Thor...

Their identities and backgrounds have already been thoroughly investigated by the media.

The only one shrouded in mystery is the witch who descended like a god during the Battle of New York.

The whole world is speculating about her true identity, and all sorts of rumors are flying around.

Some say she is a descendant of an ancient magical family, some say she is a secret weapon left on Earth by aliens, and others say she is an experimental subject in some secret laboratory... There are many different opinions.

These are all just guesses; the only thing that can be confirmed is that she is a young girl.

Within Stark Industries, only a very few people knew the witch's true identity.

Besides Pepper and Tony, there was only this chubby little guy in front of them.

Hermione stared wide-eyed at Happy, her eyes screaming, "Are you crazy?"

"Happy, are you serious? Why would you think I have this kind of magic?"

She made an indescribable gesture.

"Besides, what wizard would have nothing better to do than develop such strange magic?"

Happy, undeterred, pointed at the man in the office:

"Then why don't you cast a fireball on him? Quietly, without anyone noticing!"

Hermione rolled her eyes.

"Happy, she just came to introduce the product and exchanged a few words with Sister Pepper. Am I supposed to burn her to ashes?"

"Who would dare to invest in Stark Industries in the future?"

She counted on her fingers:

"Don't forget, I still have shares in Stark Industries!"

Happy got anxious:

"Think about it, if that guy who looks like a scoundrel actually manages to seduce your sister Pepper, then it's hard to say who the company will belong to in the future!"

“From now on, Stark Industries may not necessarily be inherited by you.”

Upon hearing this, Hermione flew into a rage and slammed her hand on the table.

Her eyes widened as she stared intently at the man in the office who was chatting and laughing with Pepper, her gaze burning with fury.

"You dare touch my money?" Hermione gritted her teeth. "You're courting death! Behold, Avada Kedavra..."

She drew her wand with a "whoosh," and the tip of the wand instantly lit up with a faint green light.

Cold, malevolent, and exuding a chilling aura of death.

Happy felt a great terror rise from the bottom of his heart, and the hair on his body stood on end, as if he were being watched by the Grim Reaper.

He had no doubt that Hermione would use that terrifying green light spell meant for dealing with aliens to send the man to hell the next second.

"No, no, no! Young lady! Calm down! Calm down!"

Happy immediately pounced on Hermione and clung tightly to her arm.

"We'll just teach him a lesson! That'll be enough!"

Hermione then slowly lowered her wand, and the green light at the tip of the wand gradually faded.

Happy wiped the cold sweat from his forehead.

You really need a strong heart to get along with this young lady.

You're quick to kill, young lady, you seem a bit too extreme.

Hermione got up and walked towards her office.

She wanted to see which fool dared to try and steal her money.

Tired of living!

The office door opened automatically, and the man who was explaining the device was interrupted by Hermione's sudden appearance.

He paused for a moment, looking Hermione up and down.

Whose little girl is this?

How did you end up here?

The man muttered to himself, but maintained a smile on his face.

He thought Pepper would ask this "uninvited guest" to leave.

To everyone's surprise, Pepper's eyes lit up the moment she saw Hermione.

She ignored the man and stepped forward to give Hermione a big hug.

Hermione, you're back!

Pepper's voice was full of surprise and concern.

"How's school? Are you getting along well with your classmates?"

As she spoke, she took Hermione's hand and looked her over carefully.

He was afraid she had suffered some mistreatment at school. Upon hearing Pepper's words, the man's smile froze on his face.

He stared at Pepper in disbelief, then at Hermione, his gaze shifting back and forth between the two, as if trying to confirm whether he had misheard.

“Pepper,” he said, trying to maintain his composure, but his tone betrayed his surprise, “and this is…?”

Pepper affectionately ruffled Hermione's hair and introduced her with a smile:

"This is little Hermione, well, you can think of her as the most important person to Tony and me."

That's all she could say.

You can't just say Hermione is the witch who wiped out the aliens in the Battle of New York, or you'll scare your former colleague.

But the man seemed to have misunderstood something, and his face instantly turned into a kaleidoscope of colors.

Pepper smiled apologetically:

"Mr. Killian, I'm sorry, I'm afraid we don't have time to discuss cooperation today."

"Tony and I have to stay with Hermione. Let's talk another time."

Killian smiled:

"It's alright, Miss Pepper, then I won't bother you any longer."

Killian? Where have I heard that name before...? Hermione walked up to the man, circled around him, and looked him up and down.

The man suppressed his discomfort and tried his best to maintain a smile:

"Little sister, is there... anything I can help you with?"

Hermione suddenly stopped and tilted her head to ask:

"who are you?"

Killian hesitated for a moment, but he still answered patiently:

“My name is Aldridge Killian, and I am the CEO of AIM.”

Hermione suddenly realized and gave a "I see" look.

I remember now, it was him.

Isn't he the main villain from Iron Man 3? The guy who got stood up by Tony for a whole night and then worked hard to overcome the adversity virus.

So, does this mean she'll have a chance to witness the Anti-Tony armor unleash its full power?

Killian nodded to Pepper: "Since you have plans, Pepper, let's talk again next time."

He gave Hermione a meaningful look, a glint of something sharp flashing in his eyes, before turning and leaving the office.

Downstairs at Stark Tower.

A black, extended SUV was parked quietly on the side of the road. Kirian opened the car door and got in.

"Om..."

The car window slowly rolled up, shutting out the noise from the outside world.

Killian's smile gradually disappeared, replaced by a gloomy expression.

"I didn't expect that..."

Killian muttered to himself, "Tony Stark, that playboy, he actually has an illegitimate daughter with Pepper..."

"This is quite unexpected. It seems we need to change our plans."
