"What have you been up to all this time? You haven't come back for so long!"

Pepper's tone was reproachful, but mostly happy.

Hermione was a little breathless from being hugged so tightly, and quickly explained:

"Ouch, Pepper, let go of me... you're strangling me."

"There's been so much going on at school lately, I'm so busy I barely have time to breathe."

Hermione finally managed to escape Pepper's clutches and patted her chest in relief.

"The Defense Against the Dark Arts course is particularly demanding this semester, and that old man Dumbledore is keeping a close eye on me. How could I dare to slack off?"

Hermione pouted and started ranting.

"And you have no idea, Hogwarts was recently plagued by a basilisk, and everyone was in a panic."

"The school is very strict. They take attendance every day, so I can't sneak away."

"Basilisk?"

Hermione blinked and explained, "It's a magical creature, extremely rare, whose eyes can petrify people. Quite a few students at Hogwarts have been affected."

"Isn't that Medusa?"

Tony's voice suddenly cut in from the communication channel, with his usual teasing tone.

“The basilisk is much more powerful than Medusa,” Hermione rolled her eyes. “The basilisk can only petrify people through indirect eye contact, but direct contact… can kill you.”

"That dangerous?!"

Pepper exclaimed in surprise and quickly pulled Hermione up and down, examining her carefully, afraid that she might be injured somewhere.

"Are you alright? Did the basilisk see you?!"

"Oh dear, Pepper, don't worry," Hermione said, laughing and crying at the same time, as she pulled her hand away. "The matter was resolved a long time ago, otherwise I wouldn't be standing here unharmed, would I?"

Pepper breathed a slight sigh of relief, but couldn't resist pinching Hermione's cheek again, playfully scolding her:

"Next time you encounter something dangerous like this, be sure to stay away from it immediately, okay?"

"I know, I know."

Hermione nodded quickly.

"Hey, you two, that's enough already!"

"I'm still working hard underwater, can't you at least show some respect for the workers?"

Chapter 119 Information on Superpowered Individuals

On the communication channel, Tony's voice carried a hint of exaggerated complaints, accompanied by the gurgling sound of flowing water in the background.

"Today is my big day, the launch ceremony of the Stark Tower Clean Energy Project! Can't you guys pay even a little attention to this?"

Hermione couldn't help but roll her eyes and retorted to him from afar, "What kind of trouble have you gotten yourself into now? You're always neglecting your duties. Isn't the Iron Man suit enough for you to mess around with?"

"What do you mean by neglecting one's duties?!" Tony nearly jumped up from underwater, his voice rising eight octaves.

"This is called advanced technology! Clean energy! Do you understand? This is something only I, Tony Stark, could create!"

Then, with a loud "boom," a fiery red figure burst out of the water and shot towards Stark Tower like a rocket.

Tony sped back, explaining at a rapid pace.

Arc reactors, clean energy, isotope isomers...

One technical jargon after another came out, making Hermione's head spin.

The Iron Man suit landed smoothly on the helipad on the top floor of Stark Tower.

Tony had barely stepped out of his suit and hadn't even had a chance to gloat when Jarvis reported, "Sir, Agent Coulson from S.H.I.E.L.D. is waiting in the lobby."

"Just say I'm not here."

Tony refused outright without hesitation, "I'm not actually inside yet."

After removing his armor, Tony strode into the room, circled Hermione twice, and marveled at her.

"Grown taller?"

"I say, what kind of catalyst did you take, you little brat? You're growing way too fast."

Hermione rolled her eyes at him, annoyed.

"Please, I'm almost fourteen years old. If I don't grow taller, am I going to be a dwarf for the rest of my life?"

She put her hands on her hips and glared angrily at Tony.

Tony and Pepper exchanged a glance, both seeing a hint of emotion in each other's eyes.

Time flies. That little girl from back then is almost a graceful young woman now.

"Ding-dong-"

The elevator doors opened, and Coulson stepped out.

Tony's face instantly turned as black as the bottom of a pot.

Before he could even ask them to leave, Pepper and Hermione had already warmly greeted them.

"Hey, Phil!"

"Hey, son of Cole!"

Coulson's lips twitched, a hint of helplessness in his expression.

Ever since Thor called her "Son of Cole" last time, Hermione has acted as if she's discovered a new continent, calling him that every time she sees him, which makes him extremely embarrassed.

“Ahem…” Coulson cleared his throat, forcibly steer the conversation back on track, “Mr. Stark, this matter is of utmost importance, and I must speak with you.”

"What happened?" Pepper asked curiously.

Before Coulson could answer, Hermione spoke first:

"What else could it be? That guy with the 'hard egg' must have gotten into trouble again."

She pouted.

"He lost the Tesseract."

"Cosmic Cube?"

"Didn't that thing fall into the sea a long time ago?" Tony raised an eyebrow.

Hermione shrugged: "He got snuck out by Eggman again."

"I just got back, and I haven't even had a chance to sit down properly before Eggsy called." Hermione pouted, a hint of displeasure in her voice.

"Fury contacted you personally, but I sent an agent over. What, I, Iron Man, am not as valued as a little girl?"

Tony's tone was a little sarcastic.

Pepper glared at Tony.

"How old are you? Why are you comparing yourself to Hermione like this?"

"Didn't you hear Phil say that things are very serious?"

“Phil?” Tony keenly caught the key word. “When did you become so familiar with him? I thought his name was just ‘Agent’.”

Pepper and Hermione exchanged a glance and rolled their eyes simultaneously.

Pepper took the electronic data from Coulson and placed it on the holographic projector.

Swah——

Amidst the interplay of light and shadow, information on countless superhumans appeared before our eyes.

Captain America, Hulk, Thor...

Tony's face darkened as he watched the series of combat videos.

He was always arrogant and thought these guys were nothing special.

But when Tony actually saw the devastating scene in the video, he started to feel uneasy.

"These guys... they're pretty good."

He stroked his chin and muttered something.

Suddenly, Tony discovered that some files couldn't be opened, marked "Level 9 Access," and the cover featured a familiar black magic wand.

"This……"

Tony and Pepper exchanged a glance, and a guess formed in their minds.

Coulson noticed their gazes and explained, "This is the wizard's file. Except for a few people, no one else has permission to see it."

"I wasn't high enough in rank to begin with, but I've had dealings with the witch, so I'm not a secret."

Coulson paused for a moment, then continued, "However, given your relationship with her, you probably already know what you need to know, so there's no need to keep it a secret anymore. I'll grant you the authorization to unlock it now."

With a simple tap, the verification is complete and the file is unlocked.

Scenes of Hermione demonstrating various spells appeared one after another.
