Feng Heng was also very clever and naturally knew that Bai Suzhen was just starting out, so it was better to leave this crucial moment to Li Xiuyuan!
Let the two of them spend time alone together. As for the three of them being honest with each other, there's plenty of time.
Therefore, Xiaoqing and Feng Heng wisely left.
Li Xiuyuan did not press the matter further, having guessed the concerns of the others.
Chapter 176 Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva
After seeing Feng Heng and Xiao Qing leave, Bai Suzhen said shyly, "My lord, let me serve you in bed!"
After saying that, the two of them finally went into the house. Li Xiuyuan didn't stand on ceremony. With Bai Suzhen's help, his clothes were hung on the clothes rack. You can imagine what his condition was like.
Seeing Bai Suzhen blush, Li Xiuyuan chuckled and said, "Suzhen, let me help you now!"
As he spoke, Li Xiuyuan removed her white embroidered shoes, one or two of them falling to the ground. Through a layer of silk stockings, he held her jade-like feet in his hands.
But feeling her soft, boneless body, he couldn't help but knead her gently. Her jade-like foot twisted slightly in his hand, and he heard her say, "My lord, it tickles!"
Her voice is very pleasant.
Li Xiuyuan's lips curled up slightly, and he said with a wicked smile, "Hmm!"
And so, a symphony of revelry resounded throughout the night.
[Note: Many things are difficult to describe directly, so readers will have to fill in the blanks themselves! This has already been reviewed several times, so I've only written a brief summary. In short, readers understand that this is a recommendation.]
After a long while, Li Xiuyuan looked at the beauty in front of him, and Bai Suzhen, who was shyly waiting to bloom on the embroidered couch. He felt a slight sense of accomplishment. Bai Suzhen, ah.
In the Kobe folk tales of China, she was practically the perfect woman, yet now she has been conquered by Li Xiuyuan.
Meanwhile, in the Netherworld, the terrain is rugged and uneven, as steep as the Shu Mountains and as high as Lushan Mountain. It is not a famous mountain in the mortal world, but a dangerous place in the underworld.
Thorns hide ghosts, gnarled cliffs conceal demons. No cries of beasts or birds are heard, only the swaying of ghosts and demons. A chilling wind whistles, a thick black mist hangs heavy. The chilling wind whistles, the smoke from the whistles of divine soldiers.
A thick black mist hung in the air, the secret breath of ghosts. The road to the underworld was shrouded in fog, with countless ghosts marching side by side, and Fahai was among them.
Looking around, there's nothing to see, high or low; to the left and right, all that can be seen is ruin and destruction.
There are mountains, peaks, ridges, caves, and streams there.
However, the mountains are barren, the peaks do not reach the sky, the ridges are impassable, the caves do not hold clouds, and the streams do not flow.
Monsters and ghouls lurk on the shore, gods and demons abound below the ridge. Wild ghosts are captured in the cave, evil spirits hide at the bottom of the ravine.
With his palms clasped together, Fahai finally arrived in the underworld three days after Li Xiuyuan's killing period.
At this time, the rulers of the underworld were various religions and the witch clan, among whom were many great witches who had lived there for a long time.
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva holds a revered position in Buddhism, and he made a great vow: "I will not become a Buddha until hell is emptied!"
As a result, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva resides in the underworld for a long time, and has accumulated great merit by ferrying countless ghosts across the underworld.
The underworld has eighteen levels of hell, which are:
The first level of the Tongue-Pulling Hell
The Second Level of Scissors Hell
The Third Level of Iron Tree Hell
The fourth level of the Mirror of Retribution
The Fifth Level of Steaming Hell
The Sixth Level of the Copper Pillar Hell
The seventh level of hell of knives
The Eighth Level of Iceberg Hell
The Ninth Level of Oil Cauldron Hell
The tenth level of the Ox Pit Hell
The eleventh level of the Stone Press Hell
The twelfth level of the Mortar and Pestle Hell
The Thirteenth Level of Blood Pool Hell
The fourteenth level of the Hell of Unjust Death
The fifteenth level of the hell of crucifixion
The Sixteenth Level of Volcanic Hell
The Seventeenth Level of the Stone Mill Hell
The Eighteenth Level of the Saw-and-Knife Hell
These are all used to punish those wicked ghosts.
Because of his special status in Buddhism, Fahai regained his memories of his previous life as Jin Chanzi after his death. After manipulating the situation several times, he finally met Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.
Jin Chanzi clasped his hands together and respectfully said, "Amitabha, greetings to the Bodhisattva!"
At this time, he was handsome and a real heartthrob, definitely not like Fahai Shi.
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva holds a human-headed banner in his left hand and forms the nectar mudra with his right. His face is blurred, and his body carries a somewhat somber aura, simply because he has long resided in the underworld.
Ksitigarbha, whose Sanskrit name is Ksitigarbha, received instructions from Shakyamuni Buddha in the Trayastrimsa Heaven to enter the Ganges Sands of meditation every morning to observe the workings of all beings.
He is the Bodhisattva of Great Compassion who teaches sentient beings in the six realms in a world without a Buddha, situated between the two Buddhas. He is as steadfast and immovable as the earth, and his meditation is as profound and secret as a hidden treasure; hence the name Ksitigarbha.
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva said calmly, "Amitabha! Jin Chanzi, what brings you here? Judging from your trajectory, you shouldn't have died so quickly. What unexpected event happened?"
As he spoke, a sense of curiosity arose in his heart. Jin Chanzi was related to the Buddhist teachings of spreading Buddhism in the East, and he absolutely could not be killed.
Even if Li Xiuyuan were killed in West Lake, there are ways in Buddhism to bring him back to life.
After all, Jin Chanzi needs to reincarnate a hundred times before he can embark on his grand journey to the West, and the Buddhist sect has made many preparations during this time.
Jin Chanzi replied, "Something unexpected happened this time. There are some things I need to inform Buddha about?"
As he spoke, he recounted how he obeyed Guanyin Bodhisattva's words, and then encountered the murder of Li Xiuyuan, especially the twelve-petaled world-destroying black lotus.
After regaining his memories, Jin Chanzi naturally understood that the Twelfth Grade World-Destroying Black Lotus was a top-tier innate spiritual treasure, extremely rare even in Buddhism.
After hearing Jin Chanzi's words, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's eyes flashed with a sharp light. Even he was tempted by the Black Lotus of Annihilation, but it was destined to be imprisoned in hell forever and could not be left easily, so he had to give up on the matter.
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva responded calmly, "Hmm! I understand."
As he spoke, he summoned two little sand demons and sealed all the things he wanted to tell the Buddha on a piece of paper, which they then sent to Mount Ling.
The Buddhist disciples here, having ferried away ghosts year after year, have made rapid progress in their cultivation through merit, with even the lowest level being a celestial being.
The Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, after discovering his great vow, entered the realm of quasi-saints in one fell swoop, a rare existence even within Buddhism.
Compared to Guanyin Bodhisattva, Lingji Bodhisattva is much better. However, he did not gain these merits for nothing and paid a price for them, spending his entire life in the underworld.
Chapter 177 The Buddhas of Mount Ling
When Jin Chanzi saw that Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva had resolved the matter, he breathed a sigh of relief. He naturally knew that the other party would greedily want to obtain the Black Lotus of Annihilation, but could not leave the Underworld, so he could only tell the Buddha about it.
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva said calmly, "Amitabha! Jin Chanzi has been reincarnated this time. You must not relax. You need to reincarnate eight more times before you can carry out the great plan of our Buddhist sect."
This Jin Chanzi is also an extraordinary figure. Once he completes the journey to the West, he will probably become a quasi-saint immediately. He has accumulated a lot of merit on the journey to the West, which is why he always agrees to Sun Wukong's requests for advice in the Three Realms.
After hearing Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's words, Jin Chanzi nodded and replied, "This humble monk understands!"
He was well aware that this grand plan of Buddhism concerned a vision spanning tens of thousands of years, and he would not take it lightly.
Not long after Jin Chanzi finished explaining his business, he was reincarnated again. Although he wanted to find the Twelfth Grade World-Destroying Black Lotus, things did not go as planned. During the Buddhist grand plan, he could not act on his own and had to accelerate his reincarnation.
It is said that the two young Shakyas, carrying the decree of Ksitigarbha, went to the Western Vulture Peak. In just a few days, they arrived in Xiniuhe Prefecture.
After being informed, we entered Mount Ling. In the western part of Mount Ling, we saw the statue of Shakyamuni Buddha standing high on a lotus throne, facing south, solemn and compassionate.
This person was none other than the former Daoist Duobao, the senior disciple of the Jie Sect, who has now become the Buddha of Buddhism.
Below the Buddha are the Buddha Dipankara and the Buddha Maitreya, who descend half a step to sit on lotus thrones. Behind them are the Ten Great Bodhisattvas, the Eighteen Arhats, and the golden-bodied Dharma protectors, the Kings of Light.
Of course, the Arhat who subdues dragons has not yet returned to his place; only his golden statue is here.
In an instant, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the Buddhist community, and countless Buddhist disciples, felt the sensation and bowed down in unison.
One by one, Buddhist runes floated up from the lotus petals, combining to form a palm-sized golden lotus of Buddhist teachings, which flew towards Shakyamuni Buddha, who calmly uttered, "Amitabha!"
This sentence actually contains the supreme Buddhist teachings. After seeing the Dharma decree delivered by the little shaman sent by Ksitigarbha, he finally understood the cause and effect.
After the Buddhas saw the Tathagata, he continued, "Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva has sent word that a twelve-petaled Black Lotus of Annihilation has been discovered in the mortal realm, which has killed the reincarnation of Jin Chanzi. Who is willing to descend the mountain for the Buddha and capture the demon?"
He also wanted to obtain the twelfth-grade world-destroying black lotus, but since the Buddha Tathagata was originally a member of the Jie Sect, even though the Buddhas Jieyin and Zhunti had given him the position of ruling over all the Buddhas of Mount Ling, they were still very wary of him.
As for Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, he was a true member of the Buddhist order, so even if Tathagata wanted to hide this matter and secretly seize the opportunity to obtain the Black Lotus of Annihilation, he would not succeed.
The Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Wisdom Kings, and Arhats on Mount Ling were greatly moved upon hearing the words of the Tathagata Buddha. The twelve-petaled Black Lotus of Annihilation had been born, and no one could remain indifferent.
But then Dipankara Buddha volunteered, saying, "Amitabha! I am willing to share the burden for my Buddhist sect and go forward to capture that demon."
Dipankara Buddha was originally a disciple of Yuanshi Tianzun, whose magic weapon was the Glazed Lamp. He once helped Jiang Ziya break the Ten Deadly Formations and had a disciple named Li Jing. He was the vice leader of the Chan Sect and a Great Luo Golden Immortal.
The Twelve Golden Immortals of the Chan Sect also referred to him as their teacher. Speaking of this immortal, he can truly be described as: the head of all immortals, the originator of Buddha.
During the Investiture of the Gods, it was the Taoist Ran Deng who broke the Ten Deadly Formations, and it was he who presided over the process.
The three thousand guests in the Zixiao Palace in the past included the one who burned the lamp, but now he has joined the Buddhist order.
