An old man and a young man lay sprawled on the sofa, their snoring growing louder and louder, as if they were competing with each other.

Ain covered her forehead helplessly and coughed lightly.

boo~

Garp's snot bubble popped, and he said with a bewildered look, "Ah! Did I fall asleep again?"

"Vice Admiral Garp is about to arrive in the Goa Kingdom. I've come to remind you."

Garp stretched and yawned: "Thank you, little Ain. I should get back to my ship now."

Then Karp looked at the cabinet where Karl kept his snacks, and then carried the cabinet away.

"Lieutenant General Garp?"

"Shh! Don't disturb the kid's sleep." With that, Garp quickly left.

Ain scratched his head. The naval hero Garp seemed a little different from what he had imagined!

Turning to look at Karl, I was about to wake him up when Karl immediately opened his eyes and started cursing.

"Damn! That old bastard, taking some snacks is one thing, but he actually carried the whole cabinet away! He's robbing us!"

Ayn said with amusement, "Then why don't you tell him to his face?"

Carl said matter-of-factly, "It's because I can't beat him! If I could, you'd see if I kicked him or not."

"Um, we've arrived, right?"

Ain smiled and nodded: "Yes! It's said that the Kingdom of Goa is known as the most beautiful country in the East Blue!"

"How about we go for a walk?"

"Can you not go?"

"cannot!"

Karl sighed, hanging Autumn Water and Thunderstorm at his waist, leaving Raven as is, after all, it was a mature knife that had long since learned to move on its own.

"Let's go!"

Ian narrowed her eyes into slits and followed Karl out of the lounge with a gleeful smile.

After anchoring in the harbor, Karl led Ain off the ship. Looking to his left, he saw that Garp had only brought a few marines with him.

"Boy, follow me!"

Karl and Ian exchanged a glance and followed Karp.

"Let me tell you something! Don't be fooled by how glamorous this place looks, actually... well, how should I put it! Never mind, you'll see when you get there."

The streets were spotless, filled with elegantly dressed nobles. Even the commoners were clean and tidy, making the place seem quite nice to anyone who saw it.

"Do you see that wall?"

"It's quite tall, what's wrong?"

Garp said with a serious expression, "Behind the wall is another world, a world completely opposite to this one."

“An indeterminate destination?” Karl said softly.

Karp was taken aback: "How did you know?"

"I didn't know that before, but it's written here! And I happen to be able to read."

Ain chuckled, while Karp's lips twitched. He gave a haughty snort and then ignored Karl.

"Aaaaaah! It's him! It really is him! The world's most handsome man! Karl!!!"

A scream shattered the tranquility of the street. Looking in the direction of the sound, a graceful and wealthy noblewoman cupped her face in surprise, staring at Karl with a rosy glow.

The next second, she rushed over: "Mr. Carl, I, I'm your fan! You're so handsome, even more handsome than in the newspapers! Could you please give me your autograph?"

The noblewoman's expression then changed as she realized she hadn't brought anything with her, and she immediately felt a little wronged.

"Ahhhh!"

Another scream rang out, and a dozen women surrounded them. Karl swallowed hard, feeling a little scared.

"Lieutenant General Garp, weren't you going to see your grandson? Let's go!"

Karp glanced at Karl indifferently, then extended his little finger, slowly inserted it into his nostril, and picked at it...

"Ahem, everyone calm down. I appreciate your support, but I'm a naval officer and have official duties to perform. Please don't let this interfere with my work!"

Ain scoffed inwardly. Work? All you do is drink tea and read the newspaper or fidget with your knives. She and Smoker Nelson do all the dirty and hard work; she can't even be bothered to complain...

But those fanatical women don't care about that.

Look at him! Long legs, a V-shaped waist, a handsome face that makes your legs go weak, and the uniform allure—anyone who looks at him will be mesmerized.

Instead of backing down because of Karl's words, they became even more agitated and simply surrounded him, ready to physically assault him...

Carl's expression changed, and he made a clean and tidy escape.

I'm terrified! These fanatical women really want to tear him apart!

Seeing this, Garp smiled happily and led Ain away from the clean streets, heading towards Mount Colbo on the outskirts of the city.

After learning of Luffy's ambition to become a pirate, Garp simply stopped him from going to Windmill Village and entrusted Luffy to the care of the bandit Dadan, who happened to be living there as well.

Only Garp would probably do something like handing his grandson over to mountain bandits to raise.

On the mountain road.

"Phew~ I'm finally rid of those women..." Karl breathed a sigh of relief.

"Who told you to be the most handsome guy in the world?"

Carl said helplessly, "How can you blame me? It's all because of those unscrupulous reporters who wrote nonsense!"

"You seem to be enjoying yourself quite a bit!"

Karl fell silent. How could he not enjoy it? The "heartthrob" bonus was right there! It was just a matter of whether he wanted it or not!

"The navy is coming!!!"

"What? Is it that Garp guy?"

Ace, who was playfully fighting with Luffy, was taken aback. Why is Grandpa here again?

Luffy, who was being brutally beaten by Ace, suddenly realized, "Oh no, Grandpa's here!"

The two men's expressions changed, and they turned and ran, but...

"Hahaha, you two little rascals have grown up so fast! Luffy, have you been good while Grandpa wasn't around?"

Luffy grinned: "Of course! To become the Pirate King, I've been training hard! Right, Ace?"

Ace, who had been winking and making faces at Luffy, sighed. It seemed that Luffy hadn't seen his hint at all!

"What! You're going to be a Marine! You bastard!"

Without saying a word, Garp punched Luffy, leaving a huge bump on his head. Luffy grimaced in pain and rolled on the ground.

"Ouch! That hurts! Damn grandpa, I don't want to become a navy officer!"

"I'm going to be the Pirate King!"

Garp's chest heaved, and his fists clenched tighter and harder.

"You little brat, I'm going to teach you a lesson today!"

Watching Luffy get a good beating, Karl thought to himself, "What a unique way to teach him!"

Chapter 106 Mount Golpo

Ain seemed a little reluctant and kindly advised, "Stop fighting, Vice Admiral Garp!"

"Yeah! You can't kill someone like that!"

Ain: ? ? ?

Are you sure this isn't stirring up trouble?

The answer was no. Upon hearing Karl's words, Karp glared at Karl with annoyance, then turned to look at his grandson, whose face was bruised and swollen.

He snorted coldly: "Why give up a perfectly good navy job to become the Pirate King? Are you trying to drive your grandpa crazy?"

Despite being covered in bumps, Luffy still stubbornly declared, "I don't care, I'm going to become the Pirate King and fulfill my promise to Shanks!"

"Tsk tsk tsk~ Vice Admiral Garp, your grandson is really something..."

Garp sighed and said helplessly to Karl, "Who knows what kind of spell Shanks cast on this kid? I can't control it anymore. Why don't you give it a try?"

"This, isn't good!"

Garp slapped Karl on the shoulder: "Stop talking nonsense, you've got a lot of tricks up your sleeve. Anyway, you just need to figure out a way to stop him from always thinking about being a pirate!"

hiss~

Carl gasped in shock. This old guy was serious!

"Aion, you go and give it a try, seven years!"

Ain nodded helplessly and walked to Luffy's side. Before she could speak, Luffy shouted, "Auntie, what do you want to do!"
