Realizing they were under a spell, the two turned and tried to run back to their room.

Then they got another 'legs-standing freeze death'.

The twins used a levitation spell to move the Dursleys to the sofa in the living room.

They came with a mission from Zicomo: to resolve Harry's treatment at the Dursleys' house.

Chapter Seventy: The Dursleys Suffer Heavy Losses, Harry Escapes from His Cage

"Ladies and gentlemen, listen up! Harry has to go back to Hogwarts. Do you know why?"

George and the Weasleys sat leisurely across from the Dursleys and asked.

Circumstances dictated their actions; pressured by the wands in the twins' hands, all three shook their heads.

"Because he needs guidance from the school, he needs to learn at Hogwarts how to use his magic."

If Harry is not properly guided, a terrible thing will appear in the magic within him, which we call the Obscurus.

It is a monster born from the inner pain and repression of wizards suppressing their magical powers. Its appearance signifies disaster.

Let me put it this way: you know King's Cross Station, right? That's where we boarded the train to Hogwarts.

Once the Obscurus forms within Harry, it can erupt and destroy the entire King's Cross Station in a very short time.

Note! It refers to the kind of destruction where the enemy is reduced to dust; there have been many such examples in the wizarding world before.

Most importantly, these wizards who became Obscurials all suffered physical or psychological abuse to varying degrees during their childhoods.

In fact, almost all of the Obscurians do not live past the age of ten.

At Harry's age, it's simply impossible for him to form an Obscurus again.

But the Dursleys were unaware of this.

They turned pale after hearing what the twins said.

My heart was filled with fear and terror at the thought that I had almost created a time bomb with my own hands.

Seeing Vernon nod, the two waved their wands and broke the Dursleys' curse.

He was still unwilling to give in, feeling that it was a loss of face to back down like this.

"Aha! That depends on whether you dare to gamble with your lives."

Vernon was rebuffed by the twins and began to weigh the pros and cons in his mind.

In his mind, whether Harry went to school or not made no difference to him.

He feared that if he released Harry, he would return with his knowledge and seek revenge on his family.

If they don't let them go, they're afraid Harry might suddenly have a meltdown and send their whole family away.

Seeing that Vernon was wavering, the twins did as Zicomo had suggested.

After the big stick has been used, it's time to give a sweet treat.

"Of course, we can get Harry to sign an agreement with you. You will fulfill your custody rights over Harry during the Hogwarts holidays, and after Harry graduates and becomes independent, you will receive a substantial sum of money. You know, Harry's parents left him a very generous inheritance."

Upon hearing "a considerable sum of money," Vernon's eyes gleamed with the prospect of wealth.

He thought about it for a while and finally nodded in agreement.

Vernon took a key out of his pocket, went upstairs to open the door for Harry, and let Harry out of the room.

Harry heard the Weasley twins' voices in the room and knew they were there to see him.

Just as he was worrying that his uncle might make things difficult for them, his uncle opened his room door.

"Come out, Harry. Your friend is looking for you."

After saying that, he turned around and went back to his room without looking back.

His stomach wound hadn't been bandaged yet, and it had been hurting him for a long time.

Although I don't know what happened, I'm thinking about my good friend who's downstairs.

Harry rushed downstairs.

"Harry!"

Upon seeing Harry, Ron, who hadn't said a word the entire time, excitedly called out Harry's name and ran over to give him a hug.

"Ron!"

He then instructed Harry and Vernon to sign the agreement.

After the two signed, the parchment suddenly began to burn itself.

Finally, they transformed into two beams of red light and struck Harry and Vernon in the chest.

It felt like their hearts had been hit.

"Alright, this contract has been signed. If either of you fails to abide by the agreement, you will suffer the torture of being pierced by a thousand arrows."

George said in a heavy tone.

After hearing this, Vernon nodded repeatedly, indicating that he would absolutely not break the agreement.

Harry, however, sensed something was amiss; he felt he had seen that red light somewhere before.

"Well then, we're going to take Harry to stay with us for a while. We'll head straight to Hogwarts when school starts. We won't bother you any longer. Where's Harry's luggage?"

Fred's words surprised Vernon, and he called on his wife and son to help pack Harry's luggage.

They even enthusiastically rummaged through the clutter in the stairwell and found Harry's summer homework, personally wiping it clean and putting it into Harry's suitcase.

Having just suffered such a great fright, he wished all these freaks would disappear from his sight.

Only after he saw the Weasleys and their two companions, along with Harry, out the door did the family collectively breathe a sigh of relief.

He still didn't understand why these underage wizards could use magic so recklessly.

This means their family is in for a rough time in the future.

He then asked, "Was the magic on that parchment scroll a disarming spell?"

Harry remembered last semester when Hermione was practicing magic and her wand went out of control, and Zicomo used a disarming charm to knock the wand away.

The red light was almost exactly the same as what he had just seen.

George and Fred exchanged a glance and burst into laughter.

Harry was right; it was indeed the light of the Disarming Charm.

It's just a version that's been weakened countless times.

There was no contractual power on that parchment at all.

It was simply programmed to self-immolate if someone wrote their name on it.

Then it triggered a weakened version of the disarming spell on it, and crashed into the person whose name was written on it.

Magical contracts do exist in the wizarding world, but in the current wizarding world, any contract scroll is precious.

Because it contains powerful magic that ensures the person who signs the contract will not easily break its terms.

Similar magical spells also exist.

Spells like "Unbreakable Spell" and "Loyal Heart Spell" are of this type.

But clearly they don't know this, and neither of these spells applies to the current situation.

The scrolls in the twins' hands were actually made by Zicomo on the spot.

As for the effects, we've already discussed them above.

The goal was to change Harry's treatment in the Dursleys' household.

Everything that happened tonight was part of his plan.
