Robbing is out of the question; after all, I have a large family to support, and I can't act recklessly.

"So? You're interested in that Kaido kid?"

Shiki noticed Charlotte looking at Kaido and couldn't help but ask.

Charlotte glanced at Shiki upon hearing this, then shook her head.

"I'm just curious what race Kaido is?"

Charlotte told a lie, making up a random excuse.

"Don't you know about the Ghost Clan?"

Shiki glanced at Charlotte in surprise; he hadn't expected Charlotte to be unaware of the Ghost Clan.

"Oh? The Ghost Clan? There are Ghost Clans?"

Charlotte looked at Kaido with feigned surprise!

He openly stared at Kaido!

This made Kaido frown slightly.

"Of course there are! There are many races in this world, and we humans are the most numerous. For example, there are giants, demons, snake-headed people, and a whole bunch of others!"

This Kaido is one of the Oni (demon) clan members, and he joined the Rocks Pirates midway through their journey. I heard he was a kingdom general before, but I don't know how he became a pirate!

Shiki glanced at Charlotte and said.

Charlotte nodded upon hearing this; how could he not know why Kaido became a pirate?

Kaido was born in the Kingdom of Vorka and became the strongest warrior in the country at the age of 10.

The king of the Kingdom of Vorka betrayed Kaido to the Navy in order to gain the right to participate in the World Conference. However, Kaido then escaped and was given a bounty of 7000 million Berries. After that, whenever he was hungry, he would walk into a trap, eat his fill, and then escape again.

Later, when the 15-year-old Kaido was wreaking havoc on the pirate island of "Hachinos" (Beehouse Island), Whitebeard conveyed Rocks D. Xebec's invitation to Kaido.

Kaido later joined the Rocks Pirates as an apprentice pirate and met Charlotte Linlin.

Charlotte knows this perfectly well, and probably knows Kaido even better than Charlotte Linlin!

Seeing that Charlotte remained silent, Shiki lost interest in continuing the conversation and began drinking with Charlotte.

Charlotte didn't hold back and drank with Shiki.

Strangely enough, Charlotte has had the most dealings with Shiki since joining Rocks.

Instead, he didn't have a relationship with Edward Newgate, the white-bearded man, as depicted in most novels from his previous life.

His relationship with Edward Newgate was merely a nodding acquaintance, and he didn't react much.

Neither of them ever took the initiative to befriend the other.

This is also related to the personalities of Whitebeard and Charlotte.

Shiki the Golden Lion, on the other hand, always spoke to Charlotte in a very casual and informal manner.

Although Charlotte sometimes falls silent mid-conversation, Shiki doesn't mind at all.

Charlotte glanced at Shiki beside her and remained silent.

He knew that Shiki's idea would succeed in the next few years: to form a flying pirate crew and call himself the Pirate Admiral.

If it weren't for a joke-like storm, the future would be unpredictable.

Charlotte withdrew her envious expression; it was too far off to think about such things now, she needed time.

He glanced at Lox again.

This is your final glory, Captain Rocks!

Charlotte looked at Rocks and thought to herself.

As Lockes gazed upon the overwhelming fleet that blotted out the sky, his heart swelled with boundless pride!

This is the first step in my conquest of the world. Once I obtain the legendary Heavenly King title, the whole world will submit to me.

"Hahahaha! Hahahahahaha!"

Rocks D. Giebeck's laughter was so loud that it quickly spread throughout the entire pirate ship.

Everyone reacted differently upon hearing the laughter.

Edward Newgate, with his white beard, frowned, and the thoughts etched on his face were obvious.

Captain Rocks! This is the last time I'll help you!

Whitebeard thought to himself.

Ever since he adopted those orphans and saw them call him "Dad," he made up his mind to leave the Rocks Pirates.

He would not regret it even if it meant fighting Rocks.

Shiki the Golden Lion, on the other hand, kept his head down with a gloomy expression, not caring that the cigar in his mouth was almost burning his lips.

Charlotte Linlin, however, remained expressionless, coldly watching as Rocks stopped eating the dessert in his hand.

Behind Charlotte Linlin, the head chef, Longbread, and Kaido stood silently.

The expressions on Wang Zhi and Yin Fu's faces, hidden beneath their armor, were impossible to discern.

John, meanwhile, was downing a bottle of liquor while grinning at Rocks.

I don't know what they're thinking.

Charlotte, however, looked at Rocks with disdain.

On the same day, Mary Geoise on the Red Line also took action.

A large number of Celestial Dragons were reluctantly invited onto the ship by CP0!

On one of the ships, one of the Five Elders, the one wearing a hat, stood at the bow and quietly watched this scene.

Garp, however, looked at the Celestial Dragons boarding the ship one by one with a grim expression.

Most of these Celestial Dragons were arrogant and domineering, which made Garp clench his fists instinctively.

Because each of these Celestial Dragons brought a large number of slaves with them when they boarded the ship.

He would occasionally lash the slaves with a whip.

Many people even lay motionless on the ground under the lash of the whip.

All of these people were thrown into the sea by CP0, who were close to the Celestial Dragons, to feed the fish.

This infuriated Garp even more.

His fists were clenched so tightly they cracked.

This made the two masked CP0 members next to Garp nervous.

These two are the Director and Deputy Director of CP0, tasked with protecting the Celestial Dragons.
