Chaplain!

Olivia watched the entire thing happening right in front of her. She frowned as she couldn't speak even when she wanted to. She could only pray secretly…..she could only pray that her mother did not chase away her father who had just returned home!

"If you…..if you really take us as your family, please stop causing more problems for us!"

Emilia gave an ultimatum, "If you can't do so, you should leave right now!"

She was indeed touched by what he did, but as she calmed down, she started thinking about reality.

Emilia nodded her head repeatedly as she slowly caressed her daughter's head. "Olivia, you're the best. I'll be right here to watch you sleep..."

"Mummy will always be here.

"I will always be by your side!"

Olivia slowly smiled even when she was in a lot of pain.

She slowly closed her eyes as she remembered how her mother said that once she fell asleep, she would no longer be able to feel the pain.

Oliver Walker took a deep breath. He couldn't sit or stand. He suffered in guilt and remorse for the entire night.

"Have you gotten everything arranged?"
