"Miss Thomas, Hi!"

"You're in the hospital?"

"Oh my!!!

 Putting on a pained expression, Alison Carter said, "I'll visit you!

 As if to show her identity, she even put the call on speaker mode.

She also sized up Oliver Walker from the corner of his eye!

In fact, she didn't have a good relationship with Luna Thomas. They only had occasional interactions.

Luna Thomas had grown up abroad. It was only last year that she brought Gucci into Colorado and built her career around it.

 The Gucci store in this mall was the headquarters.

This was the lady that Alison Carter had always wanted to suck up to but she was afraid that her status was not high enough to do so. Therefore, this was the first time Alison Carter had called Luna Thomas after getting her number.

Usually, she would only send some holiday greetings but she never got a reply.

However, she didn't expect Luna Thomas to be so approachable. She couldn't help but turn on the speaker.

"It's fine!

 "I'm almost at the store. Do you need something? "

Luna Thomas's brows were tightly furrowed. She was not familiar with Alison Carter. They had only added each other's numbers because of their business relationship.

In addition, she was not in a good mood because of the car accident that had just happened. She was still feeling a little anxious about it.

 Fortunately, the injured man was fine.

She also knew that if it wasn't for that miracle doctor, she would have suffered the consequences.

"I came here to shop!

"But there's…..this disgusting couple! Oh my…..these poor souls, they're covered in blood!"

With an exaggerated expression on her face, Alison Carter's tone was full of disdain. "You have no idea. It's disgusting!"

When Luna Thomas heard that there was a couple covered in blood in her store, she was stunned for a moment, but she quickly said, "I'll be there soon!"

Back on the streets, she felt nauseated for a long time because of how she had a phobia toward blood. She only came back to her senses when Oliver Walker and Emilia had left.

 It was already too late to find her life saviour!

But now, she didn't even hesitate. She knew that the couple at her store was her life saviour. Thus, she hung up the phone and quickened her pace.

 "Hmph!"

"It's over!" Alison Carter sneered. "Do you know who the owner of this shop is?"

 "Luna Thomas, Ms. Luna Thomas!"

"She's the daughter of the number one company in East Ocean City. You can't afford to offend her!"

Luna Thomas wasn't from a simple family. East Ocean City and Colorado were two neighbouring cities.

The Thomas corporation's status in East Ocean City was higher than Davis's dominance in Colorado.

 In other words, even if Emilia hadn't been expelled from the company, her status was still lower than Luna Thomas.

 "Who is she? What does it have to do with me?"

Emilia was filled with anger. The expression on Alison Carter's face when she was trying to curry favour with Luna Thomas was exactly the same as when she had first approached her!

 "We'll buy this piece of clothing!" Oliver Walker said coldly.

 "The bill please!"

 He didn't want to cause any more trouble!

After all, it was meaningless and it had affected his wife's mood. If the woman in front of him did not know what was good for her, he would not be polite as well!

There may be a possibility that he would hit this woman!

When he took out his bank card, Emilia's brows furrowed slightly but in the end, she gave him a look of affirmation.

It wasn't that she really wanted to buy this dress, she just didn't want to make things difficult for the salesperson!

Mary was also stunned as she stood there in a daze. She didn't really believe that the broke Emilia could afford this dress!

"He's going to pay! Hurry up and take the card!

 She began to show off and order the salesperson around.

 Emilia gritted her teeth in anger after seeing how unreasonable Alison Carter was being and couldn't help but ask, "Are you really that desperate to see me make a fool of myself?"
