Tony Stark, who was diligently working as a repairman, stopped what he was doing, looked up at the curious child, and said sternly:

"Listen, don't bother me while I'm working. If you're really curious, I'll explain it to you slowly after I've dealt with the Mandarin."

"And where's my sandwich?"

Upon hearing this, the little boy named Harry Keener immediately ran to the sofa, opened his backpack, and took out something wrapped in old newspapers.

"This is a tuna sandwich my mom made. That's all we have. Do you want some?"

This sandwich, with its simple packaging, oil-soaked exterior, and wrapped in old newspapers, looks quite appalling.

Tony Stark wanted to refuse, but his empty stomach and constant acid reflux made him feel even worse.

"It seems I have no other choice."

He chuckled to himself, took the sandwich, tore open the outer packaging, and began to wolf it down.

Less than ten seconds.

After finishing the sandwich, he wiped his mouth briefly with his sleeve and continued repairing his armor while grumbling.

"To be honest, this is the first time I've ever seen such a bad sandwich. No wonder you've kept it until now."

Harry Keener smiled, narrowing his eyes, ignoring his sarcastic remark, and instead asked curiously:

"I heard your house was bombed. Don't you have any high-tech defense systems in your house?"

Tony Stark, without looking up, said, "Your suggestion is good, kid. I'll consider installing an anti-missile system at home when I get back."

"But could you please be quiet for a moment?"

Harry Keener pursed his lips but didn't refute.

Two minutes later.

Preliminary repairs have been completed.

On a deeper level, there are issues like peeling paint on the armor shell and certain less important components.

Tony Stark didn't have time to fix it.

One reason is that the repair tools here are too rudimentary, but the main reason is that the armor system has just been restarted.

Jarvis immediately emitted a rapid notification sound as soon as he logged on.

[Beep beep! Beep beep!]

[Sir, welcome back. Mr. Nick Fury sent an urgent email at 6:21 PM that I think you need to take a look at.]

"Let's see who that old Fury wants me to clean up this mess for this time."

As soon as Tony Stark finished speaking, a holographic screen was projected onto the armor lying flat on the repair table.

However, due to insufficient power, the screen flickered and the projected image suffered severe frame drops.

[At 4:37 PM Eastern Time, the presidential plane was hijacked by the Mandarin... terrorists...]

"Shit, even as the world's richest man, I have to work every day. And the president goes to Las Vegas for a mere Christmas holiday?"

Grumbling, Tony Stark quickly plugged in the power cord, and after confirming that the armor was charging, he hurriedly turned to ask:

"Kid, you heard that Iron Man has to go save the world again. Do you have a phone at home? I need to contact someone for help."

Harry Keener pulled a smartphone from his jeans pocket; the back of the phone bore the Stark Industries logo.

Tony took the phone in surprise.

"You're still using Stark Industries products. Looks like you have good taste."

As he spoke, he dialed the contact number he could barely remember.

"Beep—beep—"

I waited anxiously for almost a minute before the call was finally connected.

"This is Lieutenant Colonel Roddy..."

"Listen, the presidential plane has been hijacked! You need to get there first to rescue it, I'll be there shortly!"

"Tony? Where are you? You know what? When I heard you'd been missing for over twenty hours, I almost thought you'd been blown up!"

"Time is of the essence. Do as I say first. I don't want to see the headlines tomorrow about the president being publicly hanged by the Mandarin."

"Alright, then be careful yourself. I'm going to rescue the president right away."

"OK!"

After hanging up the phone, Tony Stark looked at the Mark-42 armor, whose energy display showed only 1.12% remaining.

He knew that even if he was in a hurry, he wouldn't be able to use the armor in a short time.

"Son, are there any electronic components containing palladium in that pile of electronic waste in the garage?"

Harry Keener tilted his head and thought for a moment before saying, "In the packaging process of some chips, materials containing palladium are used as lead frames or packaging solders."

“High-performance multilayer ceramic capacitors also use palladium-containing electrode materials, but the palladium content in these electronic components is very low.”

"Wait, you're not thinking of assembling a miniature palladium arc reactor, are you?"

Tony Stark nodded, stating matter-of-factly, "Looks like you're quite clever. The only quick way to solve the armor's energy shortage is to reassemble a first-generation miniature Arc Reactor."

"Now that you know which parts contain palladium, let's work together and get started refining palladium right away!"

“Wait, Mr. Stark.” Harry Keener thought he was really crazy.

"Is the energy output of the original reactor really suitable for use in armor that has undergone so many upgrades?"

"Even if it's barely usable, can we really refine palladium and assemble a small arc reactor in such a rudimentary environment?"

Tony Stark stared intently at the child in front of him, whose eyes were filled with insecurity.

"I once assembled the world's first small-scale arc reactor in a cave in the Middle Eastern desert using a pile of scrap materials."

“The circumstances were even worse back then than they are now, but I still succeeded.”

"Therefore, as long as I have the unwavering belief to overcome all difficulties, coupled with my super brain, there is no problem that can stump me."

Although Tony Stark's words sound arrogant, he has the right to be so.

Inspired by Tony's confident words, Harry Keener said excitedly, "I believe you, Mr. Stark. Let's get started now."

Then, a noisy clanging and banging sound came from inside the house.

Six hours passed.

On the rudimentary repair table stained with grease, a dazzling white ark reactor makes its grand entrance.

Tony Stark beamed with pride, "I told you this job was easy!"

Harry Keener, who was present throughout the entire manufacturing process, watched as the high-energy reactor, representing the pinnacle of human technology, was successfully assembled in his hands.

He was so excited that his face turned red, and he leaned over to the repair table, staring at the miniature reactor, and said, "That's awesome! I've learned how to build an arc reactor too!"

Upon hearing this, Tony Stark's expression froze, and his tone turned serious.

"You memorized the entire manufacturing process after only seeing it once?"

Harry Keener nodded matter-of-factly.

Seeing this, Tony said sternly, "Listen, kid, you absolutely must not reveal that you have small arc reactor technology, or a lot of trouble will come knocking on your door."

The little boy patted his chest and assured him, "Mr. Stark, don't worry, I won't easily hand over this precious technology to anyone else."

“You’d better keep your promise.” Tony Stark was secretly regretting why he had to drag this teenager into helping build the Arc Reactor.

However, time was of the essence, so after explaining some precautions for manufacturing the reactor to the little boy,

Tony Stark placed the original Arc Reactor into the chest power unit of the Mark-42 armor.

Then restart the armor's intelligent control system.

Then, he stretched out his left arm and activated the remote-controlled armor donning function.

The Mark-42, lying flat on the repair bench, quickly disintegrated into pieces of armor, spewing faint white gas as it flew toward Tony Stark.

“Dangdangdang…”

After a series of metallic clanging sounds.

The battle-scarred Mark-42 armor is now fully donned!

The armor's exterior features a streamlined design to reduce air resistance, complemented by light gold and dark red paint.

This gives the armor a unique aesthetic that is understated yet luxurious.

"That's so cool!"

Seeing the cool scene of the armor automatically donning itself, Harry Keener's small eyes were filled with envy.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Little Potato. But the adults are off to defeat the bad guys, so you should get some rest. Have a good night's sleep!"

After saying that, Tony Stark activated the flight system, and the thrusters under his feet suddenly spewed out white jets of air.

It shot into the sky in a flash.

It quickly disappeared into the starry night sky.

The little boy, Harry Keener, looked up until he could no longer see the gold and red armor.

His little face suddenly froze.

Then his body grew rapidly and in an extremely bizarre way, from a young boy to a handsome man who was 7 meters tall.

In reality, the Tennessee boy named Harry Keener was just Harvey in disguise using a shapeshifting potion.

By taking the compound decoction, he took over the child's identity a day early.

Harvey is now very satisfied with the easy acquisition of the first-generation Ark Reactor technology.

"The miniature arc reactor is one of the most overpowered technologies in the Marvel universe. Although it took a whole day, it was worth the trip to acquire this technology."

In fact, the arc reactor technology was not very useful to Harvey.

The reason he spent time acquiring this technology was because of a deal that took place two days prior.
