American Comics Universe: I, the Containment Object Revealed at the Start

This place houses supervillains like the Joker, Bane, Poison Ivy, and Two-Face.

They escaped in the chaos, but it's unknown whether they died in the mouths of the Imitation Beasts or managed to escape elsewhere.

If he could, Batman would actually prefer them to die in the monster's mouth, so he could circumvent his vow of not killing.

"Master, the remaining mimicry beasts are on the bottom floor."

"I'll be there right away."

Batman took a deep breath to calm himself down.

"Whether you live or die, I will definitely bring you back in the end!"

Chapter 32: The First and Final Arrival!

Just as Batman was about to head to the bottom, a voice called out to him.

Are you Batman?

This was a guard, who looked at the night rider with a completely bewildered expression.

How did you recognize me?

Batman looked at the other person with a puzzled expression; his appearance was completely different from his usual self.

"At first I didn't think so, but when I saw that big bat I realized it was. Batman really does keep bats."

The guard stared at Batman in shock.

"Um"

Batman shook his head helplessly and walked away. It seems that Gotham will have another urban legend about him from now on.

After entering the Mirror World, Batman smashed through the building's floor to go to the next level, thus shortening the time.

"An attack with such great force should have a strong reaction force, but I can't feel it at all. What is this armor made of? I'll have to figure out a way to study it and see if it can be mass-produced."

Batman himself is a professor with degrees in several scientific fields, and now, seeing the armor with the ability to manipulate materials, he can't help but feel the fervor of a scholar.

Upon arriving at the lowest level of Arkham Asylum, he immediately looked at the real world through a mirror.

The result was a very bloody scene.

This is the main hall. As far as the eye can see, there are corpses scattered all over the floor, along with guards and criminals.

Some of the criminals' bodies were old friends of Batman.

The Mad Hatter, the Puppet Master, Dr. Hugo, etc., but we haven't seen characters like the Joker, Two-Face, or the Riddler yet.

Several voice-mimicking beasts wandered among the corpses.

Strangely, they did not eat the pile of corpses.

Instead, it picked it up and moved it to the other side.

There were several Mockingbirds with huge bellies lying over there, constantly eating the corpses that other Mockingbirds were bringing to them.

"How is this going?"

Batman found this scene very strange and couldn't help but observe it more closely.

"Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!"

Just then, a mimic beast let out a painful cry, and then it strained its whole body and arched backward.

"Could it be that!"

Upon seeing this, Batman immediately realized what was going on.

Then, several small red animals spewed out from the rear end of the mimic beast.

These red animals made loud noises after landing.

Upon closer inspection, isn't this just a miniature version of the Mockingjay?

In other words, these big-bellied, voice-mimicking beasts are actually pregnant women who are about to give birth!

"Damn it! We can't let them keep multiplying!"

Fortunately, it was discovered in time. Otherwise, even if all the mimic beasts were killed, the young ones might still have been left behind, and it would have been terrible if they had grown up someday.

Batman immediately took out the card, already having figured out how to dispose of it.

Then walk to the mirror where you can jump onto the female Mockingbird, and then jump down!

Batman's appearance was so sudden that none of the Mockingbirds noticed it.

As soon as he landed, he immediately swung his longsword and severed the head of a female mimic beast.

Before the person next to him could react, he turned around and stabbed his throat with a sword.

In the blink of an eye, two mimic beasts were killed.

"Ho ho ho ho!!"

The other mimics only then realized what was happening and immediately launched an attack on Batman.

"Interference has arrived."

However, Batman was faster, immediately reading the card.

The Darkwing Bat swiftly flew out of the Mirror World, making an incredibly loud noise.

The noise was so loud that all the mimic beasts couldn't stand it, and they all cowered in place, trembling, and covered their ears to resist the sound waves.

Batman seized the opportunity and sprinted toward the other female Mockingbirds, brandishing his sword incessantly.

Cut their throats one by one!

All the female mimics were killed, and they could no longer reproduce!

"Ahhhhh!!"

The noise interference from the Darkwing Bat had ended, and it immediately returned to the Mirror World.

Seeing that all the females had been wiped out, the male mimic beasts roared angrily.

Then they all rushed toward Batman.

However, Batman was prepared. He had been holding the broken mirror in his left hand, which he had now placed on the ground before jumping in.

The enormous body actually passed directly through the mirror fragments and entered the mirror world.

They dodged the attacks of these mimicry beasts, causing them to collide.

Batman was now standing in front of a glass window, where he could see the Mockingbirds piled up in the real world.

"Very good, keep it piled up like this."

After Batman finished speaking, he took out a card with a gold bat design and inserted it into the card-summoning device on his longsword.

"Finally coming!"

The next second, the Night Rider's special weapon, the Winged Spear, appeared out of thin air in his hand.

At the same time, the Darkwing Bat flew in from behind.

"Aha!"

Batman leaps up at full speed.

The Darkwing Bat transformed into a black cloak and struck Batman on the back. The cloak then expanded and spiraled around Batman.

This move is Night Rider's final arrival—Flying Slash!

Batman, swirling in his cloak, flew out of the Mirror World and struck the Mocking Beasts, who were still huddled together, in one fell swoop.

The terrifying destructive power shredded them all into mincemeat, leaving them no chance to resist!

"Bang bang bang!!"

That wasn't the end of it. Batman couldn't control this move. After killing the Mocking Beasts, he continued to advance, breaking through wall after wall, and was about to crash into the supporting pillar.

He finally stopped, falling to the ground somewhat awkwardly, his cloak transforming back into a dark winged bat.

"Beep!!"

The Darkwing Bats looked at the corpses scattered on the ground and let out excited cries before starting to feast on them.

"Hey, don't eat human corpses!"

Batman felt somewhat uncomfortable watching the Darkwing Bat about to devour a human corpse and spoke up to warn it.

Upon hearing this, the Darkwing Bat turned around and glared at Batman before abandoning the human corpses and focusing solely on eating the Mockingjay's carcasses.

"It seems they don't completely listen to me."

Batman became somewhat wary upon seeing this.

"Alfred, how's the situation now?"

"Sir, the monsters in the asylum have all been eliminated, but some people escaped."

Upon hearing Alfred's report, Batman felt both happy and conflicted.

Tonight can't end like this.

"Congratulations to Bruce Wayne for eliminating the invading Mocking Beasts. Rewards will now be distributed: three Survival Cards."

An electronic voice came from the screen.

Then three cards appeared in Batman's hand.

One image features a golden bird, while the other two have wing patterns and backgrounds representing wind and fire, respectively.

"Survival Cards are exclusive to Kamen Riders in the Mirror World. Using one card will activate Survival Mode, greatly enhancing combat power. Three cards can be used in combination. Moreover, the maximum power increase is determined by the will to survive."

"Is the will to survive determining the power of reinforcement an idealism?"

Batman looked at the three survival cards in his hand with some confusion.

He's already strong enough as he is now. What would happen if he used three survival cards?
