"Please come in." Luo Mo raised his head, quickly got out of bed, opened the curtains, sat down, and said.

Judging from the time, about two hours had passed. Luo Mo glanced at his watch.

The door opened, revealing a familiar face, though I'd only ever seen her in games before; this was the first time I'd seen her in real life.

The visitor was none other than Fu Hua.

At this moment, Fu Hua was dressed in a dark blue training uniform, the same one he had always complained about. The red eye sockets didn't even have lenses, and the outfit was utterly unattractive. His assessment was that it wasn't as good as the Shadow Knight: Moonlit Armor, which, although armor, at least looked cool. Wait, maybe that armor doesn't exist in this world anymore? After all, it was the fourth-generation Valkyrie armor.

Damn it, why am I getting so off-topic? Luo Mo shook his head, trying to wake himself from his slumber.

Since the two didn't know each other at the moment, Luo Mo didn't complain. This was definitely not cowardice; it was following his heart.

“I have already received instructions from His Holiness the Bishop that we need to go to St. Freya together and protect you along the way,” Fu Hua said calmly.

"No, not just on the road, but also on St. Freya Island," Luo Mo corrected. He knew clearly how many ill-intentioned people and even those who originally had good intentions would come after the game was released, which was also an important reason why he had to find a force to join.

Fu Hua was the person he felt most secure with at the moment. So he added a protection request to the cooperation agreement. Incidentally, he originally planned to assign an A-rank Valkyrie for protection.

Luo Mo just wanted to say that as a law-abiding citizen, an A-level rating... seemed a bit too low.

"Hmm?" Fu Hua frowned and looked through the bishop's orders. Sure enough, there was this one.

The primary purpose of this trip to St. Freya has changed; it is no longer to monitor Sirin, but to protect Lomo.

Fu Hua was a little confused. Was the young man in front of her more important than the Herrscher? But she didn't refute it; she simply trusted Kallen.

"Okay, I understand. Let's set off now!" Fu Hua didn't dawdle and quickly prepared to head to St. Freya.

Luo Mo had no choice but to comply, but he didn't have any luggage. He only took one set of clothes, his cell phone, a black card from Tianming, and a communicator unique to Tianming.

Fu Hua didn't bring much with her, and the two weren't very familiar with each other, so they didn't chat much along the way.

He had intended to say goodbye to Bishop Karen, but was told that the bishop was busy, so he gave up.

As soon as they stepped out of the Destiny Building, Rita stood gracefully at the entrance, next to a low-key yet luxurious car.

"Gentlemen, His Holiness the Bishop has instructed me to arrange your itinerary." Rita had changed her clothes, but she was still incredibly beautiful. Her black stockings had been replaced with sheer white ones. Luo Mo felt they looked somewhat familiar, but he didn't think much of it.

Fu Hua nodded silently, and the two of them got into the car with Rita.

The ride was smooth and steady, unlike someone who loves motorcycles but keeps getting their license revoked. There was no swaying at all, and Luo Mo even got to see most of the scenery along the way.

Rita quickly took them to the airport. It was a plane that flew exclusively from Schicksal headquarters to St. Freya, operating only once a day. This was clearly not that time, so it could be considered a private jet. Besides the two of them, there weren't many other people on board; they were mostly game-related employees.

Luo Mo guessed that some of them might be his future employees, but they never expected that their future boss was right in front of this plane.

They're still complaining about how it takes three years to go there...

Outside the airport, Rita chatted briefly with Fu Hua, said goodbye, and went straight to Luo Mo.

Although the two are both S-class Valkyries in Destiny, they are not familiar with each other and have no intimate interactions.

“Mr. Luo, I read your novel; it’s very imaginative,” Rita said to Luo Mo with a smile.

A question mark appeared above Luo Mo's head; he had no idea what Rita was talking about.

“They created a fictional character named Otto by combining historical fact with fiction, and even simply changed one character in the name of the Bishop of Destiny,” Rita continued with a smile. “So, can you tell me whose image that maid named Los was based on?”

A cold sweat broke out on Luo Mo's forehead. He remembered something: his description of the other two's appearances wasn't excessive; it was just that their names were similar.

But the maid herself seemed to write in great detail; although she didn't appear on screen much, she captured all the key points.

"Uh..." Luo Mo stammered, his face slightly flushed and cold sweat dripping down his back. It was probably like being caught talking behind someone's back.

Who would have thought that Rita would take over this matter so easily, and that she would even have the leisure to read novels? Luo Mo roared inwardly.

“Mr. Luo, I’m becoming more and more curious about you,” Rita stepped forward, straightened Luo Mo’s disheveled collar, and looked directly into his eyes.

"Well then, have a safe trip and I look forward to seeing you again."

Luo Mo could only nod; he just wanted to escape from this woman as quickly as possible. Finally, the plane was about to take off.

Before leaving, Rita smiled and said to Fu Hua:

"Lady Fu Hua, please give my regards to my dear Lady Theresa."

Fu Hua was puzzled, but she still agreed. "Okay, I understand."

Rita watched them walk away, her mind wandering, lost in thought.

"Interesting. Your Excellency the Bishop personally fabricated information and also knows a lot about Destiny. I wonder if you are doing Destiny a favor or a disadvantage?" Rita thought silently as she watched the departing figure.

.......

On the plane, Fu Hua and Luo Mo sat side by side.

"Fu Hua, can you tell me about your past?" Luo Mo tried to strike up a conversation.

Fu Hua simply closed her eyes slightly, leaned back quietly in the chair, placed her hands on her knees, and breathed steadily and slowly.

"I'm just carrying out some tasks for Destiny."

"What about further ahead?" Luo Mo pressed on, after all, he had just woken up and it would be difficult for him to fall back asleep anytime soon.

"It's a trivial matter, no need to explain."

"Fu Hua, are you from China? Your name sounds like it." Luo Mo noticed her impatience and tried to change the subject.

"Yes." The statement remained concise.

"Have you ever heard of the Crimson Kite Immortal of Shenzhou? I adore her; she's dedicated to the people..." Luo Mo continued trying.

"I'm a little tired and want to take a short rest," Fu Hua said.

"..." Luo Mo remained silent.

Fu Hua slowly opened her eyes, facing the other side of Luo Mo, her gaze filled with a mixture of reminiscence and sorrow.

"The Crimson Iris Immortal? There are no more Crimson Iris now..."

Chapter 8 Persecution of Theresa: Everyone's Responsibility

This small island is incredibly beautiful from the air, with waterfalls cascading down on all sides and rivers flowing through it. At its heart lies a walled academy with several school buildings and other iconic structures, including a symbolically significant ouroboros statue and a series of sections resembling broken bridges.

The school's greenery is truly remarkable; at a glance, almost everything except the buildings and essential pathways is grass and flowerbeds. Numerous enormous waterfalls encircle the campus, as if guarding it, making the scenery particularly spectacular.

After getting off the plane, they arrived at the airport on the island where St. Freya Academy is located. Theresa, the principal of St. Freya Academy, and two other people were there to greet them.

Five minutes ago...

Theresa had just come out of the headmaster's office and was just reading the exciting part of the Homura manga when Himeko dragged her out and rushed to the airport, saying it was an emergency order from headquarters. She was even ready to take Judah when she was told it was just to pick up one person.

On the bus, she saw the communications from the headquarters of Destiny and the private messages from the bishop. After carefully considering them and checking the calendar, she confirmed that it wasn't April Fool's Day and that the information was accurate. After learning the details, she couldn't accept it.

"Ugh, I really don't understand why Grandma made the academy cooperate with someone unconditionally,"

Theresa couldn't understand. Was there anyone more important than the future Archbishop of Destiny? Unbeknownst to her, she had already revealed her ambition.

More importantly, I hadn't finished reading that Houmu manga yet! It was a limited edition! It vanished into thin air the moment Himeko walked in.

"Alright, Theresa, His Holiness the Bishop only asked us to help him as much as possible. What do you mean by unconditional? Don't talk nonsense." Himeko said to the innocent-looking little girl with a dark expression. Didn't she know that "unconditional" could have many ambiguities?

"But, but what do you mean by 'we have to help him until the academy goes bankrupt'? And what about the fact that he can choose students from the academy to work in his company?" Theresa said angrily.

"My school will never go bankrupt! What's even more terrifying is that the funds from the Destiny Headquarters will no longer be used to support the school for the next three months. Instead, the funds will be borne by the company with 49% of the shares, and all the funding will be handled by this company called Mihoyo. The financial power has been handed over to this guy named Luo Mo."

"Ah, I can't accept this," Principal Theresa paced back and forth, on the verge of rolling on the ground and bursting into tears.

"What I find even more unacceptable is that we provided the land, Tianming provided the registered capital, we have the employees, but that person owns the majority of the shares," Theresa pointed out the fact that she found most unacceptable.

"Perhaps this person is truly capable," Himeko said with a forced smile, offering a helpless consolation.

And ultimately, isn't it because none of your projects are profitable that the academy's funding relies on headquarters, and you're buying toys and comics everywhere? I haven't received my salary for two months. Himeko thought to herself, unconvinced.

"Ugh, I still don't understand. So, will the future Archbishop of Destiny have to work for someone else?"

"Hey, hey, stop talking. Okay, the plane's here, be serious, Theresa." Himeko said helplessly, then saw the approaching plane, her expression turned serious, and she tugged at Theresa next to her.

......

"Is this the Far East Branch St. Freya? Why is there a student and a teacher here?" Luo Mo got off the plane looking refreshed. Before the two could even begin to introduce themselves, he spoke up, then unhesitatingly pushed his luggage to the short, white-haired loli and, while she was still dumbfounded, stuffed the rest of his luggage into her arms. "Alright, help me with my luggage."

The scene became slightly awkward, and the two, St. Freya and Theresa, fell silent for a moment, especially Theresa.

"Ugh, I still can't stand it! Are you trying to humiliate me, the headmistress?" Theresa snapped out of her daze, threw her luggage aside, and angrily pointed at the man in front of her with one hand on her hip.

Himeko, standing nearby, hurriedly took the luggage and looked at the two people in front of her.

Once upon a time, he was also Theresa's blade. Luo Mo couldn't help but recall the past, a time when he was doing cleaning work on the ship's deck, sometimes even doing splits in mid-air. But time has honed him, and now he is a double-edged swordsman.

Now, Theresa can only persecute herself!

"You're actually the headmaster of this academy!" Luo Mo feigned surprise, looking at Theresa with an incredulous expression.

"Hmph! Now you know how powerful Theresa is, right? It's too late to try and please me now!" Theresa said proudly, her arms crossed, her head held high.

“No wonder His Excellency the Bishop asked me to help St. Freya with her financial problems. Hmm, I see.” Luo Mo said with an expression of sudden realization.

Theresa looked as if she had been shot with an arrow, and lowered her head slightly.

"So the headmaster here is just a child, which explains the bizarre problems that have arisen."

"What...what nonsense are you talking about? What...what's wrong at the academy?" Theresa blushed, whether from embarrassment or anger, and glared at the person opposite her.

"Hmm... For example, teachers' salaries are delayed, the deficit is outrageous, the school consumes a huge amount of bitter melon ingredients, and documents are always processed at the last minute."

Luo Mo tried to give an example, but he was just guessing. How could he know the specifics? He didn't even have time to look at them. However, he believed that his guess was pretty accurate.

Theresa was struck by several arrows and appeared to be seriously injured, unable to get up, and could only be helped to the academy by Himeko. After Luo Mo's intervention, the introductions between the two parties were temporarily put on hold.

And so the two of them reluctantly led the way, while Luo Mo and Fu Hua followed behind...

When they couldn't see her, Fu Hua adjusted her red-rimmed glasses, sighed, and said, "Didn't Bishop Kallen send you a picture of Principal Theresa?"

"How could I not recognize the adorable Theresa? She's my absolute favorite!" Luo Mo's lips curled into a smile as he looked at Theresa, who was being persecuted. Persecuting the headmistress is everyone's responsibility.

"My favorite?" Fu Hua glanced at Theresa's petite figure and didn't know what to say for a moment. The immortal was surprised but didn't understand. He considered calling the police but gave up because he didn't know the police station's phone number.

.......

As they approached the school, Theresa stopped and said to the two in a deep voice, "St. Freya is an all-girls school. I cannot allow you two to enter at will. This is my bottom line."

Clearly, she hadn't paid close attention to the people around Luo Mo. Although Fu Hua's attire was unremarkable, it didn't mean she was truly unremarkable.

Luo Mo felt an extremely deep resentment approaching from beside him, but it vanished without a trace in the blink of an eye. However, he felt a cracking sound—no, a real cracking sound—as tiny cracks appeared on the pavement beneath Fu Hua's feet. Fu Hua adjusted her glasses; due to the refraction of the sunlight, Luo Mo couldn't see what was in her eyes.
