Naruto: From Kushina Uzumaki onwards, a traitor

Orochimaru believed that Jiraiya's injuries were too severe, and that if things continued this way, Jiraiya would only be a burden and would only lead to his and Tsunade's sacrifice. Therefore, he planned to end Jiraiya's life himself.

Neither of these wars took place in the Land of Fire.

It now seems that the Third Shinobi World War is not far off.

If the four major ninja villages target Konoha simultaneously, then the Land of Fire will become the main battlefield.
