Beware Mr. Officer, Tread Carefully!

Two gunshots were heard after the silence.

A bullet hit Jian Qi’s body, and the other bullet hit the man’s head. The man fell beside her immediately.

When the bullet hit Jian Qi, she frowned, and Tang Jinyu’s face turned pale.

At that moment, their positions fell slightly.

Fortunately, Jian Qi managed to steady herself.

“Let go!” Tang Jinyu said. “If this continues, you’ll die!”

Jian Qi smiled. “My mission is to protect you. How can I endanger your life?”

She then pulled him up.

Tang Jinyu looked at the girl in front of him. Her relaxed smile surprised him.

She was always like this. He seemed heartless, but at the same time, his heart ached.

From afar, after Leng Yu killed the man in the distance, tilted her head, and said to Lu Yao, “Help me. I’ll cover for you!”

Lu Yao nodded and left quickly, running towards the floor where Jian Qi and Tang Jinyu were on.

Leng Yu observed her surroundings. She was especially nervous when she saw Tang Jinyu hanging in the air.

Only she could see Jian Qi and Tang Jinyu. However, the voice from the earpiece made everyone understand what was going on.

Hearing the gunshot and Tang Jinyu’s words to Jian Qi, everyone became nervous.

“Boss, are you alright?” Crocodile asked nervously.

“It’s fine. It’s been resolved!”

This was what Jian Qi said. As she spoke, she quickly pulled Tang Jinyu up.

She was exhausted and panting heavily when she saw that the person had finally climbed onto the ground.

Tang Jinyu quickly came over and helped her up from the ground.

“Where?”

Tang Jinyu held her in his arms. He sounded rather panicked as he looked at Jian Qi’s body. When he saw the blood on her body, his expression became even worse.

Her face turned pale.

“Hold on, I’ll take you to the hospital right now…” Tang Jinyu said anxiously as he reached out to cover her wound.

Jian Qi looked at Tang Jinyu. She had never seen him so nervous before.

His worried and panicked expression stunned her, and she forgot what to say.

Tang Jinyu thought that she was in so much pain that she was speechless. He hugged her tightly. “It’s fine. Don’t worry. I’ll immediately take you to the hospital. You’ll be fine!”

Tang Jinyu said as he reached for her.

Jian Qi grabbed him. “Instructor Tang, not the hospital…”

Before she could finish, he interrupted her. “Trust me, you’ll be fine.”

At that moment, Tang Jinyu seemed to be in a mess because of her bloodied body. Even though he was hugging her, she could still feel his uneasiness.

Even though he was comforting her, she could still feel the fear in his voice.

Through the earpiece, everyone was worried about Tang Jinyu’s reaction.

Tang Jinyu stared at her. He grabbed her head and planted a kiss on her forehead. “Believe me. I won’t let you die.”
