The chestnuts were the size of an egg, so Su Tang became full after having three!

She had yet to digest all that meat she had for lunch, so she was not really hungry and merely wanted a snack!

Su Tang sighed as she looked at the three remaining chestnuts.

She used a rock to smash a chestnut, and its shell opened with a crack.

Su Tang went next to Cain with her eyes glinting like she was offering a treasure. “Have some.”

Just as Cain was about to turn her down, he automatically gulped when he saw the earnest look in Su Tang’s eyes.

Su Tang secretly smiled at the sight, poured some chestnut onto her palm, and placed it by Cain’s mouth.

Having some germs in the food can help strengthen our immune system.

“I know you want it! Why don’t you have some for yourself and see how great they taste?”

Before Cain knew what he was doing, he licked Su Tang’s palm and ate the chestnut from her hand.

After tasting the chestnut, he was stunned. The warm chestnut genuinely tasted great!

When Su Tang sensed his soft tongue on her palm, she pulled her hand back as though it were electrified. Her face swiftly flushed crimson.

She hurried back to the fire to disguise her awkwardness and said loudly, “Meng Ze, don’t worry. You can have some too! I will peel one for you now!”

“Thanks!”

In reality, Meng Ze was dreadfully curious about chestnuts!

When Su Tang first ate the chestnut, the scent had wafted through the air. Now that he was a Divine Warrior, his sense of smell became sharper!

Even though he was partial to meat, he could not help developing an interest in chestnuts!

Hence, he could only watch on powerlessly as Su Tang fed Cain some chestnut.

Fortunately, Su Tang did not forget about him!

Su Tang was the best! After he recovered, he had to give her a lot of meat in gratitude!

As Meng Ze lay on the ground and waited happily for the food to come, he suddenly caught sight of the Chief’s deathly stares!

Cain asked, “Su, can Meng Ze eat his if he’s sick?”

Su Tang replied, “It’s perfectly fine for him to eat it!”

Cain could not bear to throw a temper on Su Tang, so he looked at Meng Ze unhappily.

He found the sight of Meng Ze annoying!

His face looked stern as he glared at Meng Ze angrily. “Do you want some?”

Meng Ze felt sad for himself!

What should he say?

As Cain stared daggers at Meng Ze icily, Meng Ze said meekly, “I’ll pass!”

Su Tang felt sorry that the chestnuts would go to waste. “But chestnuts are yummy and make great sustenance. Are you sure you don’t want to give it a try?”

Meng Ze turned his head away sadly. “Nope. I have no appetite!”

Su Tang sighed and muttered, “But I can’t finish it either…”

Cain’s ears pricked before he said with a straight face, “We certainly can’t let food go to waste. Why don’t I eat it instead?”

He blatantly stared at Su Tang’s hand with a burning look in his eyes as though it were some delicacy!

Su Tang suddenly recalled the embarrassing situation, so she took a leaf and placed the chestnuts on it before handing it to Cain.

“Here!”

Cain felt somewhat disappointed that she was not going to feed him this time!

“What’s that smell? It smells great!” Yuanyuan’s voice came from outside the cave. “Hurry up, Old Nick!”

“Hey! Yuanyuan, help me out with this!”

“No! You are so dirty. Don’t get my freshly washed laundry soiled!”
