Alien Knights

I saw a notification on the site late last night that the book will be on the shelves at 12 noon today.

Looking back on the creation process of The Alien Knights, the more than 60 days and nights from the beginning to the present have been a journey full of joy, satisfaction, sadness and anxiety for me.

Before I tell my heart, I would first like to thank Danqing, the editor in charge of the fantasy zone, for his questions and requests for help, Danqing always took the trouble to answer and lend a helping hand to me.

Next, I would like to thank all the readers who supported me. When I was sleepy, depressed, and even doubting myself, your encouragement and votes were like a stove in the cold winter, which strengthened my belief in continuing to create.

Finally, I would like to thank my family for their understanding. Especially when I am typing late at night, there is always a steaming cup of coffee in front of me, driving away my drowsiness and fatigue.

First, let’s talk about the author himself. An old otaku in his mid-thirties, he loves games, animation, American dramas and movies, and majors in political economy. I am not too busy at work, and I have a lot of ideas in my mind, so I want to express my thoughts in the form of novels.

Second, let’s talk about novels. The original idea came from games. For example, Europa Universalis, Mount and Blade, Resident Evil and so on. Regarding the character setting, many characters refer to familiar RPG games, film and television drama works, anime characters and even historical figures. The plot in the early stage may make people feel a little objectionable. I will refer to the opinions and try to be realistic.

Three, talk about the shelves. Perhaps some authors think that as long as the previous public chapters are written well, enough collections are obtained, and they can be put on the shelves, they can breathe a sigh of relief, because being on the shelves means that they can openly pour water and charge readers. But I personally think that compared to the public chapters, the paid chapters should be written more seriously and meticulously. Because of the free chapters, the author and the readers are a free sharing process; while the paid chapters are transformed into a paid service process. If you take money from readers, if you only use the number of words to make profits, it is not only irresponsible for the work, but also a departure from the spirit of the contract.
