Northern Myanmar: These players are acting strangely!
Chapter 72 Feasibility Experiment of Hardcore Breakthrough Park
Chapter 72 Feasibility Experiment of Hardcore Breakthrough Park
Wang Zixu mingled in the crowd, panting heavily, his legs feeling incredibly heavy.
He glanced at the people around him.
I noticed that many people had tears in their eyes.
I want to cry, but I don't dare to.
She was afraid that her crying would annoy those bastards and get her beaten up again.
[My poor brother, he just had his blood drawn and now he's being dragged out for military training! (smile)]
[Inhuman! *3, I can't say anything else, but they certainly know how to torture people.]
[Upstairs, is this your first time watching Piao Di's live stream? Trying to reason with these bastards in the park about humanity is less effective than talking to Niu Niu about feelings.]
[I laughed. Watching Piao Di trip over his own feet is just like someone rushing to work in the morning but not really wanting to go.]
[Hahaha, the person upstairs must have a side hustle; you snatched all the best deals!]
[Keep it up, streamer! You can do it!]
Back in the office area.
Wang Zixu slumped down at his workstation, feeling like his body was falling apart.
Under the inspection and tyranny of a group of peasants.
He silently took out his phone.
Open the green bubble chat window.
But my fingers trembled uncontrollably.
He turned to look at Wang Mazi; that guy wasn't much better off.
His tongue was sticking out long, and his eyes were staring blankly at the computer screen, like a dead dog.
He shakily typed a line of text on the keyboard, then frantically pressed the delete key.
He couldn't utter a coherent sentence for a long time.
Wang Zixu estimates that Wang Mazi, and even the vast majority of those who are punished for having their blood drawn, are now in the same boat as him.
The mind is empty; extreme physical exhaustion prevents the brain from functioning. Even if forced to function, it will only produce a bunch of illogical garbage.
However, there was one exception in this office area.
That's Sun Yong.
When Ah Long and the others were punishing all the piglets by making them do squats, someone suddenly came and took Sun Yong away.
Now, Sun Yong returned to the office area with a relaxed expression, leisurely holding a bag of snacks in his hand, munching away.
Wang Zixu watched this scene and couldn't help but feel uneasy.
This is too unusual.
Everyone was exhausted, but Sun Yong acted as if nothing had happened, and even had the leisure to eat snacks.
There must be a demon in the abnormal situation.
There is definitely something wrong.
But he didn't know the specifics.
Wang Zixu lifted his heavy eyelids and stared at his phone screen.
The scam script templates on the screen looked like gibberish to him at that moment.
It seems today's live stream will have to be canceled.
Because it was 100% realistic, he truly felt all the various debuffs that weakened the game character.
That feeling was excruciating.
He sighed; there was really no need to keep forcing himself.
Forget it.
Let's end the broadcast early.
Before quitting the game, he secretly glanced at the data in the live stream's backend.
I don’t know, I’m scared.
The live stream data today was very good.
The show is only halfway through, and the amount of tips has already exceeded one thousand!
In the live stream data analysis,
The peak period for tipping was mainly concentrated during the time when they were punished by doing squats.
Wang Zixu's lips twitched.
Goodness, it seems these viewers are just watching him for fun.
But it doesn’t matter.
Anyway, I've made money, the process doesn't matter, as long as I've earned the money.
Wang Zixu sent a message in the chat saying he was ending the stream, and then, on a whim, he quit the game.
Suddenly, my body felt light, as if a thousand-pound burden had been lifted.
The deep-seated fatigue from the game was completely swept away.
He smiled and greeted the viewers in front of the live stream camera, chatted for a few minutes, and then ended the live stream early.
After logging off.
Wang Zixu glanced at the time; it was still early.
Instead of leaving the virtual space, he opened the official forum.
Although it's not peak time for online users on the forum right now, new posts are still popping up like mushrooms after rain.
Wang Zixu casually browsed through the posts and found a lot of high-quality content, and many of the posters were new faces he had never seen before.
For example, an ID called "Searching for Her Among the Crowd".
Wang Zixu clicked on his profile.
The other player is a newbie who has only been playing for a few days, with a total playtime of only 36 hours. Exit profile page.
Wang Zixu clicked on the post titled "The game is very unfriendly to handsome men and beautiful women, be careful when creating your character's face!"
"Hello everyone, I'm Zhonglixunta, and today is my fourth day playing this game."
"I won't boast about the game development; I'm sure everyone has their own experience with it."
"I'll get straight to the point and explain the meaning of the post's title."
"As far as I know, the game did not have a character customization feature when it first entered closed beta. The official intention of introducing the character customization feature was definitely good."
"It enhances the fun of the game to a certain extent and avoids the risk of real-life identity being exposed or attacked."
"The appearance of game characters has a certain impact on the behavior of NPCs or the plot."
"Many players in real life are handsome men and beautiful women, with either a beautiful face and a sweet voice or a handsome face and a sweet voice."
"However, after my partner and I tested it many times, we found that the villainous NPCs in the game are extremely unfriendly to female players with high looks, and can even be very targeted."
"For example, after entering the park, you may be verbally harassed by villainous NPCs, or even subjected to violence."
"The same applies to handsome male players."
"I personally participated in this, and I sculpted my own face to resemble the conventionally handsome man, only to receive the same treatment."
"Therefore, I suggest that you be careful when creating your character's face and model before starting the game."
"The above is just a summary of personal experience and does not represent the official viewpoint. It is not guaranteed to be absolutely true."
The comment section below the post has been flooded with comments.
Some people expressed skepticism, feeling that the post was meaningless.
Some people agreed, saying they had similar experiences.
One of the highly-rated comments said this:
"The original poster may have overlooked one thing: character customization is actually quite subjective. Most people have different aesthetic tastes. What you think looks good, others may not appreciate."
"However, the original poster's reminder is correct. Everyone should try not to deliberately create handsome men and beautiful women for the sake of live streaming effect, because appearance is definitely not a plus in this game."
Wang Zixu flipped through it twice.
I casually liked the post and that comment.
However, no comment was made.
The content of this post makes a lot of sense.
But for players who have already explored the park thoroughly and whose appearances are already set, it doesn't make much sense.
Close the "Searching for Her Among the Crowd" post.
Wang Zixu flipped through the pages again, but couldn't find what he wanted to see.
I simply opened my following list and found the profile picture of "日月同错".
Opening his homepage, the latest update is still just a video.
The video content is a screen recording of part of his escape process.
The screen recording was edited and has a fast pace.
Wang Zixu couldn't discern any particularly crucial information.
What he wanted to see was a post from Brother Riyue providing a detailed analysis and recap of the incident.
Unfortunately, it's not on the homepage.
Wang Zixu felt somewhat regretful.
Thinking back, wasn't Brother Sun and Moon already dead?
The video has already been posted, so why hasn't the post been updated yet?
Is he still writing?
I have a lot of questions on my mind, and I can't wait any longer.
I opened Brother Riyue's private chat window, ready to send him a private message to ask.
I had only typed half a line in the chat box when I saw the forum homepage of "Sun and Moon in the Same Mistake" refresh.
A new post was updated one second ago.
Wang Zixu was taken aback at first, then overjoyed.
I promptly closed the private chat window.
My gaze fell on that freshly posted thread.
SunMoon presents: A feasibility study report on a hardcore breakthrough park, along with supplementary information on game park settings! (For casual gamers and newbies, please skip!)

[Some ramblings (you can ignore them)]:
Recently, many readers have reported that the plot pacing is too slow, and I've also realized this issue.
One aspect is that the initial plot planning was indeed inadequate.
On the other hand, the frequent suspension of some chapters in the past caused a decline in data, which affected my mentality to some extent.
Speaking of this, I have to mention the unfinished Li Huowang fanfic I wrote before, which was targeted because it was about northern Myanmar.
The book was blocked from the very beginning with the title. After it was released, the main text, starting from the second chapter, was frequently put into the dark, and the content was often deleted. Sometimes a chapter with more than two thousand words would only have a little over one thousand words left the next day.
After writing forty or fifty chapters, I could get into the review room four or five times a week. I spent a lot of energy revising the text every day (because revisions didn't guarantee approval; sometimes I revised it seven or eight times and it still didn't pass).
The impact of being locked up in a dark room on data is real, especially since that book was still on Qread.
The payment for the manuscript is calculated based on the number of members who read the latest chapter on that day. By the second month, the readership had dropped so badly that it was unbearable to read.
Having learned from the experience of the previous book, I deliberately restrained myself when writing this one, avoiding any sense of harmony in the sentences.
Fortunately, nothing unusual has happened in the last few days.
In the next few days, I will try to speed up the pace before the book goes on sale and finish writing the endings of the supporting characters in a few chapters.
I've already foreshadowed the development of several characters, and I feel like something's missing until I finish writing about them.
As for northern Myanmar, the scams aren't limited to telecom fraud; there are many other projects, such as live streaming, and they even have connections to certain sectors within China. There's still a lot to write about.
However, if I were to write it again later, I would probably do it in a different way. At least in terms of the ending, it would definitely be more satisfying than the perspective of the "King of Freebies".
