Am I a god-tier talent in all my professions?
Chapter 102 Remarks on the launch
Chapter 102 Remarks on the launch
It's available now...
It will be officially available at midnight on the 1st.
The style and rhythm were established when the first chapter was written.
Perhaps some readers already know me and feel that my style has changed drastically compared to before, making me seem like a completely different person?
But that's just the kind of author I am; I like to write a book and try out a new idea.
The book is mostly written from Lu Cang's first-person perspective, but it also interweaves third-person and first-person narration, without being confined to traditional perspectives.
Of course, when necessary, other people's perspectives will occasionally be included.
The reason this book adopts this style is simply because it suits the book.
I think this way of writing is quite unique; I've hardly ever seen anyone else write like this.
Perhaps others have written in this way, or perhaps this style already has a name, but in any case, I have not deliberately tried to imitate anyone's style.
Rather, it comes from my own thinking...
This book has many Western fantasy elements, but it doesn't have a complicated Western name like "Lasica Eldeni".
I won't deliberately write in a translated style or intentionally imitate Western elements.
Because I think all of this doesn't follow any particular pattern or rule.
There are too many rules for online novels, such as whether the protagonist is saintly or not, whether the protagonist is abused or not, whether the protagonist is suppressed or not, the pacing... I'm already tired of writing these.
What I want to write is my reflection, the path I've carved out among countless others—a world that belongs only to me.
Everything is based on what I think is suitable for this world, not on any set formula or rule that dictates how it must be written. There are no more distinctions or schools of thought...
There is no use in talking more.
I believe the most important thing for an author is an unwavering belief in the Tao. If one's faith is not firm enough, what one writes will become tattered and incomplete.
Confined by rules and regulations, I'm afraid of stumbling and losing my soul.
Therefore, this book is my own doing; I am simply showing the world to people.
A thousand people, a thousand ideas.
A bowl of tofu pudding can't be made both sweet and savory. Even if it could, it would probably be disliked by both sides, rather than loved by both.
I'm not a perfect author, much less capable of being perfect in every aspect. It's too difficult to please everyone.
Where can I find a novel that everyone likes to read?
Therefore, I will stick to my own path, and as long as I can write without feeling ashamed of myself, that is enough.
I don't aspire to it to be a masterpiece; I just hope it's an interesting story.
I know a little bit about this; everyone has different tastes, but when it comes to updates, the more the better.
I will at least make up for the shortcomings with updates.
I've actually written a lot about this book a long time ago, but due to the update restrictions during the new book period, I can only release it little by little every day.
It could have been published much earlier, but I ultimately delayed it to chapter 101, which already exceeds 22 words.
I'm not in a hurry, I'm not rushing, and I don't expect this first book to achieve any dazzling success. I only hope that, as a newcomer, this book will be something I can be proud of.
Special thanks to Shanji, Rong, and all the readers who have supported me.
Tomorrow, there will be a massive 23-chapter release, totaling 10 words.
This year's update plan is to update 1.5 words per day, except for Monday when I will only update 8000 words (I need to take a break on Monday to adjust and also to organize the outline).
The leader of the alliance will directly add an extra 5000 words the next day. (Valid only this year)
I will use my serious attitude to make up for my shortcomings in all aspects.
Every update is the result of long hours of thoughtful consideration in front of the computer; we never rush or cut corners.
All updates are published only after a stockpile of at least 3 words. I never write randomly on the same day or improvise on a whim.
I am not as smart, fast-writing, or talented as other authors.
I simply prefer to dedicate a significant amount of time each day to writing novels. If I lack talent, I'll at least try harder.
That's all. I'm asking for first-time subscriptions upon release, and even more so, I'm asking for your monthly votes.
From October 1st to 7th, it's the double period for monthly tickets, so please shower me with your monthly tickets!
This book has been in preparation for a long time.
I hope this world will be as wonderful as you all wish.
