Chapter 15 Devouring Beast?
Through the lens of her binoculars, Hong Kou could clearly see the skeletons of several Devouring Beasts scattered among the ruins. What shocked her even more was that, beneath several skeletons in the distance, embers of fire still lingered, flickering in the wind.

"Could there really be survivors on the ground?" Hong Kou raised her binoculars in disbelief and looked several more times. She turned to Dawn beside her and said, "The shape of that skeleton could only belong to a Devouring Beast."

"I have a gut feeling that there are still humans on the ground."

Dawn sighed: "If humans still exist, I can't imagine how they survived."

"Let's go."

As Hong Kou gave the order, the vehicles started up one after another and turned back towards the lighthouse.

As the convoy drove away, no one noticed two figures standing on a distant building, watching them depart.

"Looks like they came down to the ground to find supplies." Yang Chen squinted, watching the departing Hunter convoy. "What a coincidence."

Bai Yuekui glanced at the warehouse they had just searched: "I think we were here a few years ago, right?"
