Chapter 51 Menma, Naruto, Hinata
"Menma!!!"

A clear, childlike voice pierced the silence of the practice room, interrupting the boy's reverie.

Menma walked out of the practice room, went to the second-floor window, opened it, and saw a petite figure waving vigorously.

Hinata stood in the morning light, head held high, calling out Menma's name.

Behind him stood a reserved-looking boy with Byakugan eyes, his forehead covered by a headscarf; he appeared to be Hyuga Takashi.

As a member of the branch family, his talent should be second only to Neji. In the future, when Pain attacks Konoha, he will fight to the death as a member of the branch family to protect Hinata.

"What are you dawdling for! Get down here!" Hinata, the leader, put her hands on her hips, her voice carrying an authority that belied her petite appearance.

Hinata Takashi quietly wiped the cold sweat from his forehead, feeling somewhat afraid of the young lady's second personality.

As a member of the Hyuga branch family, eight-year-old Hyuga Takashi, though not yet graduated from the Ninja Academy, already possessed the strength of a genin. Because he was a little older than Hinata, he was chosen as Hinata's bodyguard.

In addition to protecting this young lady on a daily basis, he also has to act as her sparring partner.

If it were Hinata, who has a gentler personality, Hyuga Takashi would still cherish her very much and would hold back when he went for a sparring match.

But if it were this hot-tempered young lady, Hinata Takashi wouldn't dare to underestimate her.

Every time, I would get beaten black and blue. When sparring with my opponent, I felt like he had been studying soft boxing for over ten years, and I was the one being sparred with.

"Coming!" Menma's lips curled into a smile, and then he quickly ran downstairs.

Before long, the two small figures walked side by side on the park path covered with fallen leaves.

Hinata Takashi maintained a just-right distance, observing from afar, trying his best not to disturb the young lady's private social interactions and leaving her with private space.

"Let me tell you, my husband is completely different from that other husband. He's so old-fashioned. Luckily, my mother is still as gentle and virtuous as ever. Sometimes I even feel bad for her when I lose my temper..." Hinata, the eldest sister, walked with Menma and chattered about her experiences.

"Now I understand how you felt back then, but I still can't quite accept it." Hinata kicked a pebble, which flew in an arc and landed in the pond in the distance. Her Byakugan eyebrows furrowed slightly, showing her deep concern.

For her, the 'Limited Tsukuyomi World' was her real world, where she spent more than a decade of her life.

Suddenly arriving in this world, although everything seemed no different from that world, the changes in the personalities of familiar people still made her very uncomfortable.

This unreal feeling makes Hinata very irritable every time she comes out, and she argues with everything and everyone.

He only becomes docile when he is with his mother.

"Would you think about that side?" Menma silently took half a step closer, feeling the slight tremor of her fingers when their sleeves touched.

"I will miss you a little, but..." Hinata, the eldest sister, exhaled and suddenly took Menma's hand.

"When I was with you, I was already prepared to leave the clan." Hinata, the eldest sister, revealed the secret she had kept hidden for several years.

In the ninja world, many women retire from ninja after marriage to have children and take care of their families.

For example, Uchiha Mikoto, who was once a Jonin, completely retired from the ninja profession after marrying Fugaku. At home, she was still able to tutor Itachi and Sasuke in their training.

Furthermore, women often take their husband's surname after marriage. For example, after Sakura Haruno married Sasuke, she changed her surname to Sakura Uchiha.

Although Kurenai Yuhi and Asuma Sarutobi were not married, they had a child. After the child was born, she changed her surname to Sarutobi and joined the Sarutobi clan.

So when Hinata, the eldest sister, said she was ready to leave the clan.

Mianma was still very touched.

However, this feeling of being moved did not last long.

"so--"

Hinata, the leader, grabbed Menma's hand, squinted, and smiled, "If you dare to let me down, I'll kill you~"

The murderous intent in that smile was almost tangible, causing Menma to shiver involuntarily.

Hinata Takashi, who was in the distance, quickly turned his head, pretending to look at the scenery.

"Menma-nii!" A joyful shout came from afar. Hinata looked in the direction of the voice, but was stunned for a moment.

A little boy with blond hair and a few lines on his face ran over quickly, raising his hand to greet Mianma.

"He is..." Hinata felt that this little boy looked familiar.

“Naruto Uzumaki, my… friend,” Menma said softly, giving Hinata a look.

She immediately realized what was happening.

Byakuya stared at Naruto, who had run up to the two of them, and looked him up and down. He looked exactly like Menma when he was a child, just like in their memories.

"Menma-kun! Good morning!" Naruto was a little unsure how to express his joy.

Mianma was the first friend he made. No one had taught him how to communicate with friends, nor did he have any experience playing with friends.

Then, Naruto noticed the little girl next to Menma, who had white eyes and was very cute.

A hint of confusion flashed in her azure eyes when she saw their hands clasped together.

"Hello, my name is Naruto Uzumaki!" Naruto greeted him familiarly. "Are you Menma-san's friend?"

"Ah, I'm Menma's good friend!" Hinata, the leader, smiled and gave Menma a elbow strike.

Yue!

The pain from the blow to his stomach almost made him vomit.

This elbow strike was utterly merciless, nearly shattering his shadow clone.

"Good morning, Naruto." Menma looked up and introduced her to Naruto: "Her name is Hinata Hyuga, my... good friend."

She's still too young; I can't exactly introduce her as my girlfriend to him.

"Then...want to play together?" Naruto asked expectantly.

Menma glanced at Hinata, the eldest sister.

Two people who have lived for over 10 years honestly don't have many games to play with a three-year-old. They think it's too childish for a kid to play in the sand.

However, Hinata, the eldest sister, also recognized that this Naruto was probably Menma's younger brother in this world, or rather, his counterpart, but they couldn't recognize each other for some reason.

So Hinata, the eldest sister, suggested, "Let's go fishing in the Naka River outside the village."

"Alright, let's see who gets there first!" Naruto couldn't wait any longer.

For those with ninja talent, being able to jump more than ten meters high from a young age means that the physical abilities of a three-year-old child far exceed those of ordinary people.

While fishing to improve his diet, Naruto would also consciously do some throwing training.

This child is only three years old!

Hinata's movement as she turned and leaped onto the roof was fluid and graceful. Amidst her flowing black hair, only Menma could understand the fleeting gentle smile that crossed her face.

The three children ran freely and soon began chasing each other on the rooftop.

Naruto ran very fast; this was his first time playing with his friends.

He even looked back.

But then he saw his brother, Mianma, and that cute little girl chatting and laughing behind him, walking at a leisurely pace.

For some reason, Naruto always felt a sense of anxiety and uncertainty.
